• Ivana (10/5): Your Comfy Apartment- review - First of all, the staff were really friendly and always available for any questions, they even gave us a ride to the apartment, which made everything super easy. The place is well equipped, you don’t have to worry about little things like a hair dryer, iron, etc. There’s also a good washing machine and TV. The terrace is big and beautiful, and part of it has a nice sea view. The location is great too, less than 10 minutes to the beach and close to the center. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are some stairs you need to go down in that area of the city. For us it wasn’t a problem, since Saranda is generally hilly, but if you’re traveling with very small kids or have health issues, it’s worth considering. The only thing that really needs some improvement is cleanliness. It’s not a disaster, but there was dust and a few details that should definitely be taken care of. With a bit more effort in that part, the apartment would be excellent!

Add basic amenities like salt and pepper, sugar, oil, dish detergent, clothes detergent and cleaning supplies and you will do well. It's all in the details. So many stairs to get to the beach Wifi barely worked Apartment seemed unfinished. Curtain rods not screwed in, art works not hung up. Bathroom cabinet held by 2 screws, fell off the wall. No cleaning products for long stay
• Róbert (4/5): Not recommended for people who like cleanliness - Air conditioning, size was big enough, not far from the beach promenade. The apartment was dirty as we arrived, the owner promised addtional cleaning. We recognized that this was not done, notified the owner. He promised an additional cleaning a second time while we are on the beach. We met him in the city suddenly and asked if the clenaning was done - he answered yes. As we arrived at home, we saw that nothing was done. He cheated us. Towels were only 4 pcs, but looked very used and dirty ( also maybe burnt by ironing or acidic material). The sheets were dirty, and the kid`s bed was not prepared, not covered with sheet. Communincation of the owner was practically zero - after a while he didn`t take our calls and didn`t respond to our sms-s.
