- Alexis (8/5): Ubicación perfecta, mucho movimiento y zona accesible - La ubicación y la atención del personal. El baño necesita un poco de mantenimiento, también otra cosa es que en el comedor donde se encontraban camas figuraba con un aire acondicionado adicional y no estaba.
- arlene (7/5): La ubicación del lugar es muy buena y la seguridad también ! - La ubicación del lugar y la atención de Mario y su esposa ! Las instalaciones son bastantes viejas , la cama también, el lavatorio tiene fugaz de agua que caían la piso , el piso siempre estaba mojado por eso !

- Loïs (10/5): Super fijn, zou zo terugkomen! - De grote ruimte, hoge plafons, de locatie, het lekkere bed, de kunst, en de aardige host Mario! De keuken uitzet had misschien iets uitgebreider gekund, maar was prima! Ook bv een nieuw badmatje zou gewenst zijn. Maar dit zijn kleine dingen!

- Herberth (1/5): Recepcionista agressivo - Não recomendo de forma alguma a estadia nesse local. Os hospedes não tem a chave da entrada, sendo necessário tocar a campainha para entrar ou mesmo para sair do edifício, o que impede qualquer evacuação em caso de emergência. O pior, foi que um dia o recepcionista começou a gritar comigo, não abriu a porta para eu sair, ou seja, me manteve preso dentro do prédio, e ele avançou para cima de mim ameaçando me agredir. Me senti absolutamente vulnerável e inseguro nesse local. Evitem.

- Joao correia (5/5): Experiência ruim. - Funcionarios extremamente atenciosos e amigaveis. Localizacao ótima. Quarto MUITO sujo, cama e lençois desconfortaveis. Cortinas se desfazendo e empoeirando todo o quarto.

- Javier (7/5): Apartamento con buena relación calidad-precio - El precio muy asequible por un apartamento suficiente para una familia de 4. Muy bien ubicado en el bello barrio de San Antonio. La atención recibida por Mario, el portero presente 24 horas. Tiene lo básico necesario (aire acondicionado en dormitorio,wifi y ducha con agua caliente, microondas, frigo) Al contrario de la foto, en el que nos alojaron no tenía vistas a la bahía, sino a la calle, que viernes y sábado noches es muy ruidosa (puestos callejeros de Caipirinha), aunque cesa el ruido a las 23.00. El equipamiento es mejorable.

Não há café da manhã, o quarto aonde eu fiquei está com certos problemas na parte elétrica (o quadro de força de vez em quando desligava), a acomodação não foi boa, o ar condicionado está sujo, o quarto aonde eu fiquei não tinha vista alguma, não havia cama de casal ou troca de roupa todo dia e o preço foi excessivamente caro. Péssimo custo-benefício! O que salva é a amabilidade do Mário.

- Laetitia (8/5): Séjour très agréable à Santo Antônio - - Accueil au top, Mario a été super, très prévenant, il a tout fait pour rendre le séjour agréable - emplacement génial au milieu du quartier de Santo Antônio - les deux terrasses dont une qui donnait sur la mer, la vue était incroyable! Couchers de soleil à couper le souffle depuis cet endroit. - les équipements sont sommaires et très vétustes. Le matériel pour cuisiner est endommagé. Il y a un four micro ondes mais il manque un vrai four. Pas un seul torchon fourni non plus. Si vous comptez cuisiner c’est compliqué - il a beaucoup plu pendant une journée lors de mon séjour… de l’eau s’est mise à ruisseler du plafond et des murs… le bas du lit était trempé! heureusement ça a vite séché une fois que la pluie s’est arrêtée. Il y a visiblement un manque d’entretien de l’immeuble

- Augustus Cochran (10/5): A lovely colonial hotel with comfortable facilities, in a great location. - Colonial building. Our suite had 2 large rooms and 1 bathroom, with 2 balconies, one overlooking a lively street scene of of rows of beautiful colonial buildings and the other overlooking the bay, offering dramatic vistas. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is on a classically beautiful street of amazingly lovely old colonial buildings, a short walk from the Pelourinho. Near good restaurants and vibrant night life. We had a little problem getting the room key to work but staff helped. There is no breakfast but there ares shops across the street.

- Alejandro (6/5): The lodgings were fine but the location is the real star here. - There is no breakfast included. There’s a lot of other Pousadas at this price point that typically include breakfast so this was a bit annoying. I paid with credit card at the property, but because I have a foreign credit card that is not Brazilian their system didn’t process the payment very quickly, even though it did accept the payment. After this, I was informed that I would have to pay for any additional nights in cash, which was highly irregular And very inconvenient. I would have stayed longer if it were not for this.

- Yolanda (3/5): A bait & switch with rude and hostile Out-of-country Owner. - The Caretaker on site was helpful and friendly. No hot water. Floors, walls, cupboards, bathroom were dirty. Property was offered and paid for as a two bedroom unit with three beds. There were two rooms. One was the kitchen/dining area. The other a bedroom. Two single beds were positioned in the dining area inside the kitchen, for three individual guests. The kitchen wasn’t supplied with appropriate utensils, pots, pans nor dishes enough for three people, nor cleaning products/equipment to cook nor clean. And there was no water dispenser nor other beverage decanter for the fridge. And no kitchen towel, sponges nor cloths. No broom. And we three individuals were provided one key only! We paid in full before arrival, for 8 nights and were organised to move rooms after the first three nights. The second booked “room” was never shown to us. We left after three nights spent in the first fully paid “room”. I then asked for refund just for the nights we decided not to stay, given the circumstances and was insulted by the Owner who lives out of country. I was told we were lying about the condition of the property. And then not engaged with further. Nor provided a receipt for full payment, as asked.
