• Maria (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Ort um in Sarajewo einzutauchen - Der Kontakt zu Amina war sehr gut. Man fühlte sich ab der Buchung sehr willkommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet. Highlight war natürlich der obere Balkon (auch wenn man ihn leider nur wenig genutzt hat). Bei den hohen Temperaturen waren wir auch sehr dankbar, dass eine Klimaanlage vorhanden war. Die Lage ist natürlich top. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar (Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch Infrastruktur, wie Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurants).

• Natasa (6/5): Goede locatie, maar ook minpunten - De locatie was perfect. Ook was het uitzicht vanuit het balkan prachtig De wifi viel tegen en werkte nauwelijks. De trappen waren onveilig, vooral met kleine kinderen: geen trapleuning. Ook kraakte het huis heel erg en vond ik de indeling wat raar. De keuken is in de slaapkamer, wat niet handig is als je met meerdere gezinnen verblijft. Het balkon was niet heel veilig. Het zou beter beveiligd kunnen waren want een kind kan er zo van af vallen.
• Cindy (9/5): Top verblijf als je in het centrum van Sarajevo wil verblijven, zelfs met een grotere groep - Locatie is top, midden in het oude centrum. Het appartement is ruim en sfeervol ingericht. Aan alle faciliteiten is gedacht: wasmachine, vaatwasser, airconditioning. De doucheslang is aan vervanging toe. Verder is er niets te noemen.

• Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent, right in the thick of the old town. Close to shops and restaurants. The steep steps up to the apartment. But you just can't avoid them.
• Emily (8/5): Memorable apartment in the heart of Sarajevo. - The location of this quirky apartment is perfect as it's right in the centre of the old ottoman quarter of Sarajevo. There is a beautiful view of the town as well. It's comfortable and colourfully furnished, with a good range of facilities. The layout of the apartment is hard to discern from the photos. After entering the apartment, up one flight of stairs is a landing with a seat and space to take off shoes. On this level are also the bathroom, a bedroom with three or four single beds, and the kitchen, which is a separate room that also contains a queen size bed. Then up another flight of stairs is the large living area, with two more attic bedrooms off it. There are a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment, and then another set of stairs (with no bannister or handrail) within the apartment too. For this reason it wouldn't be very suitable for those with mobility issues. The light switches for the upstairs bedrooms were in the living room, which was a bit confusing (I turned on my friend's light and woke her up when I was trying to turn on the lights for the stairs). We ended up moving the kettle into the bathroom so the early risers could make tea while others were still asleep in the kitchen!

Amina showed us the hospitality and a great patience) Just to note: the stairs in the apartment may be dangerous for a small kids
• Avik (5/5): Nice location, - but not that kid friendly; better suited perhaps for back-packers - The location was excellent -- right by the bazaar. And the decoration of the apartment was quaint. It is not kid friendly - it is perhaps better for backpackers. The parking is a bit of a distance away, and the road back has steps so hauling luggage is not easy. The stairs are VERY narrow and two flights, and hauling suitcases up them is a pain and there's nobody to help (this is the least the managers should think of - if there's some help they can provide with this). It is not easy to walk around the apartment as you can mis-step and fall down the stairs. Also, you lock yourself in the apartment and main building, and need to use the keys each time, which is not easy (takes some time to figure these out). Overall, for the location and type of apartment, it was OK, but the apartment overall is not kid or family friendly.

• Płotka (10/5): A magnificent apartment in a perfect location! - A fully equipped, modern apartment is located in the very heart of the city, just a few steps away from the main tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The breathtaking view from the apartment's windows and terraces is so stunning that it's hard to decide whether to explore the city or simply admire it from the comfort of this apartment. The apartment features 5 rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The most beautiful part of the home is undoubtedly the spacious living room. If you're arriving by car, it's advisable to inform the (very friendly) staff in advance so they can reserve a parking spot—parking can be quite challenging to find in Sarajevo. Everything was perfect; the only thing I regret is that I couldn't stay longer!

Stairs felt a bit scary leading up to the apartment, and no guard rail for the stairs in the apartment (only about one metre drop but you still wouldn't want to fall!) so wouldn't recommend with small children for that reason.

