- Giddins (9/5): fun and relaxing - location and proximity to the waterfront nothing
- Douglas (8/5): - Unit is rather tired and in need of refurbishment.

- Judy (9/5): - Was clean and the location was excellent.
Tidy accomodation had all we needed for our few days stay.
Good value for money.
Would stay again. We have a 200 toyota 4x4 and just managed the tight squeeze getting around the driveway. The instructions from owner advised of this.
A ram 4x4 would be a very tight squeeze.
- MBurns (9/5): Excellent location close to the foreshore and local businesses. Clean and comfortable accomodation. - The location was so close to the main street of the Mandurah foreshore. Easy access to the property, clear instructions and very comfortable. Older townhouse with everything as expected and very clean and spacious. Perfect for a getaway.
- Amanda (10/5): - Property was spacious and clean. Very detailed instructions on how to gain entry and use the TV system were appreciated. The kitchen had everything we needed. A good sized fridge. Washer and dryer. This property had it all. Parking. Being from the wheatbelt, the driveway was extremely difficult to negotiate for my larger vehicle. However, there was plenty of street parking, and the driveway issue was noted by the owners in an email.
- Patricia (8/5): Had a great time visiting Mandurah - Very close to everything
- Anne (7/5): Below average - the location was great, nice stroll to water. Beds were very comfortable The unit was very dated, it needs a deep clean and when moving the heater and ironing board the dust was terrible. The main shower cubicle floor was full of old mould stains and the tiles were uneven around the plug hole. The lounges were very old, and the TV was difficult to manage, and the box of tea bags were use by 2016. The dish cloth and sponge were uck. No heating upstairs, and when trying the air con (only cold)upstairs, heaps of dust came out.Not worth $200 a night. The photos on site were old ones, not what we saw.
- Gad (8/5): Very good - Location was amazing! The home had everything we needed for our stay. Some things were not cleaned properly (dishes, some stains on curtains).
- Ms (6/5): Beautiful and tidy - Everything is good and clean except for curtains and the house is quite old a little but all good. I’ll book again soon. Staff is very accommodating. The house was tidy.

- Michelle (8/5): Very good -
- Beverley (6/5): Okay for a value short stay. Great location. - Comfortable and had everything we needed. Very dated building that needs a good refurb - doors got stuck, mould stains in bathroom, windows wouldn’t open.

- Lauren (9/5): Clean and great location and facilities - Great location, affordable, clean, we had everything we needed an hosts very communicative. A little old but for the price absolutely fine
- Sue (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (9/5): Thoroughly enjoyed starting in the townhouse - Very central and nice and quiet I don’t think anything needs improving
- Andrea (8/5): Convenient location. Great price. - We like the location close by foreshore and the owners were very helpful with property instructions. The house had all the things we needed. The downstairs floors need a good clean and under the couch cushions,
- Deanne (7/5): It was okay. - Location was great. Couldn't leave eave the back door open to let the breeze in as the smell of cat urine was so strong. Also owners great instructions on TV use etc but no mention of the hot water system being switched off. The main bedroom has a broken slat that the sun shines right through at eye level in the morning. Driveway is VERY tight.
- Lockyer (8/5): We did enjoy our stay and the location was very good. - Car Port was very small
Several insects running around the living area.
Dusty

- Katie-jane (5/5): I didn’t actually stay. The interiors were not what I was expecting., so left after 30 minutes and moved to a hotel. - Location was excellent Very old decor and grubby in places., ( although one bathroom and kitchen had been refurnished.)
Weeds in court-yard and sandy footprints on the porch.
- Vera (10/5): Our was too short , very relaxing - It was central to everything, very clean easy access, looking forward to booking again soon Very happy with the property

