Noise & Respect for Neighbours

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, seven days a week.
Guests must be respectful of neighbours at all times. Excessive noise, including outside of quiet hours, may result in eviction without refund.

Damages & Left Items

Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible. Replacement or repair costs may apply.
If personal items are left behind, we are happy to arrange postage. A $45 handling fee plus postage costs will apply to cover staff time and administration.

Lost Keys and Lockouts

If you require assistance due to a lockout:
$50 call-out fee (before 6:00 pm)
$150 call-out fee (after 6:00 pm and all day on weekends)
Lost keys or swipe cards — including where lock replacement is required — will be charged at cost (typically $250 or more).
If a lost key is later found at any location and we are required to attend to collect it, the applicable call-out fee will apply.
Alternatively, guests may collect our office spare key set at no charge. The original key must be returned to us as soon as access to the property has been regained. Failure to promptly return the key may result in replacement charges.

Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.
Day visitors are permitted; however, all overnight guests must be included on the booking.
If you wish to add an additional guest, you must contact us in advance. An additional charge of $30 per person, per night will apply. Our property is prepared according to the number of registered guests, and we require advance notice to provide appropriate linen, towels, and amenities.
Unauthorised overnight guests will incur a $100 fee per person, per night, and the reservation may be cancelled without refund.

Caring for the Property

Please treat the property with care and respect.
Wash and put away dishes.
Dispose of rubbish appropriately.
Avoid leaving food out, as this may attract pests.
Please do not apply fake tan at the property, as it can stain linens and towels.
A black face washer is provided for makeup removal — please use this to avoid staining white linen.
The cleaning fee covers standard cleaning and laundering of linen and towels. Excessive mess, stained linen (including from fake tan or makeup), additional cleaning time, or excessive laundry resulting from your stay will incur additional charges.

Check-in & Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 pm on your arrival day, and check-out is by 10:00 am on your departure day. Please plan your travel accordingly.
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability. To guarantee early arrival or late departure, please consider booking an additional night, as our housekeeping team requires time to prepare the property between stays.

If you stay past your check-out time of 10:00 am without prior approval, and the housekeeper is kept waiting to start their work, a fee may be charged to compensate for the cleaner’s time.

- Baker (9/5): Fantastic base for a trip to Perth to visit the family. - Apartment was lovely and had wonderful views over the marina. Key collection. Instruction said keys were in a lock box but did not say the keys were in the locked letterbox. As we needed a fob attached to the keys to access the parking area it caused a bit of panic as we had no idea how to access the key, but the caretaker helped us out. It may well have been partly our fault as this was the first Air B & B we had used.

- Karen (9/5): The location was beautiful with amazing views of the harbour. - The location was perfect and the apartment was very spacious and clean with good facilities. Having to carry suitcases down the steps from the car park and the WiFi was very intermittent.
- Lnitsch1 (9/5): Superb - An ideal location overlooking the marina, just beautiful. Close walk to restaurants and bars and 10 min walk to the beach. The accommodation was like a home away from home. It had everything we needed, including beautiful kitchen, laundry facilities, living area, and Netflix (although the internet was not always reliable). Finishings and inside furniture were really nice. We will definitely stay again. The outside alfresco area could do with a tidy up and new cushions for the furniture as a few of them were too small (see picture), and the fly net is ripped. Also, there are no bbq facilities, but we were fortunate to have friends close by, so we borrowed theirs. This is why I am only giving 4 stars out of 5.

- Joanna (9/5): Modern spacious well equipped apartment - An impressive apartment with easy access to the bars and restaurants of Mindarie Marina. The owner had left many useful supplies, such as cleaning products, washing powder, coffee etc., so the only thing we had to get in ourselves was food for our stay. It was spring in Western Australia so the nights were a little chilly and we didn't seem to get the heating right, but this wasn't a major problem.

View was Awesome Only down side was unless you're a couple staying there, the single toilet could be an issue but that's really nothing that can really be changed and it was only a minor thing.

The A/C made the temperature very comfortable. As we were older the steps were a little steep. Could you please supply a teapot and vegetable peeler. Otherwise everything was very good. We like to make pots of tea, so a teapot would have been good. With older people the steps are s little steep.

- Jane (9/5): A brilliant stay in a stunning marina waterfront location - with private parking - We loved the stunning marina view and proximity to the waterfront - especially sitting on the terrace and watching the boats and people come and go. Comfy bed, spacious apartment and great to have a washer/dryer. Really liked the sofa on the terrace. Also good selection of waterfront bars/restaurants a short stroll away. It was 'musty' and damp smelling at the back of the apartment and we suspect there were drainage issues with the bathroom pipework as one morning, there were 50+ dead midges on the bathroom sink surround - which I think came up the pipes as there's no windows. Some ventilation may have helped. The floor in the shower was very slippy and I nearly fell over - a handle at the door end would have helped. The fly screens on the patio doors need a repair. And we could have done with a few more plates/bowls/cutlery etc - even just with the two of us, we often had to wash up as we cooked in order to have clean plates to eat off. The garden areas looked unloved with a few dying shrubs here and there and lots of unused water-pipes lying around on the bare earth which looked unsightly. Better to pave over and have plants in pots maybe? These are small gripes intended to be helpful feedback and nothing spoilt our stay - we loved the place.

Location is amazing, minutes from the marina hotel with bars and restaurants.

Patio with a gate enables direct access to boardwalk and restaurants. Generous supplies for keeping things tidy and washing machine was a bonus. It was strict with instructions to leave property as found but as an apartment this is usually expected . Quite a few stairs to access from car parking as described - fine for us though.

Lots of space There were insufficient towels for our 3 day stay and no face towels
Please notify in your marketing about the many stairs needed to access the property
The washing/dryer combo machine took wayyyy too long to complete per cycle hence we had to purchase new towels
There was a lack of basic essentials in the kitchen such as a peeler, colander and a functional fry pan. Actually the fry pan was dirty when we arrived which was off-putting.

Reasonably priced good restaurant's are close by and walking around the Marina and nearby location's is facilitated by well maintained board walks. Lost marks for dirty windows that were accentuated by the lovely marina behind them. Access is tricky down several flights of steps but worth the effort.

- Rody (8/5): Very good - We had no idea that there would be 19 steep steps to access the apartment. My wife was unable to use these stairs due to hip & knee problems. We did find an alternate access via the boat car park. This issue should be made know at the time of any booking.

- Diane (7/5): Well appointed apartment and excellent location to the marina - The x2 bundle of keys was too complicated and one lot didn’t work to get in to the gate and both couldn’t scan to get in door and had to use the key all the time.
The sliding door when snibbed wasn’t locked from outside so had to use key to lock the door at night which isn’t ideal if you needed to leave in a hurry!!
