• Adriaan (8/5): - Very centrally located, between Marktplatz and Paradeplatz. Property is spacious. Large balcony (which I didn’t use because of the rain, but still…). Apartment building has an elevator, so that’s nice. There was no microwave. As I’m not about cooking intricate meals on vacation, that was a bummer. But the owners were right that it wasn’t listed in the apartment description. Still, they said they would fix this. So that’s great (if they indeed do).
• Cathal (6/5): Great Potential, but Disappointed Again - Nice apartment with great potential. In a nice part of Mannheim with plenty of cafes, shops and eateries. It was quite large and comes with a washing machine (but no tablets) and balcony. There is a smart TV and comfortable couch, but it's missing a coffee table. I would guess that the people who own and/or these apartments have little or no experience when it comes to operating a quality hospitality establishment where customer interests are a priority. The quantity of emails they send, the ridiculous length of those emails, and the somewhat aggressive tone and disingenuous nature of some of them, gives the impression that customers are nothing more than a necessary inconvenience. Add to that the absence of a microwave (there was none on our last visit either!), only one tea towel and 3 toilet rolls for a near two week stay (it was the same on our last visit), nearly worn out beds, and the superficial cleanliness. I'd stay here again as it works for our needs. But I'd love to see the company focus a little more on their customers and stop doing just the bare minimum

• Reinhold (7/5): Gute Unterkunft in Citylage mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern - helles, modernes Apartment mit viel Platz; zentrale Lage im Herzen Mannheims mit sehr kurzen Wegen zu ÖPNV und Einzelhandel; prima schallisolierte Fenster; sauberes Treppenhaus und gut funktionierender Fahrstuhl; freundlicher Hausmeister keine Kaffeemaschine; keine unterschiedlichen Behälter für die Mülltrennung (obwohl seitens der Stadt vorgeschrieben); unbequeme, "zusammengewürfelte" Stühle; unpersönliche Kommunikation mit der Agentur; mangelhafter "After-Sales-Service": auch nach zweimaliger Bitte wurde uns keine Rechnung ausgestellt :(

• Simonetta (5/5): Devono migliorare altrimenti avranno solo brutte recensioni - La posizione L'organizzazione non è tempestiva nel risolvere i problemi e addirittura assente. Per esempio quando siamo arrivati, nella cassetta assegnataci per prendere la chiave, questa non c'era e dopo averli contattati via mail, perché non rispondono al telefono,hanno risposto dopo 15 minuti che stavamo giù al portone con le valigie, cambiandoci appartamento. Inoltre ci hanno fornito per 7 giorni un solo asciugamano a testa, la rete wifi era inesistente e comunque l'appartamento era sporco. Nonostante la promessa di venire il giorno dopo per risolvere questi problemi, non sono venuti e non ci hanno più risposto fino alla fine del soggiorno. Peccato perché la struttura non è male ma sono assenti e non curano i loro appartamenti. Fornirò foto della sporcizia

• Sabine (6/5): Pleasant stay with some needed improvements - You receive a lot of information from the host. The keys are in the mailbox. This was a description that was missing. However, I figure it out. The apartment is big enough for two people. The location is really good. However, you have to pay for parking. It’s really quiet in the house and in the surroundings. Die Betten und Handtücher riechen modrig. Es gab insgesamt drei Kopfkissen in der Wohnung. Eins davon war absolut nicht nutzbar aufgrund des Geruchs. Für zwei Personen gab es drei Duschhandtücher, aber keine Hand Handtücher. Es ist eine zu hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit in der Wohnung. Es gibt Silberfische. Unsere Atemwege gingen zu über Nacht, es war wie Allergie. Wenn wir draußen waren, war alles wieder in Ordnung. Also irgendwas stimmt in der Wohnung nicht. Außerdem wird es komplette Bad überflutet, wenn man duscht. In der Küche fehlen Dielen im Fußboden. Der Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche ist lose. Die Jalousie im Schlafzimmer ist auf der linken Seite immer geschlossen und kann nicht nach oben gezogen werden. Somit kann das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden.

