- Salem (10/5): مكان جميل جدا ويستاهل الزيارة مرة اخرى ،ولكن اتمنى من ادارة الفندق تقديم وقت الدخول الى الساعة 12 - الموقع جميل جدا والاطلالة مميزة والمطعم التركي المبنى المجاور اكله لذيذ واسعاره معقولة لم يعجبني وقت الدخول متاخر الساعه 2 ظهرا بقيت ساعتين واقف انتظر وقت الدخول مع اني طلبت دخول مبكر وكان الرد حسب التوفر وراح يتواصلوا معي وللاسف انتظرت لساعه 2 الدخول لما جيت ادخل كانت الغرفة غير جاهزه وانتظرت الى الساعه 2 وعشر حتى ينتهي تجهيز الغرفة ،بينما الخروج 10 الصباح
- Ugur (10/5): Amazing stay at the Ilidza river apartments! - If you have a car, the apartments are the best thing you can do when in Sarajevo! The views, location, the vibe, everything is perfect. The cherry on top is the restaurants underneath the apartment building! Take a walk to the Ilidza center across the river, drink a Bosnian coffee and just stroll around. It’s 20 minutes away from the old center and shopping malls! Just perfect!

Takodje prednos apartmana je u sjajnom restoranu koji se nalazi u prizemlju zgrade, setaliste pored reke, takodje prelep park preko puta…. za svaku preporuku.

- Rose (5/5): Beperkte faciliteiten - Schoon en ruim appartement Er ontbrak het een en ander. Geen toilet paper noch drinkwater aanwezig terwijl ik op zondag aankwam en geen enkele winkel open was. Appartement heeft meubels maar is verder compleet leeg. Geen afwasmachine is geen probleem maar ook geen afwasborstel en theedoek is niet handig. Geen koffiezetapparaat, geen föhn. Geen instructies hoe het warme water of de verwarming aan te zetten. TV was niet aan de praat te krijgen.

- Kati (7/5): Good - Short walk to the big grocery store and few other shops. Nice big windows and view to the river side. The apartment, especially bathroom, smells "old smoking" even it's not allowed to smoke there anymore. The door of the bathroom is damaged about water from the shower. The apartment totally needs some updates.

- Vrochi (1/5): AVOID. Unprofessional merchant, facilities do not work properly. - We didn't like anything, it was a horrible experience. We only had 3 nights there and the heating, WiFi and airconditioning wasn't working, oh and I wish I took a photo but the bottom of the door is completely rotted from water damage, because the shower and bathrooms are designed so horribly and it's incredibly cramped. Oh and the bedroom light wasn't even working. Everything. The host was condescending and forced us to troubleshoot facilities issues on our own and only came by to help once. Heating wasn't working, air-conditioning wasn't working, bedroom lights weren't working and when we said this is unacceptable, he said "the temperature in your room is enough, this is the same temperature I have at home and I'm in a t-shirt". This is so unprofessional, we don't live in a cold climate, we're from Australia, my partner was also recovering from a concussion he sustained a day prior to attending our stay at this poorly-serviced hotel, and as we could not get the room warm enough, he developed a severe cold. When you advertise heating and air-conditioning, we should not have to message you every single day about it not functioning, the hot water only worked for 1 day of our stay, the WiFi never got resolved. He sent a maid who tried to troubleshoot the air-conditioning for all of 2 minutes, and she had no idea what to do. She even said herself "I don't know why the air-conditioners don't work in this building." I pursued a refund and the owner refused. Do NOT come here. **EDIT** The host's response to this review shows you how unprofessional they are. My partner and I sought medical attention at the hospital twice over the course of 3 days, which the host knew, so it's disturbing that he is telling lies to paint us as uncooperative visitors to the public, instead of being truthful, taking responsibility, apologising for the experience he caused us, compensating us, and creating a better experience for future guests. I did everything he asked and remained respectful despite him testing my patience. You can even read how he told me to go and shower in another room and come back to the non-functional room.
- Ali (10/5): Comfortable apartment with great location and great view - We rented 2 houses in this apartment for our wedding and all our guests enjoyed and thanked me for their comfortable stay.The staff was really helpful. They checked on us daily to ask if we need anything.
- Mate (9/5): Superb - Location, comfort, apartment is new and nicely furnished. Suitable for family with small child, good restaurant under the apartment building. One set of towels on two adults and one child. Some dishes was not clean and there was no kitchen towels. No central heating in the apartment (even though apartment has radiators, it didn't work), only AC and it was under zero with snow outside. Parking is next to the apartment building but it is for restaurant also and sometimes there is no available space.

- Abdullatif (8/5): Perfect for families. - The owner has fulfilled all the requirements. The location and cleanliness are at 100%, while the staff rating is at 80%. When I returned to Sarajevo, I decided to rent this apartment. There is no parking lot available.

- Catalin (10/5): Exceptional - The best apartment in Sarajevo !.The apartment is in a very beautiful area of Sarajevo. It has a spectacular view of the river and near the park. In a new building - very well positioned with terraces on the ground floor right next to the river. Very clean modern and new apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I didn't know the owner but we talked on whatapp and he told us everything we needed. Very practical and easy! We approve! Congratulations
