- Patrik (7/5): Great apartment for a family of 5-6 people. - Location is good, close to the Alpin Express and within walking distance to the kids slopes. Nice view of the mountains. Kitchen was well equipped. Clean. Spacious living room. Make sure to read the special instructions provided by the facility manager as there are some “special rules” in this village when it comes to garbage disposal and some other stuff. I really enjoyed that the whole village is car free. Hard to find, unclear directions. We arrived when it was dark, the apartment building is on a small back alley which is hard to find (especially in the dark). There was an issue with a broken light in one bathroom that I reported Friday, this was not fixed until Monday. The standard pillows were sub par, we asked for new ones which we got the same day. There’s an incorrect Haus Serac point on Google Maps, make sure to write in the address and not Haus Serac on Google maps. The incorrect point is close to the Bus Terminal but the apartment is in the middle of the village, near the canyon. When I raised any concern I got a response from the facility manager “no one else has had this issue”. I don’t care, I just want the issue fixed.
