Хозяин квартиры быстро отвечал, приносил все что нужно и был очень отзывчив, это правда приятный опыт. Было немного шумно, так как квартира находится в центре, но как для девушки которая путешествует одна - это скорее плюс так как люди вокруг создают ощущение безопасности!

• Tīna (9/5): Excellently located cozy studio - The room is very pleasant - nicely designed and is equipped with all you might need. The location is excellent - close to bus stops, the seaside, and the vivid restaurant/bar area of Limassol. It features an elevator and a large, comfy bed. I enjoyed the small balcony too. The host was super responsive with everything I needed and even let me stay longer than the regular check-out time The only downside of the studio (and why I rate it 9/10, not 10) is the loud street. Even with all windows closed you can very much hear the street, especially the motorcycles that are loud even during night.

Check-in estremamente semplice e veloce con codice. Bellissimo il terrazzino con le piante e soprattutto con vista mare. Splendidi dettagli di design, grande cura e pulizia. Letto e divano comodissimi. Bagno con splendidi dettagli in marmo, ampio e piacevolissimo. Merita assolutamente! I vicini del ristorante sottostante e i loro clienti sono estremamente rumorosi...tra urla e schiamazzi, prima della chiusura del locale (e dell'intervento della proprietaria stessa!) non si riesce quasi a conversare o dormire. Per fortuna chiudono presto...e la proprietaria è molto perentoria...

• Heidrun (7/5): Für eine Nacht im Zentrum von Limassol ok - Sehr zentrale Lage in der Stadt. Das Zimmer war sauber, Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte auch gut. Schade, die Fotos und die bisherigen Bewertungen entsprachen nicht unserem Zimmer. Wir hatten wohl leider das Zimmer im 3.Stock, das nicht stylisch und modern war. Es waren alte Möbel zusammen gestückelt, die Fenster total verdreckt, keine Steckdose in Spiegelnähe zum Föhnen, Betonfußboden im Bad. Das Treppenhaus ist wenig einladend. 2 Eimer Farbe würden Wunder bewirken.

• Anzhelina (10/5): Stylish apartment in a great location - Enjoyed our stay 100%. Amazing location, absolutely stunning interior design, good communication with host via WhatsApp. The place was clean, cozy, has lots of space and everything you need - even shampoo and soap! TV remote needs new batteries and the kettle needs to be cleaned from scale.

• Iuliia (6/5): Необходимо произвести серьезную работу над остеклением номера на 3 этаже и повесить тюль на окна. - Я жила в двух номерах в этом здании. На 3 этаже было ужасно холодно, окна с плохой звуки изоляцией и плохо закрывались, по этому с кондиционером на +31 помещение не прогревалось совсем. После проживания с этом номере я заболела. Еще рекомендую повесить тюль на окна апартамента на 3 этаже. Жители соседней гостиницы все видят что ты делаешь при дневном свете, это не комфортно. Несколько раз я попадала в неловкую ситуацию.

Location was good, we had everything nearby and also a sea view. It’s not about the property but the busy area, it’s right in the city center and of course noisy.

Balkon ma wąski, ale jednak, widok na morze. W łóżku spało się wygodnie. Wyposażenie jest nieco zużyte. W kuchni nie ma opcji podgrzewania posiłków. Wejście do budynku było dość skomplikowane (chociaż obsługa pozostała przy tym komunikatywna i pomocna). Niezbędne jest znalezienie miejsca parkingowego przy ulicy.

A used coffee cup in sink. One lone Nespresso pod on the counter and nothing else, no tea, nothing. No conditioner, just shampoo. Very loud street noise, very busy street until 3:30 am. Live music from bar below. A metal plate on the road below that double- banged whenever a car drove over it.

• Grit (3/5): Das Appartement hat eine super Lage, aber leider nicht weiter zuemfehlen. - Top Lage Verdreckter Gesamteindruck, Mobilear, Küche, Fußboden , Fenster, mussten ersteinmal staubwischen um überhaupt etwas abzulegen. Sehr abgewohntes Inventar, alles zusammengestückelt und teilweise sehr alt. Fenster bzw. Türen konnten nicht geöffnet oder geschlossen werden, schlechter eingebauter Zustand. Teilweise kamen wir uns vor , wie auf einer Baustelle. Von den Bewertungen waren wir darauf vorbereitet, das es zur Lärmbelästigungen kommen kann. Aber das es so laut war, vor allem Nachts, das hatten wir nicht erwartet . Wir dachten mit unter, wir schlafen auf der Straße . Leider sind die Bewertungen, die wir gelesen hatten, nicht glaubwürdig. Wir waren mehr als enttäuscht .

Il bagno ha gravi problemi di perdite: sia usando la doccia che il lavandino si allagava tutta la casa. Il gestore ha ammesso di essere già a conoscenza del problema (che non si può risolvere senza un intervento importante).

• Amanda (8/5): - The apartment was very spacious, it had a quirky industrial feel to it but we liked the design and decor. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good too. The location was great as it was situated close to the old town, the old port and the promenade. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching the world go by in the evening. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
