Duncan (9/5): First time in Sarande and not the last, very relaxing stay at Seaview aparrtments, loved it! - Fantastic sea view and clean comfortable apartment. High water pressure in the shower. Bathroom at high spec. Extensive balcony accessed from both main rooms of the apartment. Air conditioning very effective. Close proximity to supermarket, beaches, restaurants, and ferry port. Manager of the booking and Caretaker support and assistance with all that we needed for our stay was impressive. An oven would have been a plus but not essential, cooking facilities were fine for our 5 day stay with electric hob. Eating out in the apartment`s neighbourhood was our intention anyway. No negatives for our stay, great apartment and customer care, will revisit with pleasure.

The beach is just a few steps away. The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great tips and making everything so easy. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Andrzej (10/5): - Great stay in almost city center. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Sarande. Walking distance to center / beach. Great bedroom and large living room with kitchen to cook meals. Shops just steps away noting to mention here

Gareth (9/5): Great host, very good property if somewhat expensive compared to others further away - Location is fabulous. Right over the beach, next door to the supermarket, and 5minutes walk to Sarandë centre. Hard to beat. Terrace was a bit small. No parking.

Lavdin, our host, was extremely helpful and always available for our questions. I recommend 100% Nothing! If I can offer this one small improvement point would be to have a full body mirror - but honestly this is just a detail. :)

You will wake up with beautiful Seaview which will charge you with positive vibes. Walking a lot a made a conclusion that our location was the best. Quiet in the night but in the same time in the heart of everything. Just downstairs you can find a shop, gym, restaurants and way to the beach. What truly set this accommodation apart was the owner's hospitality. He was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns we had, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. Additionally, the owner went above and beyond by providing thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. From a personalized guidebook with recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants, they truly went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Furthermore, the owner's knowledge of the area was invaluable. He was more than happy to share his insights and recommendations, helping us make the most of our time in the city. Their suggestions for local restaurants and hidden gems were spot-on, allowing us to experience the authentic culture and cuisine of the area. Overall, our stay at the perfect apartments was nothing short of exceptional. The combination of the beautiful accommodations and the super hospitable owner made for a truly memorable experience. Ida (9/5): Great sea views. Close to all amenities.Very uncomfortable and noisy bed - Wonderful sea views.Close to city center . Right above the beach. Clean .Well equipped. The bed was uncomfortable and it was making noise at the smallest movement.
Bavcic (10/5): Saranda 2023 - The apartment it self is very comfortable, and it's located only few meters from the beaches. There are plenty of restaurants and a super market nearby. The host made an extra pair of keyes for us, so that we have two sets for us. The parking situation is not that good in the area. We decided to pay for the parking in a lot nearby. Only thing I didn't like about the apartment is that the bathroom is accessible only trough the bedroom, which is not a problem if only couples stay there.