Das Appartement war nicht in der gebuchten Etage und die Ausstattung entsprach nicht den Fotos! Im „ Wohnzimmer“ 3 Pritschen ( behelfsbetten) Küchenunterschränke, ohne Kaffeemaschine , uralte Schwämme ! Sehr unhygienisch! Möbel ( Stühle ) mit wackeligen Beinen ! Alles sehr ungemütlich und lieblos zusammengewürfelt! Alles!!!!

Zum Glück habe ich mich nicht verletzt!Internet nur auf Nachfrage und dann per mobilen Zugang vorhanden. Sauberkeit an vielen Stellen ungenügend. Kommunikation sehr aufwendig und nicht zielorientiert
• Reinhold (5/5): Unterkunft mit Licht und Schatten - helles, modernes Apartment mit viel Platz; zentrale Lage im Herzen Mannheims mit sehr kurzen Wegen zu ÖPNV und Einzelhandel; prima schallisolierte Fenster; sauberes Treppenhaus und gut funktionierender Fahrstuhl; Leider keine Kaffeemaschine, keine Mikrowelle, keine Abtropfmöglichkeit für gewaschenes Geschirr, kein Toilettenpapier; wacklige Stühle; Gebucht hatten wir ein Loft im 4.Stock, wurden aber ohne Angabe von Gründen im 3.Stock einquartiert. Die W-LAN-Box war am 1. Abend nicht zu finden. Der Support war unpersönlich und schleppend und erfolgte ausschließlich per E-Mail, und nicht telefonisch, wie eigentlich in der Beschreibung angegeben, Am 2. Tag erschien ein netter Hausmeister, der zumindest einige der Mängel behob.

The kitchen was well stacked. Excellent privacy. Great location. Beautiful balcony. Overall a good experience. The wifi was an issue. I was without wifi for half of my stay. The machine was faulty and it was only replaced on my 4th day. Communication with the agency is BAD. The phone number never responds. Only e-mail works. If a weekend falls within your stay; no response is received. There were no curtains in the balcony door / bedroom window. The balcony door did not have a shutter also. Sleeping at night was a nightmare.

Overall terrible experience. - I requested to check in an hour early to this property and they told me that I had to respect their cleaning process and wait until 3. That's fine. I waited until 3 and when I got there, the janitor (whom I have never met before) approached me and told me he would take me to the apartment. He takes me up there, and he is still cleaning it, also, the apartment was incredibly dirty and smelled terrible. This accommodation was booked for me by a colleague. I do not live in Germany, I had never been to this town, and I had been traveling the entire day. The entire interaction felt like a scam and I was worried about my safety, so I promptly left the apartment and found another hotel last minute that day. I did not stay more than 1 minute in this apartment. They were not accommodating, would not answer the phone during check-in, and the whole situation was incredibly unprofessional and felt like a scam. I would not recommend this company to ANYBODY, especially to a guest that is unfamiliar with the area. Traveling to a different country is stressful enough, my whole experience with them made it that much worse.

• Bankim (9/5): Enjoyed the stay! - Perfect location in the heart of the city. Easy access to public transport, restaurants, supermarkets and bars. The smart TV has all the apps like netflix, prime, etc. and WiFi is good quality for binge watching. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room has big windows. The couch in front of the TV did not have a back rest so it was uncomfortable. There was only one set of towels available but we had the option to ask for a replacement which needs 3 working days. Fridge does not have a freezer compartment.

• Setsuo (4/5): This was a first experience to look for a key to enter the property. - I did not have breakfast, so the question is not applicable. The location of the property was acceptable for shopping and dining.

There were blood stains on the towel, the pillows and blankets stinked, the floors were so dirty that my socks got black after 2 mins of walk and the there was a terrible food odor ln the whole flat. I bought many candles and air diffusers to eliminate the disgusting smell. Even the dishes were full of food stains