- Denise (8/5): Very good -
- Robyn (8/5): Beautiful location with 2 lovely garden areas. Very helpful and accommodating hosts. - Fantastic location, we didn't use the car on one of our days just walked. The left hand single bed mattress could be replaced. It food and feels like the springs have gone. More important if a larger child was in it.
- Freckles (7/5): Good - Close to riverside easy walk to restaurants
- Ron (7/5): Perfectly adequate - Location great Really Squeaky bed that we sprayed wd40 on joints as quite disturbing sleep
- Fiona (10/5): Peaceful and simple accommodation for a work trip. - Beautiful quality little flat. The kitchen was well stocked and included a dishwasher which is always nice. Very comfortable stay and I would happily stay again. The location was perfect for my work trip and there is a Woolworths/a couple bars to choose from and a Dan Murphy’s all within a few minute walk.
- Tracey (4/5): Disappointing -
- David (6/5): Pleasant -
- Trish (6/5): Pleasant - the bed was lumpy no air con down stairs was so hot but overall it was ok and it was clean
- Janet (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (8/5): We absolutely loved it - Very close to town and estuary. Kitchen had everything needed. Lots of linen and sheets/blankets. Needed air con downstairs or a fan
- Janet (5/5): They could charge a lot more for this property if they attended to the above comment - Proximity to city centre Badly needs updating garden needs attention
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional - Mrs left her rings in the bathroom ...on shower window ledge ..
- Stuart (7/5): Good - There was already broken broom which I could not use, untidy back garden, not cleaned up, couple milk was outdated, so had to get fresh one.
- Sophie (3/5): Poor - The big over grown bush in the back yard made my whole body inchy
The old linen
The pressure of the water was poor could not get the TV going all knew how to turn it on with the remotes that were there the clothesline that kept hitting my head as was to low across the whole of the back yard
The overgrown garden and how the itchy tree was in the way of the tap it came out with hives
- Carol (5/5): Passable - Location was great , nice little walk to the estuary .Unit was okay just needed little cosmetic upgrade Arrived unit hadn't been cleaned. Bedding had no matching sheets, linen very old could do with new linen. Towels hard could do with replacing. Air con only upstairs couldn't workout how to use. Bbq not good needs replacing.
- Jane (9/5): Superb -
- Katrina (8/5): Very good - Older style unit that had everything we needed for over a week. Very close to shops. Water views. Shower head upstairs needs to be re-aligned as faces the wall and leaks a lot so no pressure.
Shower downstairs works well.
- Timothy (9/5): Superb - Most comfortable beds ever
good location
perfect for a family and good value Hills hoist in back yard had no handle to raise it up, had to duck under it to get to and from the back door.
- Josephine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margaret (8/5): It was a lovely stay. Found the owner easy and friendly to talk to. - The area and close proximity to where I had to go The barbecue isn't usable ..linen needs to match and towels need to be newer
- Goldsmith (7/5): Value for money. - Great location. Everything is functional and easy to use. All necessary is provided. Comfortable bed and pillows in the master bedroom. Good upstairs bathroom and downstairs laundry. Kitchen clean with all the necessary utensil. Dining table very unstable quite scary to use with Children. One mattress in single bed was deformed not very comfortable the other one was ok. Electrical cables untidy. Towels looked well used but was clean. Some bedside lamp would be good.
Outdoor cloth hanger very low and close to the back door. Easy to bang your head on it.
- Marie-louise (6/5): Pleasant -
- Berni (8/5): Great value for great location - Easy self check-in and detailed information from owner prior
Location excellent, walkway along estuary to foreshore or to pedestrian bridge, walking distance of all central amenities
Outdoor seating areas a bonus The first few nights were chilly, heater seemed to distribute heat unevenly meaning cold in spots and only one electric blanket. That said, plenty of spare bedding and cosy blanket.
- Lisa (10/5): Best accommodation ever I being coming to Perth for the last 4 years and this accommodation is amazing close to everythi - It’s was amazing very close to everything shops etc Nothing best accommodation ever
- Joy (4/5): Not the hosts fault, but it was wet most of the time. Take-away venues good and handy. - It was very cold when we arribbed and we found the heater inadequate. We went out and bought another heater. Two heaters and washing machine going and the electric jug blew the fuse. Too high to reach.
- Callum (8/5): Very good - Location, layout, comfort Please get rid of the 15 year old bed linen and pillow covers. Please use my money to buy some fresh linen!
- Michelle (9/5): lovely to catch up with family to play mini golf - Beautiful location we walked to all the services and enjoyed restaurants along a path around the water ways. The clothes line was very low at head hitting height
- Andi (8/5): Very good -
- Chong (7/5): Good - Wonderful location. Host was patient No toiletries for the shower, no small bin liners, small bin was very dirty, ran out of toilet paper after 3 days, still had socks in 1 of the beds & a pillow was so disgusting that I was going to toss it in the bin
- Irene (10/5): Lovely spot to walk along Waters edge - Highly recommend it. Quiet neighbours. Perfect location
- Judith (10/5): Exceptional -
- Minali (8/5): Great location and good communication. -
- Maria (4/5): Disappointing - Location Not clean so many cleaning products I hope that the owners appreciated that I bought their stove top back up to the level it should have been in the first place dropped a lid under bathroom cabinet and put my hand under OMG old hair/dirt dirty pots in the kitchen could not use BBQ because it was so dirty
- Judy (7/5): Good -
- Chris (4/5): extremely disappointing - It was close to the water. at least we were able to do some washing. it wasnt clean. matress protector was stained, pillows were stained. tv in living area not working. etectrical extension cords untidy over the floor. hot water wasnt turned so bad luck if hot water was needed on arrival. matching crockery would be good.
CARPORT WOULDNT FIT A 4 WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE
- Sophia (6/5): Enjoyed the area, cruise, sightseeing. - The location was great. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, cafes. Nice walk along the estuary in both directions.
Clean kitchen and bathroom. All necessary amenities. Cleaner didn't do any dusting. TV remote in bedroom didn't work.
- Sean (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nathan (4/5): Was a good stay in a nice area - Great location and was a lovely house Place was damaged by previous tenants and could have been cleaner
- Sean (10/5): Exceptional -
- Janet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vk6deb (10/5): Relaxing, much needed break away... - The location is amazing! Just a short stroll along the foreshore to the city with all the cafes and bars etc. Quiet location, nice neighbours and fully self contained making it easy to cook meals if we didn't feel like walking into town! For the cost of the stay, I don't think there is anything to complain about or not like.
