• SERGIO LLORENTE GARCIA (7/5): GRATA ESTANCIA - la ubicación, la persona que me enviaba los mensajes fue correcta y me ofrecio ayuda No habia nadie para abrirnos el apartamentos , todo por wasap, luego habia comida en la nevera, la ropa del sofa cama no estaba preparada, no digo que un par de botellas de agua seria un buen detalle . y la ubicación de booking de google no coincide con la dirrecciòn
• Costanza (9/5): Centralissimo - Un grande appartamento un po' demodé ma molto accogliente, dotato di tutto quanto il necessario, in una strada laterale ma praticamente dietro alla cattedrale di Sarajevo. Perfetta per visitare il centro a piedi e vicinissima a un parcheggio multipiano con possibilità di pagamento giornaliero (attenzione: dirlo subito al vigilante e controllare di non aver occupato un posto riservato). Silenziosa e comoda. La host è stata molto reattiva via WhatsApp e gentile. Il terzo piano senza ascensore è un po' pesante da salire con i bagagli e varie volte al giorno. Data l'abitudine, in Bosnia, di fumare al chiuso, nell'appartamento si avverte sempre un leggero odore di sigaretta.

• Aleezay (10/5): Amazing apartment close to centre - Great location!! Only a few mins from the centre. Tram is not far, plenty of shops nearby. The apartment itself was super spacious, had all sorts of things available, dishes, pots and pans, toiletries. Room itself and space was super nice! The lady was super sweet too!

• Csaba (10/5): - Az apartman jó helyen volt a város szívében, 5 perc sétára az óvárostól. A 3 emeleten van és nincs lift, de tiszta, kényelmes, gyönyörűen berendezett és jól felszerelt. Az utcán szinte lehetetlen szabad parkolóhelyet találni, de az Emina által ajánlott parkolóház 200 méterre található, tökéletes volt az autónk elhelyezésére (30 KM/nap).

• Asel (10/5): loveliest apartment - I felt love, care, attention to all details in this apartment. Comfy bed and sofa on which I slept. Beautiful bed linen and fresh towels. Kitchen had everything (although we did not cook). Apartment is super clean! The owner lady was very nice and responsive. If I am back in Sarajevo, this apartment would be my first choice. Please note the apartment is on the 4th or fifth floor with no elevator, which might be a challenge for some, was not for us. there is no light in the stairways. Not sure why this cannot be fixed (too high ceilings maybe....) At dark hours we had to use flashlight of our phones.

The owner kindly organized an earlier check in for us as we were arriving early. The bed was comfy. Would recommend! Small things: there was no toilet paper and hand soap was empty. We found another hand soap under sink and it was no problem to buy tp. A proper knife for cutting would be a great add in the kitchen, which was otherwise well equipped. Some frying pans had a very scratched surface due to probably being misused with metal spatula, but there was a lot to choose from. The remote controller for tv was out of batteries but it had buttons on the screen.

Also, the apartment had all the necessary kitchen utensils and appliances in case you need to cook something. There is an awesome farmer’s market nearby. The closet was extra spacious. The water in the bathroom had a hard time going down the drain😁
• Bari (10/5): Fantastic stay in Sarajevo - I can't recommend this apartment enough. Emina was extremely patient and accommodating when we were extremely delayed reaching Sarajevo. The apartment was well-located in the heart of the city, and is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-appointed. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The building does not have an elevator. I can go through stairs, no-problem. An elderly person may find it hard entering and leaving the apartment.

• Belinda (10/5): Cozy apartment close to Old Town - I loved staying at SARA apartment during my visit to Sarajevo. It had all the amenities (including a washing machine!) and really felt like home. It was very clean and a great location a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Emina met me upon arrival and was quick to respond whenever I had any questions. Something to note is that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator so be prepared if you have heavy luggage (which I did but it was not a problem for me). Would love to stay here again! Nothing.
