• Lindsay (5/5): Overpriced for what was delivered which was very disapointing for such an established venue. - Air con did not work No breakfasts during the week. 7 / 11 food just does not cut it!! The neighboring cafes etc do not take breakfast orders before 6.30am which is useless for those who need to get on the congested Sunsushine Coast's roads early enough to arrive on time.

• Triciavq (8/5): Good location, private access to beach, great host - Good location, lots of shops nearby and close to other beaches. Has private access to the beach, a decent pool, and a bistro. Has essential plates, cutleries and glasses. Good size for 2 people, with balcony overlooking the Sunny Coast airport on one side & some views of the ocean on another side. Easy check in process, Mon was a gracious host and easy to contact when needed. Not necessarily cons, but Good to Know's / Wish We Knew Prior - Saw a stained diffuser upon check-in. Nothing major, reported it to Mon who offered to sort it out. Just wasn't pleasant to see upon arrival. - No area and items to wash after meals. We had to use the shower sink & the buy a dishwashing liquid next door. - Limited bins in the room. No chute in the floor, you have to take out/bring down your bins to the ground floor. - Shower door doesn't close properly causing it to leak/wet the floor (photo attached). They have provided a floor mat but it's not sufficient to keep it properly dry for multiple days. - You will see your neighbours and they'll see you from the balcony. Again not an issue, but a good to know if you'll have meals outside.

• Warren (9/5): Great location, excellent room, easy to access and great communition - The property was clean, lovely lighting and furnishings. Easy to check in and out via lock boxes and communication was great I didn’t find the bed comfortable
• Aloise (8/5): Good value for money. - We left really early which is why we booked a hotel so close to the airport. Beach is beautiful - very unspoiled and almost no one there. Food in the Sports Bar was fairly average - not really an alterative or anywhere close by within walking distance.
• John (7/5): This Studio is situated within the Ramada Resort which was lovely, would definitely stay at this resort again - Great communication, good value for money, brilliant restaurant and pool on site Wouldn’t stay longer than 2nights in this studio, very small room and bed not very comfortable.

• Cowley (2/5): The best part of our trip was NOT being in the room. - The location was the reason we booked the room... The location is great, minutes from walking to the beach, and shops across the road. BUT that was where the like seemed to stop... We don't get away very often, so to get a Friday to Monday trip together away was a very very rare experience... Well, upon arriving in the room we turned on the Air-Con and was greeted with a rattle, this was NOT a slight rattle but similar to the sound of dragging a stick along a metal fence no matter what speed the fan was it was loud OR louder! So, options, Option A no aircon; open the sliding door welcoming in bitty insects & aircraft noise blasting in from the Sunny Coast airport OR Option B turn on the aircon and have the consistent rattle reverberate throughout the small room. Option B it was as the noise and bitty insects + the humidity was just too much. Call in a complaint? After Looking at the dodgy workmanship on the aircon air intake obviously this was not the air-cons first complaint the grates screws obviously not original & the grate no longer sat flush in its hole. Add to this a random splash of white paint, classy! So, after doing multiple trips to the basement carpark that isn't accessible by the same lifts you need for the room. and there being NO luggage trollies, (later in our stay we did see 2 airport trolley possibly from the airport and 1 a hotel one, THREE for how many rooms.) We were looking forward to a cool room after lugging our belonging to the room, NOPE we were left again wondering where the coolness from the extensive rattling aircon was going. We found that the vents were closed, either by an over enthusiastic cleaner (unlikely) or someone physically closed the vents, as we have to physically open them. The room is obviously in need of a deep clean, With the darkness that could be the shadow of the dreaded mould here and there and around the room. Shower = I walked in and went for a slide as there was so much water on the floor like wife-e showered outside cubical. Nope, the door simply no longer has the capacity to stop the water leaving the shower cubical.

• Melissa (9/5): Superb - Great facilities within the complex. Room was clean and extras like body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The bar fridge was an adequate size but the freezer needed defrosting, it was so iced up that it was taking up most of the fridge space. Crockery and utensils for 2 but no washing up liquid supplied.

Good supplies of tea, coffee, shampoo etc. Nice host and good communication. Marks on bed sheets. Older linen. Key access is hard to unlock door. Aircon rattles and makes noises.
• Garner (7/5): Good - Not much. The room was small. Service is no existent. The check in staff made it plain that they were not involved with our particular room. We had to enter a code to get our key. That came via a text message. The waiting staff don't take your orders. The room is old and tired. There are other motels close by that are better value for money. As above.
• Bri (10/5): Overall I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone :) - In the middle of the beach and airport very convenient spot with a strip of local shops directly across the road including cafes and a 7 Eleven. Friendly staff that were very helpful. Easy to find when travelling from the airport- only a 5 minute drive. my room was easy to access, nice and clean with beautiful views :) would highly recommend.

The unit was small-ish but for just a couple it was well sized and the bathroom was a good size The only possible problem, and it’s not a big one at all, the shower door didn’t seal well so there was always water coming out no matter how careful we were. It never left the bathroom and there were two bath mats so it wasn’t bad

Air conditioning makes weird loud noises when on for too long, and it’s hard to regulate temperature as the AC controls are hard to read

• Natalie (7/5): Right in the middle of the Sunshine Coast - The Smart TV had access to several streaming services which was really handy because we had really bad weather, the amenities at the hotel, they have a lovely heated pool, right opposite the beach, really great restaurant where we had a lovely meal, cocktails looked good though we didn't try, and we hired bikes out directly from reception, The receptionists were really helpful too., the full-size toiletries, the host of the room was very nice and helpful as well. The area is great, with a tonne of very good coffee shops, food and bars plus easy drive to Twin Waters, Maroochydore and Coolum/Noosa so it's a brilliant location if you don't mind the plane noise as opposite the airport. The room is described as a studio but it's a hotel room, with a microwave essentially. It is very small, and you could only cater a very basic breakfast. there is also nowhere else to sit other than the bed or the balcony chairs. I was expecting a slightly larger room with a small sofa or seating area and a kitchenette which is what a studio is. Also, the room and decor are looking a bit tired and cheap, it could do with sprucing up, some colourful soft furnishings and slightly higher quality modern furniture would help. There were also some signs of ageing such as cracked tiles on balcony...everything worked well, and it was very clean but just the aesthetics weren't there. The view is sideways onto the property so you can see the sea and the mountains but also in foreground a garage forecourt and wasteland and back of airport. I would say for price point its really ok though and if weather better we would have been out the whole time so the room would have mattered less.

More information provided on the lock box access and how there was a fob to work certain aspects in the resort and instructions on how the air conditioner works as a lot of the markings had faded away. For elderly people who aren't used to staying at these types of places these few thing were quite confusing.

• Stanghon (9/5): We had an amazing weekend! - The property is perfectly located close to the beach. all amenities are close by and it is clean, functional and well presented. One issue we did have is that the shower leaked a lot of water out onto the bathroom floor through the gap in the shower door. This could be a slip risk and could end up on the carpet in the bedroom which would damage the carpet.

• Staunton (8/5): Lovely accommodation - Really comfortable studio with balcony. Fantastic outdoor swimming pool and restaurant. Easy access to lovely beach. 7 Eleven opposite but easy to get a bus into Maroochydore. The apartments are opposite the local airport but it's not very busy and certainly didn't detract from our stay.
