Strand 200m unna og stor gressplen med solsenger hvis man ikke vil ha sand mellom tærne. Fantastisk personale! Stor og godt innredet leilighet. Gode senger og dusj med godt trykk og rikelig varmt vann.
• Caroline (9/5): Perfekt boende för större familj/sällskap med utmärkt läge! - Perfekt läge vid stranden. Villan var fräsch och rymlig. Vi bodde 5 vuxna, en tonåring och en 2-åring. Bekväma sängar. Egen pool som nyttjades mycket och hade solsängar runt om. Alla bekvämligheter som behövdes fanns i huset. Trevlig personal. Värdinnan Dina var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Då det endast fanns mindre butiker öppna i närheten med väldigt begränsat sortiment erbjöd hon sig att köra oss till en stor matbutik så vi kunde handla på oss. Strandpromenaden som går utanför är superfin och vi promenerade flera gånger längs den in till ”stan” där det fanns gott om restauranger.

Aerele conditionate au functionat perfect, apa calda fara probleme, prosoape schimbate la timp, curatenie. Si inprejurimile sunt curate si bineintretinute. Proprietarul, dl.Marcos, este un om extrem de prietenos si amabil. Si mai ales ii multumesc d-nei Dena, pentru amabilitate, disponibilitate si prietenie. • Chris (10/5): Exceptional villa in a great location - The villa was exceptional - spacious, comfortably furnished, and clean. The private pool is the perfect size for cooling off, and the resort pool and a lovely bay within a 1 minute walk. We had a minor issue with a bed and the owners were responsive and went out of their way to fix (even though it was not a big issue). Close enough to excellent restaurants within walking distance, and a slightly longer (30 min) but very pleasant seafront walk into Protaras. We will definitely be back. Nothing, it was excellent.

The Villa is extremely clean, the staff is extremely helpful and kind, it is equipped with 5 air conditioners and the pool is perfect. The beach is literally only 1min walk away from the villa and we managed to see sea turtles several times snorkeling from this beach. Every day we had a cleaner come in and change new towels and bedding etc. Shops and restaurants are all just few streets away and ofc polyxenia restaurant is just out the door. 100% worth every penny. -
• Samantha (10/5): A relaxing and homely stay, would highly recommend, especially to families or groups. - We flew in late but the owners were amazing and waited for us to arrive. Really friendly and welcoming which put us at ease and made the whole process to check in super easy. Dina was amazing, came and introduced herself to us, gave us top tips and advice around the area and also was really accommodating to us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we need. Thank you Dina! We liked everything!
• Alexandra (9/5): Would thoroughly recommend and has definitely earned a place on our list to visit again. - Tina was a lovely host and available whenever we needed her. She responded quickly to emails throughout the booking process and was very accommodating to our requests, including a 4pm check-out. Good WIFI and added bonus of being able to access Netflix on the TV. The villa was well furnished with beautiful artworks throughout. Lovely clean and sunny outside area with a decent sized pool which was well maintained. Lots of seating including sunbeds available. This was a wonderful location with easy parking and so much to explore in the area with some really good restaurants and bars. Cleaner came in most mornings which was a bonus so the villa was spotless and we always had clean towels but at times when we were all in it could feel a little intrusive. The outside area was very open plan on both sides of the villa so gates perhaps would have provided some privacy. .

• Roweena (10/5): Family holiday in Polyxenia villa - We have had a wonderful family holiday in Polyxenia's villa. Fantastic location, our favourite little corner of Pernera. So close to the beach and beautiful green area by Polyxenia restaurant.

• Veda (9/5): Spectacular view that fills your soul from sunrise to the late-night fireworks. Something Special! - The view was spectacular. I chose off season as I wanted peace and quiet. The apartment is lovely, spacious and with 270-degree panoramic view, the pictures don't really do it much justice, it is simply breath taking. On arrival the doors and windows needed to be open to provide fresh air and disperse an unpleasant odor. Air fresheners and ventilation are required prior to guests arrival

• Adrian (10/5): The penthouse apartment exceeded our expectations - We were the first family to open the season so it was very quiet and the restaurant only opened towards the end of our stay. Regardless, we received an unexpected bonus when the host offered barbecue the second night which was delivered to our room free of charge. I don't expect that to happen during full season but it was a nice touch. The balcony in penthouse apartment 103 is huge, 180 degrees around which was amazing. At the same time, in terms of comfort, this is the first place where the quality of the mattress and pillows matched if not exceeded our home bed and pillows so extra points for that. Cleaning of the apartment was offered on a daily basis which was even more than we needed. Overall I would highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again! Everything was really good

• Thomas (9/5): We enjoyed this great family location and look forward to our next visit. - The location is great. Near green areas and beaches, plus a very nice restaurant (Blue Spice). This is a good location to use as home base to visit many attractions. Upon check-in, there were some nice goodies in our room and fridge, including a nice bottle of Italian chianti. The staff was very nice and responsive to our requests and questions. They even hosted us for lunch one day with other vacationers, which was an amazing experience. We fully enjoyed meeting and interacting with them. They made us feel like family. It would have been nice to know about the level of construction going on. This is the "off season" so some of this is expected, I guess. Privacy is a bit deceiving from the posted photos of the property. There are other villas very close to this one and if they are filled, privacy could be a concern for some renters.

• Christiana (10/5): Comfortable, clean, convenient luxury apartment in the best location - The location is amazing, it's a beachfront property with easy access to the beach and a nice pool to use when tired of the beach. There's two restaurants at the property, one of them conveniently located at the pool area. The apartment is beautiful with comfortable beds and AC in every room. The view from our room (on top of the restaurant) was incredible, it was amazing to watch the sunrise from the bedroom and the patio. The room was cleaned on a daily basis and it was amazing to come 'home' to a clean place. The apartment even had a washing machine that worked really well for our family. It's centrally located so you can shop for essentials from the various shops around. Plenty of eating options. In addition, this property is located on the boardwalk and you can walk as far as Protaras and Ayia Napa downtown if you are up for it. This is a family business and everyone is so friendly and open to help. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend their apartments. There are several villas in the same area but those are owned by individuals even not Polyxenia directly. Unfortunately, the property is right next to an open air club called CAVA, thus during the weekend the music goes up to 2:30am. In addition to the club, the property hosts weddings and other events that might have music till late at night especially during the weekend. During the week the music would stop by midnight. I would carry ear buds to help with the noise.
