- Marisa (9/5): Hermoso departamento ☺️😻 - El departamento, es hermoso, limpio, cama cómoda, baño con ducha impecable y con todo lo básico para cocinar. Tiene una buena vista y no se oyen ruidos de vecinos del departamento que esta al lado. Volvería encantada mil veces. Lo recomiendo totalmente ☺️ Lo único que no me gustó y no tiene nada que ver con el departamento, es que en el costado, en la plazoleta hay gente en situación de calle con carpas, son personas que echan a perder el entorno mas que nada con la suciedad y malos olores y en ocasiones hasta se ven riñas entre ellos.

- Quezada (4/5): - Absolutamente nada Super caro el alojamiento Las camas de 1 plaza Una esta a ras de suelo ya que los resortes estaban vencidos Cortinas super sucias, super ediondo tuvimos que llegar hacer aseo general y el estacionamiento un desastre tuve problemas todos los días Fui con mi hija Definitivamente NO recomendable

- Jouwsen Henrieth (10/5): Excelente instalação e localização - Instalação em excelente estado de conservação. Tudo limpinho e perfeito! Amei minha estadia nesse apartamento! Foi muito tranquilo. A área era segura, peguei Uber. Mas andei a pé também por lá algumas vezes. Tem um mercadinho em frente e fiz algumas comprinhas lá para o consumo diário, como café da manhã. A anfitriã é muito maravilhosa! Permitiu que eu recebesse lá no AP alguns familiares que estavam hospedados em outro local, num hotel. Fizemos uma macarronada e jantamos lá. Tudo com muita organização e sem zoada, pq tem gente que abusa da boa vontade das pessoas neh. Deixamos tudo limpo! Voltaria com certeza! Ficamos de 20 a 24 de julho de 2025. Foi perfeito!
- Trinidad (8/5): Departamento muy acogedor y lo mejor en el centro de Stgoal alcanse dr todo - Un lugar muy acogedor, muy céntrico , bonita vista, cocina equipada ideal para una familia pequeña, calefacción, que es esencial para temporada de invierno y lo mejor el ingreso es autónomo previa coordinación con la arrendataria. Solo como observación el sofá cama y cobertores se encuentran muy deteriorados.
