• Dina (8/5): - Spacious, clean and tidy. Peaceful environment, good for the sleep. Location is perfect, walking distance to centrum and the stores. The material of pillow cases and douve cover are a bit rough. Maybe if using the soft materials will be more comfortable for sleeping

• Feihong (9/5): Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. - Sehr familienfreundlich. Die ruhige Lage und die Tatsache, dass man die Wohnung ganz für sich alleine hat, waren ideal. Unser Sohn hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt – besonders über den kleinen Teddybären und die bereitgestellten Kinderbücher hat er sich sehr gefreut. So mussten wir ihn nicht ständig „leiser“ ermahnen, und es gab keinerlei Beschwerden – ein klarer Vorteil gegenüber einem klassischen Hotelzimmer. Die Heizung könnte etwas wärmer eingestellt sein – wir hatten etwa 18,9 °C im Zimmer.
• Paul (10/5): A fantastic apartment for a visit to Salzburg. - The apartment was cozy, spacious, clean and modern with very good facilities and efficient heating. Everything we needed was provided. The apartment is on the outskirts of Salzburg with excellent transport links to and from the airport and into the city. Check-in was very easy, it was great to have a door code for entry rather than carrying a key. There were no negatives, we would recommend staying here.

• Helen (10/5): Comfortable and convenient apartment, close to Salzburg centre. Helpful, friendly hosts - The property was perfect for our stay in Salzburg with our twin babies . It is easily located and about 15 minutes walk from the centre, although we often got a uber back. The apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you need. The kitchen had a lovely coffee machine and sugar, tea, salt, pepper was all supplied . Our hosts provided two cots for our babies and even a baby bag with supplies in which was a lovely touch. We requested a late check out and our hosts were able to accommodate. They were so helpful and answered any messages straight away. We even met the cleaning lady who was also so helpful and asked if there was anything she could do for us. I would definitely bring my family here again in the summer. We were very happy and comfortable in the accommodation, and couldn’t have asked for anything better . Thank you to our hosts for a lovely stay We liked everything

Modern and very clean. Also very cosy, in fact we had to turn the heating off sometimes. You’ll never feel cold here! Perfect base for exploring Salzburg. A short bus ride or 20min walk to the Centre. But far enough from the busy centre for a peaceful night. The host provides great detail and directions. Stayed early December with husband and teenage daughter. It was ideal for us.

Heating was fab (and welcome in the winter) , hot water always on demandand kitchen fully equipt with all amenities. Nespresso coffee machine superb and complementary barrel of chocolates a definite hit!!Sofa bed popped up with one pull and firm (yet comfortable) Loads of storage wardrobe space The host was so helpful with every question asked and went above and beyond to help. • Ernest (9/5): Great host with a great place to stay - Compact unit with almost everything that you need for a comfortable holidays. Access was easy and host is very responsive to my questions. Would highly recommend this place but for a max of 2 Adults 2 children (<10 yo) Too close to the main road so it can get noisy at the peak hours. We have to shut the windows as such. A safe in the room will be ideal to keep our important documents.

• Monika (7/5): - 30 Minuten zur Altstadt Sehr schöne Stadt mit schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Bett war bequem. Die Küche ganz gut. Bad hatte kein Fenster. Der Ventilator schaffte die Feuchtigkeit nicht aus den Räumen. Deswegen hatten die Innenschalousien meiner Meinung nach auch Schimmelsporen. Wir haben immer wieder gelüftet, sind dadurch auch angeschlagen abgefahren.

Der Host wohnt direkt nebenan, sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage ist wirklich toll, nahe der Buslinie 1 zur Messe und Altstatt. Ich komme gerne wieder nächstes Mal wenn ich in Salzburg bin. DANKE Appartement liegt direkt an einer sehr befahrenen Strasse mit Strassenlampe. Gut eine Augenmaske mitzunehmen sowie Ohrstöpsel wer heikel ist - sonst alles TOP

• T (9/5): - Very good location close to public transport and very good for town centre and attractions. Very clean comfortable and tidy with sufficient space for two people. It is very hard to say what was not liked and It would be very small and insignificant. The property was very warm even without any heating although a tower fan and cooler is provided.

