• Dana (9/5): Ideal location to visit Limassol and Cyprus - The view is indeed the highlight of the apartment. The bed is comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location is ideal to visit Limassol but also the surroundings. The host is very kind, friendly and helpful. Other visitors complained about the noise at night. It might be noisy at the beginning but generally the nights were calm and confortable.
• Nina (10/5): - Die wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon. Es war sehr laut und an durchgehenden Schlaf war keine Nacht zu denken. Auf dem Parkplatz versammeln sich jeden Abend Personen, die mit aufgetunten Auspuffanlagen Lärm verursachen und laut herumschreien. Dafür kann der Vermieter selbstverständlich nichts.

• Tatiana (10/5): - It was a wonderful apartment on the 9th floor with an incredible sea view — you can even watch the sunrise! The place is cozy, spotless, and feels like home. The host was very friendly and welcoming, explained everything, helped us get to the airport (ask him if you need help with that), and was always kind and quick to answer our questions. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment! Nothing

It had everything needed for a comfortable stay — a comfortable bed, modern appliances. The neighborhood was quiet, with shops and cafes nearby. The host personally welcomed us and was always available and very friendly. It was also possible to arrange a transfer through the host, which made our arrival even more convenient. • Michiel (10/5): 100% amazing! - I stayed in this lovely appartement for 5 days. It has a great location at the seaside and above all a magnificent view from the balcony, it is even better than on the pictures! Andros the owner gave me a nice welcome so I felt immediately at home. Cafés and restaurants are just downstairs and a supermarket is very close, everything on walking distance. There is also a large car parking in front however I was traveling by Intercity bus what is very easy for travellers who wish to see both beautiful Limassol and also the other cities Pafos, Nicosia and Larnaca. I would love to return next year!

• Zafrani (10/5): Just go with a smile and leave with a smile in a very simple way. - The owners simply fantastic! Very kind, positive and you can feel that they simply care about your experience in the place and not to please the clients because of the money. I’ve been all around the world at the best hotel, I always came back to the same place because of the feeling that I got from the hotel and the employees. In this case honestly I couldn’t ask for better people then the owners!!! The water flow in the taps is very weak, but the other benefits far outweigh this.

• Kyrychenko (9/5): Superb - I enjoyed the location, the view and the distance to the sea. Apartment has a great balcony where you can observe a very beautiful sunset. Thanks to our host for the hospitality 😊 I'm a bit too sensitive about bed linen, so for myself I always select ones that made out of cotton. I would just advise to review the apartment textile.

Happy to recommend! - Fantastic location near Lemesos seafront, plenty of bars, restaurants close by. Great sea views and views over the city and great to sit on the balcony in the evening. Host responded quickly to messages and calls and extremely helpful.

• Bradley (5/5): Nice Interior but Very Loud at Night - Obviously the view is nice, as well as the location. The TV was also very modern. Every night until around 1am people would gather in the parking lot across the street blasting music, revving engines, drag racing, etc and it is VERY LOUD. One night (a Wednesday) it occured even at 3:30am. Unfortunately the windows provide poor insulation. The shower pressure was the worst I've ever experienced traveling around the world for 3 months, and one day when it was not sunny, it was not even warm. I felt I paid way too much for this place at around 100/night in the low season. I was counting down the days until I left from day 2. The building entry door does not lock and one day we had a random man break into the building and try to set fire to the in the stairway screaming "Allahu Akbar!" and I was informed there are no smoke detectors so after this I felt quite unsafe in the apartment and nearly left to find another place. Limassol seems to be a very overrated/overpriced city in general as it was not beautiful.

• Chez (10/5): Best stay in Limassol so far. - The location is very convenient and the sea view is magnificent. I'm very happy with the hosts' friendliness, they made sure everything was perfect and paid attention to details such as water and juices in the fridge, orthopedic pillows and mattress, even food in the cupboard if anyone was hungry after their trip! It was clean and comfortable. Cafés and restaurants are just downstairs, supermarkets and pharmacy very close, within walking distance. It's a very convenient, central area. I would say it's the best apartment I've stayed so far. Would love to come back again. N/a