The furniture and equipment was above standard and very clean. Although the parking was a bit complicated it was possible and close to the apartment

• Rebecca (7/5): Good - The location of the property is right in the heart of the old town just behind the main square. The views from the balcony were lovely. The first main photo on this listing is of the balcony which is the main selling point, but the balconies do not look like this - the rugs are all faded and the plants are either completely dead or faded fake ones, see my photos. Yes the views are still lovely but the reality is the actual balconies are not nearly as nice as the photos show, this is something the host could very easily sort out. There was only air conditioning in one bedroom (ok because it wasn't advertised) so the other three were very warm but it was very noisy with the window open. Lastly I would not recommend the apartment for younger children, there are two completely open and steep staircases which could be very dangerous, no handrails.

• Bojan (9/5): Perfect location, spacious, clean, great host - Great location - can not be closer to Baščaršija - hearth of Sarajevo! Very nice host, very clean, plenty of towels and toilette paper, BIG shower cabin. Good value for money! There is narrow hallway leading to appartment with about 30 stairs and appartment itself is in 2 floors connected by stairs that are not well protected. So if you have mobility difficulties (maybe also small kids with a lot of energy), the stairs might be an obstacle of having wonderful Sarajevo experience. This is NOT negative comment, just a remark that it was strange to see no dinner table in the kitchen (they put the bed there), but considering the food offer of Sarajevo, you don't need it. Also you can eat the food prepared by yourself in the living room which is on top floor. Appartment can host 10 people easily, but do bear in mind, there is only one toilete + bathroom.

Highly recommended for larger groups - Location is just perfect so close to the old town center (Sebilj) There is enough room and beds for everyone and each of them were so comfortable Balconies are great, has the best view Great heating system and easy to use it You can find every supply in the house, you don't have to buy anything (except food) From busses or trams to house is very close easy to walk Owner of the house is very helpful, she answered all of our questions. House is very big you can fit in with 10 people, living room also very cozy, you can have great times with your friends. If I have to write something (I did not see any lacks) maybe sleeping pillows number can be increased, other than that really I can not say anything everything was just perfect for me and my friends :)

Access to a dishwasher and washing machine is great when you are a couple of people staying 3 nights Well, it is unusual to have a double bed in a kitchen. We would have preferred a dining table

• Michele (8/5): Value for money - Location, View, Furniture, decorations, style, balconies, check in and check out were easy We booked a 3 bedroom apartment and eventually a bed was moved into the kitchen for water dripping. We understood natural events can happen and unexpectdly affect rooms availability. On the other hand it would have been nice to get notified about it before arrival. Probably they could have offered a discount or something. The beds on the last floor were not super comfy

The apartment is well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and Amina is very nice. The adjacent car park (10€/night) is easy to get to and is guarded. The apartment is excellent value for money, I would most definitely come back anytime.

The hostess was very pleasant and helpful, easy to communicate with and flexible wihen we discussed the time for check in. We also got help with the parking in the neighborhood and for a reasonable price. The beds were good, the apartment had all the necessities, There are plenty alternatives for breakfast and dinner within a short walk.
• Erki (10/5): Exceptional - We chose this apartment for the location and it was worth of it. You are living at the middle of the old town at walking distance from most of the sites. If you need to go to any place little bit more far away then there is bus/tram/taxi stop just around the corner. We knew about stairs and we were ready for these. Apartment is beautifully decorated and has good views from small balconies. There are plenty of beds for group of people or bigger family. We had just 4 persons and all children had a privacy at separate rooms.

• Muhammad (9/5): Very central location, less than a minute walk to fountain and close to food and shopping street. - Location was really central, literally in the heart of Sarajevo city center. Everything is reachable by walk, beautiful scenery from the apartment. Apartment is quite good and comfortable. Some of the beds makes sounds and shall be relaced. Overall it was very good place to stay. Recommend to stay there, very central, close to everything, food street, masjids/mosque's and shopping street.

The apartment is very well maintained and cleaned. New mattress and bedsheets. Large apartment with lovely view. Small and modern open kitchen, coffee machine, microwave, kettle and full kitchen utilities. Every thing you need for toilet is available for free , shampoo, body shower gel , body cream , perfumes everything you expect is in this apartment. I was super excited and impressed. My family where super happy. I strongly recommend this apartment Note, the apartment is exactly like the photos or even better The stairs where bit difficult , but I noticed that almost all private apartment has stairs and no elevator. So unless you have a knee problem or you are coming with old parents then you should have no problem.
• Ian (7/5): Good - Great view/location. Nice to have us a parking space reservation.... Looks/feels more like a student home. Awful smell of old dirty carpets and tobacco everywhere in the house. Some mattresses are uncomfortable.
