Ogesh (3/5): very bad experience - The location was good We stayed here from Friday to Wednesday ( April 2026) and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience due to consistently high indoor temperatures. From the first night, the apartment felt warm, but we assumed it would improve. However, over the following days and nights, the temperature remained around 25°C during the day and about 22–23°C at night. Despite keeping windows and doors open for several hours (even during windy conditions) and using a fan, the apartment did not cool down sufficiently. This affected not just one room but the entire apartment, including both bedrooms (one with a normal bed and one with a waterbed) and the living area. As a result, we were unable to sleep properly for multiple nights, which significantly impacted our stay. We reported the issue during our stay. A technician checked and confirmed that everything was “working,” but no practical solution was provided. The suggestions given (ventilation) were already being followed and did not resolve the problem. The explanation later focused on the waterbed, but this does not explain why the second bedroom and other areas were also too warm. We also found the handling of the complaint disappointing. Instead of addressing the comfort issue, responsibility was shifted, and no meaningful resolution was offered during our stay. Overall, while the property itself may have good features, the indoor climate made it very difficult to rest, and the lack of effective support made the experience frustrating. We would recommend future guests to carefully consider this, especially if you are sensitive to room temperature while sleeping.

S. (10/5): Eine Traumreise in Perfektion - Eine Traumreise in Perfektion Wir sind absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber – so sauber, dass wir noch nie eine vergleichbare Unterkunft gebucht haben. Der persönliche Check-In in der Wohnung durch den Chef des Gästeservices war ein echtes Highlight. So etwas hatten wir bisher noch nie erlebt: herzlich, professionell und perfekt organisiert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist schlichtweg unschlagbar. Es ist das einzige Haus in dieser Preisklasse und Bauform mit direktem Meerblick. Auch die Ausstattung hat uns beeindruckt: alles auf höchstem Niveau. Überall hochwertige WMF-Produkte, ein Wasserbett, das zum Träumen einlädt, und ein Kaffeevollautomat, der unseren Morgen jedes Mal versüßt hat. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch den Saugroboter – ein Luxus, der den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht, wenn man nach einem Ausflug in ein frisch gesaugtes Ferienhaus zurückkehrt. Vielen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Wir kommen garantiert wieder! 🌊 da gibt es nichts zu erzählen, die Wohnung ist in allem PERFEKT ohne Verbesserungsvorschläge, es ist alles total durchdacht.
Caren (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl in unserem Urlaub gefühlt. Zu erkunden gibt es sehr viel in der Gegend ob zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrra - Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine schöne Lage . Es ist alles da , was man braucht . Die Küche , das Bad und die anderen Räume sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir von einem sehr netten Mitarbeiter begrüßt, der uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat und weiterhin zu jeder Zeit telefonisch für uns erreichbar gewesen wäre. Was uns gefehlt hat, ist der Sonnenschirm. Wir haben später gelesen, dass man ihn hätte mitbringen müssen inklusive Ständer. Dafür fehlt aber der Platz im Auto. Die Sonne steht fast den ganzen Tag auf der Balkon Seite. Für uns waren die Bettdecken viel zu schwer und zu warm.
