• Loredana (9/5): The view was amazing - We had an amazing stay in here! The location is unbeatable, literally right on the beach in a beautiful area perfect for long seaside walks. The views from the apartment are stunning and truly make the stay worth it. The hosts were incredible. So thoughtful and welcoming. Since we arrived late at night, they even offered to do some shopping for us, which we appreciated so much. The only minor note is that the apartment could use a bit of reconditioning and some small fixes. However, this didn't take away from our experience. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we’d definitely recommend it for the view and the area.

• SJ & PJ (8/5): Turtle Bay Apartment - The position of this apartment is just amazing overlooking Turtle bay. A quiet part of Fig Tree Bay but close enough to the amenities at The Strip. Enjoyed our 2 weeks here with the highlight of swimming with the turtles. Looking forward to returning next year. There were a few initial issues with the apartment, including a broken shower pole and blind cord but having the biggest impact on our enjoyment during this holiday was a continuous annoying noise, emenating from the roof, which caused vibrations in the walls of the apartment. The guys at Villas2let responded to our communication with them in good time and resolved most of the problems. Overall the apartment requires a little TLC and proactive management, rather than leaving it to customers to communicate any problems, to continue achieving high ratings.

• Jason (9/5): Great apartment in a great location - The location was fantastic - lovely views over the bay and just 10 minute walk to Fig Tree Bay and the "strip" in Protaras. Apartment was clean and comfortable - any niggles raised were resolved within 10 minutes, which is great customer service. Nothing to be negative about
• Regimantas (10/5): A good holiday - The apartment is clean, bright, sunny all day in wintertime and pretty comfortable to stay at. There is an elevator and parking for your car. Inside the bedroom wall there is some kind of electrical apparatus which keeps buzzing day and night. Buzzing is especially audible at night and might affect your sleep if you are a light sleeper.

The manager said I should say that on the review as people will be disappointed like I was. The fridge is very old. The bed frame has sharp edges and that bruised my legs. Need to change the large frame. Everything else super

The apartment had everything required for a self catering holiday. The sofa in the lounge area is not very comfortable.

• Anonymous (6/5): Great location, apartment building public areas need some attention and apartment Erika needs updating - The location, close enough to Protaras without being in the middle of things Furniture in property is tired and ready for renewal. the sofa is uncomfortable and the bed frame is dangerous without sharp corners that I caught my shin on, causing a cut and bruising. had to try to cover the bottom corners of the bed frame to stop further injury

• Barbora (9/5): Overall, our stay was lovely and I would come back next time I visit Protaras. - First of all, the aparment has a great location. It is in a peaceful neighbourhood near the sea. The nearest Fig tree beach is beautiful, only few minutes of walk and there is a nice path going along the sea to this beach. The apartment has also a stunning view. It is on the highest floor and the last door in the hall so its terrace has more privacy and beautiful sea view. The kitchen was equiped alright, the aparment was clean, the aircondition worked well. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend to renovate this apartment, It looked bit older in real than on the pictures. The fridge was scratched, the wall in bedroom was scratched, there were ants everywhere. The couch in living room was "used" a lot. There wasn´t enough toilet paper and no washing powder and in the kitchen, there was no salt. (You need just a little of these things and mostly don´t bring it with you on a plane or don´t buy a big package in the store on holidays). The kitchen was also missing some dish cloths. There was a bit noise from the pool and car park, if it is important for you, I recommend to choose an apartment on the other side of the building.
