Guest Reviews
- Angeliki (6/5): If they add an elevator and find it at a cheaper price we may consider visiting again. - --Apartment was very clean and spacious.
--It is located in front of the ski base so it is very convenient if you use the ski lifts.
--Nice and comfortable bathroom and many
--closets to put your clothes, especially useful if you visit in winter.
--You will probably find everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook at home --Apartment is located on the second floor but there is not elevator. Which is a huge issue if you travel for a whole week with family and have two luggages of 25kg each. Carrying these, also barefoot but more on this later, hurt my back but i fortunately had to lose only one day of skiing because of this back pain...
--Building has a very strange rule: you need to leave your shoes not outside your apartment but at the basement.... Living in Switzerland 12 years and traveling a lot around the country, 4th time in Saas-Fee, this was the 1st time we had to deal with this very uncomfortable rule.
--Pillows were huge and only good for reading on your back, wonder how people sleep on this. I had to remove every night in order to have a proper sleep.
--Ski depot's warming boots installation did not work so another ski day lost since my boots did not dry during the night.
--Checkout is very early, at 8:30pm! Fortunately host was kind enough to let us check out at 9pm.
--Entrance's first step was dangerously slippery in snowy conditions, wonder why they do not add this black rubber kind of carpet that is very secure. Be careful if it snows.
--Although apartment is perfectly located, the view is nothing special. You need to either sit in the balcony, not possible during cold winter days, or stuck your face in the windows in order to view the truly impressive Saas-Fee mountains.
