I must say this has been the best stay in Brazil out of the entire month I've spent traveling in Brazil. The location is fabulous, the people are kind, the streets are clean and safe plus the beach is a gem on its own. #1 spot in Piratininga hands down.

• Victor (10/5): Insuperável - Se você está procurando estadia perto de uma praia que não fica lotada, água na temperatura certa e cristalina, um por do sol de tirar o fôlego e uma acomodação decorada de forma primorosa, com utensílios e eletromédicos novos, você já pode parar de procurar e fechar com essa aqui. Em alguns aspectos, este loft chegou a superar acomodações premium em que já me hospedei (Mabu Thermas Resort e Beachpark Oceanni). Vale MUITO a pena e eu vou voltar lá, se Deus permitir. Pontos de destaque: * Vista para o mar. * Muito próximo à praia. * O loft fica em um prédio moderno com estacionamento coberto, elevador e infra impecável. * A piscina é pequena, porém, excelente para as crianças. Embora as minhas só tenham ido um dia. * Não sei se dei sorte, mas o trecho da praia que fica perto do imóvel estava sensacional, principalmente para as crianças: ondas calmas, água com temperatura perfeita e sem lotação, sem assédio de barraqueiros ou vendedores. Meus filhos não queriam sair da água. * A decoração do imóvel é absolutamente fantástica. Você entra e parece que está na praia. A vibe é muito boa. * Móveis e eletrodomésticos novos, alguns importados. * Varanda gourmet ampla e funcional, equipada com cooktop. Não tem churrasqueira, mas não me fez falta... * Roupas de cama e banho impecavelmente limpas e cheirosas. * Fica próximo (dá para ir a pé) a um restaurante chamado Maria da Praia. Recomendo a caldeirada e os "bolinhos" de bacalhau, que deveriam se chamar "bolões de bacalhau" devido ao tamanho. Muito bem servido. Saí de lá passando mal de tanto que comi, rs! No resumo: se você gosta de clima de praia, vá porque você não vai se arrepender. * Não chega a ser um ponto negativo, mas, você vai precisar de carro se quiser ir a um mercado grande ou curtir alguns restaurantes. Estando por lá, recomendo o Gendai Premium, que fica a uns 2 ou 3 km.

Pertinho da praia e do comércio da região. O destaque é para o anfitrião, disponível e atento a todos os detalhes. Voltarei em breve!

• Ahlqvist (10/5): Trevlig lägenhet nära stranden - Enkelt och bra med kod till lägenheten, bra garage för bil om än lite trångt. Fin lägenhet med allt vad man behöver egentligen. Nära till stranden, ganska lugnt område. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som jobbar i receptionen dygnet runt. Liten pool fanns också, det var lite för kallt på kvällen i den men svalkande på dagen. Hade varit bra om det fanns information i lägenheten på fler språk än portugisiska.

O espaço é ótimo, limpo, novo e dispõe de tudo que uma casa pode oferecer, e da melhor qualidade. Super recomendo! Quem quiser ir e desfrutar de uma praia linda a 01 min a pé do local, esse é meu lugar. Não gostei de ir embora.

The property is exceptionally well equipped, offering everything you could possibly need, from kitchen essentials like cutlery to a convenient washing machine. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host is also available whenever you need, sent a couple of messages throughout the staying checking if everything was okay and even suggested sending someone to help me in case I needed. Instructions were very clear and the reception was also very friendly and helpful. I would strongly consider staying there again on my next trip to Niteroi. Not applicable
