- Madis (9/5): We went there in October school holiday in order to charge body batteries with the sun - We very much liked the area where the property was. Nice quiet area nearby the sea and if you do not want to walk, then there was also the pool in the garden.

- Martina (10/5): Tolles Apoartement mit xxl Veranda - Das Appartement liegt in perivolia ca 15 km entfernt von Larnaka. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Gebäudekomplex und ist mit einem Tor gesichert. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Es war sauber, komfortabel und alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ebenfalls toll. Der Pool stand für mehrere Appartements zur Verfügung! Die Terasse war riesig und man konnte die Flugzeuge beobachten. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt!

- Ltatford (9/5): A cosy flat in a great location - Very cosy and functionnal flat. Constantinos has promptly answered our request frop a few more kitchenware. The location is very practical close to Larnaka, the sea and in a quiet location of Cape Kiti. The lightning could be improved both in the common rooms and in the bedrooms.

- Noiak (10/5): Ideal apartment and great value for price, near beaches and our favourite restaurant nearby Enalia. - The apartment was exceptionally clean, and extremely pretty. Lovely big windows and huge balcony as well, and located ideally right next to a bus stop (very easy to get to from Larnaca Airport using bus 429 - cost 2.40 eur pp). Residents swimming pool a fantastic extra bonus for a quick dip. Thank you for an amazing stay! The only thing I'd say was some extra toilet paper/basic kitchen amenities such as salt/coffee/oil etc. would have been useful, however this did not cause a massive issue for us. We ended up purchasing some items from the shop nearby and left them at the apartment.

- Sophie (8/5): Very good - the location was good. Quiet but also easy access to facilities nearby and the beach. Bonus the big porch that you can relax and enjoy the view and quiet of the area needs some updating on its facilities like the oven in the kitchen and a coffee machine that is workable. Also the blinds need changing
- Cattolit (7/5): Good - Good apartment in a quiet location: more than adequate for staying in Cyprus. Some sunbeds on the terrace would have been nice to have to enjoy it.
- Justas (7/5): Good - The size of the apartment and terrace was exceeding our expectations. Although the flat looks quite new, the amenities inside of it has seen better days.. air conditioner working, but with problems, window blinds broken, some even missing, oven rusted, bathroom sink leaking and some more minor issues.
- Dalibor (8/5): Good accommodation, but you need to have a car - The apartment is really good. It is very spacious. It has 2 big bedrooms and 2 restrooms, so it is ideal for 2 couples/families. The apartment has extra big terrace with possibility to make a barbecue. Parking is available. There is also a nice private pool. The apartment is best for people traveling by car. If you do not have a car, the things then can be little complicated. Closest shop is approximately 1 km away, there are just 2 restaurant in 2km perimeter. The advantage is that bus stop is in front of the apartment and the buses really run on time. The closest beach is not bad, but definitely not the best, but you could use bus to go to McKenzie beach for example as it is very close. But not of the above is the fault of the apartment. In our case, it pushed us to rent a car and we have spent amazing week in Cyprus and the apartment.
- Oukhortseva (8/5): Good but overpriced - Very good location, 5 mins to the sea.
The flat is comfortable and has everything which is needed. Although the overall impression is good there were some things which we did not like:
1. We expected the flat to be bigger. The description says m2 including the terrace which we actually did not use as it is very hot. Actually the flat is not that big.
2. When we checked in, there was no water. We spent around 4 hours to figure it out. When we phoned, they did not believe us saying that we did not switch the pump in. The situation was resolved in several hours after solid correspondence and phone calls and it turned out to be their problem.
3. There was no water in one bedroom and the issue was not fixed during our 3.5 weeks stay. A plumber had to come on Monday and we came from the beach to meet him. But no one came.
3. Taking into account the smaller size of the apartment and the issues above I would say that the price is higher than it should be. You can find a villa near the sea at practically the same price.

- Giedrius (5/5): Passable - Big balcony-terrace.Beautiful view from terrace.2lovely black cats. Finding appartments was challenging as booking coordinates misleading up to half km,also owners not very helpful with sending only 1 video how to get there.
Kitchen and all equimpment is worn.El.power outlets loose and potentialy dangerous.Sink in toilet is cracked and leaking.Owners put some dish beneath it..so not very compatible with word luxury.Hot water available for the very limited time max 2 shower sessions🙂For late ch-out (+4hr)owners asked full day payment even if apartment remained free that day.
