• Wendy (10/5): Fabulous studio apartment, short bus trip to port/ marina. - Absolutely beautiful studio with all facilities needed for a relaxing holiday. No rush for sunbeds by the pool, most times we had the beautiful pool area to ourselves in the height of August! The host, Naso is very accommodating, but leaves you to holiday without interfering. Location is away from Limassol Port/ Marina, but 20 mins on the number 30 bus (€2 each way) gets you right in to the tourist area.

• Julie (10/5): Fabulous stay at Carmencita Studio - We had a fabulous week’s stay at Carnencita Studio. The studio was very spacious and had everything we needed including the full kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. We especially enjoyed evening drinks on the balcony. Check in was simple even at 2am as the security guard showed us where to park and then took us to the apartment. The pool area was lovely, there were plenty of free sun-beds at all times. The walk into Limassol mostly along the seafront was lovely and took just over an hour. This has nothing to do with the apartment itself (and appreciate not under their control) but there was building work being carried out at one of the seafront villas and an adjacent apartment block which was quite noisy especially on weekday mornings. We had headphones to block out the noise so just something to bear in mind until they’re finished. But it didn’t spoil our holiday.

Didn’t go into the water as it was too cold in March. - The host was brilliant: helpful in every way. - Close to bars and restaurants. You can walk into Limassol in about 50 mins. - ADVICE 1: the shop across the main road does all the necessary necessities you need when staying here: juice, milk, bread, toiletries etc. - ADVICE 2: click the booster for the water for 30 mins but run the water the entire time… that’s how you get the hot water. - Nothing to report that I didn’t like.

• Debbie (8/5): Cyprus stay - The balcony area was nice, overlooking the pool. The owner was a good communicator. We found the bed was a little too hard for us. The wardrobe was split into four and was around 10 foot high. There was a stick to reach the hangers, but I found it easier to keep my clothes on the balcony.

Very good location, easy access to the beach and very easy to get to the city. All appliance as described, in good working condition. A big bonus is the car park. • Alan (10/5): Exceptional - It was a lovely small development with a fab pool and right on the beach. The studio apartment was bright and spacious with a lovely large balcony y overlooking the pool. It had everything you need for an amazing break in Cypus. It was in a great spot near restaurants and bars, but it was actually very quiet. The owner checked we were OK which was nice. Only thing that was missing was some sunbeds on the balcony.

• Iuliia (10/5): It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful location, spacious and comfortable apartment - I loved the location (3 min from the beach), beautiful and spacious apartment, and responsiveness of the host.
• Nika (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything. Flat is located right in the heart of Limassol, close to everything you may need. Private alocated parking in underground garage The complex is supervised, and look after by security 24/7. Flat is super clean and equipped with all you may need .. Bed has a very comfortable mattress Large balcony facing beautiful wiev of the switch pool area. Naso is an amazing host. Keep full communication and make sure everything is fine at all the time. We arrived from the airport at 5 am and there was not a problem to check in these unfriendly hours. We had an amazing stay on of the best one we ever booked in Limassol in the past 15 years. The value for the price is absolutely amazing and hard to get anywhere else around the Limassol area. We will 100% recommend and definitely come back. • Courtney (10/5): Beautiful apartment in one of the best blocks in Limassol - We arrived around 3pm, the host kindly informed the 24/7 security team who knew we were arriving making the process easy. They showed us the room and where to park. The room was clean and spacious, lovely size balcony that could fit 5-10 people on it which had the sun all day long. The development was quiet, as it's a newish, most are probably holiday homes or investments. The sauna and steam room were lovely, gym had what you need and the pool area could give 4/5* hotels a run for their money. The area is near to Limassol Marina which has changed a lot in recent years, however, if you know the area there are numerous places nearby to the development not to mention the swanky Icon building, which is like being in a rooftop bar in Central London. The hosts are great and communicative. Security and safety is not an issue at all. This place would suit people who want more privacy but with all the benefits a hotel gives you, I have stayed at many hotels along this road and I will be coming back to the apartment next year. Also worth mentioning, Limassol is equidistant to Paphos and Larnaca for the airport's and the A1 motorway means you can get to everywhere easily, Troodos mountain (a must see) is not far away, as well as Kourion beach and some lovely local villages. Thank you for accommodating us! It was all perfect, we usually stay in hotels when going to Limassol but I will be staying here again next time.

• Randa (9/5): The perfect location for a short stay - The location and the complex itself was very nice. The swimming pool was perfect, as was the beach. couldn’t ask for a better location. There was no elevator to the flat. that’s OK if you don’t have luggage. And the lobby area is dimly lit at night.
