• Nathally De Oliveira Santana (10/5): Amei , recomendo e voltarei sempre dúvidas. - Simplemente amei o apartamento, pelas fotos não dava para ver muito bem como era , mas chegando la deu para entender o porquê de tantos bons comentários , o local é maravilhoso. Totalmente privado e independente . Totalmente equipado como todo o necessário. Cozinha maravilhosa, camas confortáveis, localização nota mil , equipe super prestativa e rápida. Recomendo e voltarei sem dúvidas. Coisas que me incomodaram ( mas em nada atrapalha ) : No quarto não há tv , a TV fica na sala ( o sofá é sofá cama e isso ajudou muito ) O banheiro para necessidades fica fora do quarto e é feio acessá-lo anoite . Há uma luz de emergencia na escada que ainda que tampada ilumina muito . Porém nada disso incomoda a hospedagem, o local é maravilhoso . Coisas que me incomodaram ( mas em nada atrapalha ) : No quarto não há tv , a TV fica na sala ( o sofá é sofá cama e isso ajudou muito ) O banheiro para necessidades fica fora do quarto e é feio acessá-lo anoite . • Nadja (7/5): - Главный плюс - расположение. Самый центр. По три полотенца на гостя. Полная кухня - можно пить чай вино коньяк, соль масло. Плитка микроволновка и кофеварка! И сковородка! Чашки! Очень неплохо решено хранение одежды - на трубах висят плечики в избытке. Было мыло шампунь кондиционер, вдоволь туалетной бумаги. Были переходники ! Это очень важно! Хозяин явно продумывать удобства для гостей . Хозяин был очень любезен, отвечал по Вотсаппу, сообщил всю нужную информацию, спасибо ему большое! За 75 евро ночь - очень неплохо. Но есть моменты . Из описания неочевидно, что номер на пером этаже дома, который расположен в щели между домами. Найти его сложно. Если честно то надо писать что в номере практически нет окон, они выходят в бетонный коридор. От окон до стены в которую они упираются меньше метра. Соотвественно не бывает дневного света. По этой щели ходят постояльцы других номеров, поэтому шторы всегда должны дать закрыты. Дверь напротив из матового стекла. И когда постояльцы ходят ночью - в щели включается свет и будит вас :) идея видимо была чтобы в номере было посветлее - но тогда нужна ещё штора на дверь! Короче, в комнате темно всегда. В узкой щели все слышно и если кто курит - то будто это у вас под носом. Кровать очень небольшая. Подходит только для тех, кто может спать в обнимку :) Подушки неудобные. Слишком резиновые кирпичики, высокие. Спала на смотанных полотенцах, ещё раз порадовалась что их много.

• Stof0818 (9/5): Très sympathique - Situation dans le centre ville et proche de la promenade le long de la mer, La qualité de la literie, Les équipements de l'appartement parfaitement destinés au conforts et au bien être du voyageur, Le calme, L'originalité de la décoration. La porte d'entrée en verre qui contribue à la clarté du logement mais qui devrait, OBLIGATOIREMENT, être doublé d'un rideau occultant pour la nuit afin d'éviter l'excès de lumière provenant de l'extérieur dans le logement. La difficulté de trouver une place de stationnement pour notre voiture.

• Sarah (1/5): It’s a ground floor room, that is dark and gloomy.Just after midnight someone tried to break into my room - It’s a good location in the city. It was dark, damp. Resembled a prison cell. No sheet on the bed, one pillow. Glass door with a large crack. Dirty towels. On the second night, just after midnight, a large male figure was silhouetted outside the room and tried to get in. I left the following morning. I received a refund for the night I wasn’t there.

• Julia (3/5): I wouldn’t recommend this place. - Good location My stay at these apartments was disappointing. There was mold on the ceiling, and the walls were stained with something unidentifiable. The kitchen was covered in crumbs, and the glass on the door had a crack. The overall atmosphere felt dark and damp, making it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, the stove that was promised for cooking was nowhere to be found.

• Welsh (2/5): Very poor - It was close to the city centre The apartment was like being in a prison , , very dark and bars on all the windows. The outlay of the flat was crazy bedroom and bathroom one side and kitchen bedroom other side and definitely needed updating in every way. .I asked the host for some information about the number bus to get and stop to get off and I was not answered , when we finally arrived from the bus which we sorted ourselves, we could not find the eins room and eventually ask a shop keeper if he could help us . He was brilliant not like the host that just said he had sent information that day which we could not receive because we had no Internet on our mobiles. . He was not there to meet us just told the friendly shop keeper , who asked the host to send the message to his phone . He closed his shop and took us to the flat ,let me take a phone of the message on his phone and when we got in the flat there was no electric on , he sorted it out for us ,he was doing the host job although he was nothing to do with our stay what a wonderful helpful person . Big problem could not get into the Internet at all , it was total rubbish., finally sorted out the air con for some warmth , would never stay there again! So helpful shop keeper 10/10 , host of the apartment 1/10 ,not helpful one bit!! Just being honest with what we thought of this air b and b.

• Svetlana (10/5): Exceptional - It is a perfect apartment for a couple. Very clean and with nice design. We had all the necessary facilities and even more. The nice gesture from the host - there was a coffee machine and good coffee in the apartment. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
• Willian (6/5): Just pleasant! - I loved the location, close to many good restaurants, cafes, bars and the sea promenade. The bed was quite comfy. Check in was super easy. It wasn’t super clean, the walls had stains on it, the studio had a strong smell of humidity/mold. There was a broken glass table in the bathroom and the toilet lid was also broken falling on us every time we got up from it.

• Igor (9/5): Superb - Small and a bit dark accommodation, at pictures it looks a bit bigger. The description is fully correct and you will get everything that is mentioned on the site. Room is very quiet. Location is great! Multilevel parking is just 2 blocks from the accommodation. Besides few open parking in the vicinity. Check in and out is smooth. Accommodation has tea coffee soap etc. everything that is needed for a few days stay. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need. Recommended for 1-2 people.

Would highly recommend this place to everyone, but if you have wheelchair - it wouldn’t be that comfortable, because there are some stairs inside. • Ugljesa (9/5): Good choice for a short stay - Location in the center of the town, but in a reasonably quiet street. Easy to reach in 10-15 minutes on foot from the intercity bus station in front of Aghia Napa church. Very well equipped kitchen. Liquid soap, shampoo and shower gel provided. Very comfy thick mattress. WiFi was OK. Be aware that the apartment has a very unusual layout - it develops around your private central staircase that leads from the ground floor to the first floor where the apartment is located. The view from any of the windows is just the wall of the neighbouring house. No decent supermarkets nearby (use bus number 30 from the seaside promenade to reach Lidl).
