• Yaremi (2/5): Book somewhere else. - Location was about the only good thing about this place. The pictures are completely misleading! The walls were peeling, with humidity and water stains everywhere—on the ceilings, floors, and walls. There is only ONE air conditioner, and it's in the living room—not in the bedrooms. It was unbearably HOT, and we couldn't even sleep in the rooms. To make things worse, the sofa bed in the living room was absolutely uncomfortable. The place was filthy: the bathroom floors were dirty, there were stains on the pillows, curtains, and roller blinds. The place had a stale, musty smell, like an unventilated, enclosed space, combined with the strong odor of humidity. It even triggered my allergies, making the stay even more uncomfortable. Also, NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENT allowed, which wasn’t disclosed in the app before booking. If you don’t have cash or a Chilean account, you’re out of luck. Lastly—and while I understand this is a courtesy and not an obligation—the place didn’t even provide decent toiletries for the stay. Considering the price, which was far from cheap, I absolutely expected a much better experience. For what I paid, I could have stayed somewhere far superior. This was an utterly terrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