• Juliane (9/5): - Das Appartement hat alles erfüllt was versprochen wird. Es war sauber, liebevoll hergerichtet und alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und die Lage ist gut. Man kommt schnell und unkompliziert in das Stadtzentrum. Die Lage an der Straße ist an sich nicht schlimm aber da es zu der Zeit warm war, hatten wir nachts das Fenster auf und dann ist die Straße doch sehr zuhören. Da auch Nachts dort einige Autos fahren.

An heißen Sommernächten zu viert in der kleinen Wohnung fehlt eine Klimaanlage, da aufgrund der Lage (Straßenlärm) nicht gelüftet werden kann. Schlafcouch quietscht bei jeder Bewegung.

• Akshayhiremath (10/5): A lovely and very clean apartment with every detail looked into in terms of amenities - The apartment was very clean and spacious, the host was very responsive and helped with an early check-in and late check-out, and the cleaning lady was very friendly, warm and helpful. Every little detail had been attended to in the room. Amenities were all there. We even got Mozart chocolates, and the room had cuddly toys for our son to play with, as well as tourist information books, maps and brochures. The bus into the centre of town was conveniently located too. Nothing really. We were very pleased overall.

The apartment has all the facilities needed for a family stay, even some pencils and other stationary for children to spend time by drawing. The apartment itself is not big but is very practically equipped, space is well planned, perfectly clean . A bit away from the old town but still reachable on foot (20 minutes with a child). On the other hand there are quite a few supermarkets close to the apartment. We enjoyed our stay, thank you! The last night was somewhat loud, the music was heard from upstairs , the daughter couldn’t sleep in, but it didn’t last long.

• Min (9/5): Clean and spacious self contained apartment, good for travellers who prefer cooking on their own - Really spacious self contained granny flat behind the owner’s house. The place was clean with all basic amenities provided. Suitable for travellers who prefer cooking on their own as this place comes with a complete kitchen with utensils provided (but no microwave). Smart TV in the living room was also an added bonus. Check in and out was done by ourselves with PIN code provided prior to our arrival. This place is a little out of the way but for its price we still highly recommend this place. The nearest bus / tram stop to the main town is only about 5 minutes on foot, so not a big deal for us. The one downside to this place is the very tiny bathroom. We are both quite petite in size and we had trouble taking showers comfortably due to its small size.

Very comfortable furnishings, the beds are great and everything you need is there. On the same property as the owner but very private. We loved our stay and were sad to leave. Heaps of great information and the check in instructions were very easy to follow. If we are ever back in Salzburg we would definitely love to stay again. Nothing!

The housekeeper is very helpful, as is the owner - Maximilian, who is very friendly. There is a children's playground very close by and some nice restaurants within walking distance. Uber is easy to get and not too expensive for a trip to the old town. Nothing

Place is clean and comfortable 👍 - For travellers with car, it is perfect with free parking by the side of the road. 👏🏻 - The host is friendly to drop by to say hi upon arrival. - Self check-in was super easy as instructions were clear. Just that not that easy to find the apartment if you arrive late in the dark (assume you are driving). - Although reviews about good location, for us as a family, the location is quite a distance from old town 😞 Esp. During winter when the weather is so cold, public transport and walking are not quite possible. Perhaps good for couples or friends. It is not too far from old town supposedly (did not try) but yet not that near.

• Stephanie (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was in a superb location, especially as we arrived on a Sunday and Salzburg doesn't operate! We were 300m from the local brewery where we walked to and had dinner. We caught the busses to Hangar 7 and into old town with no hassles and the bus stations are a quick walk from the apartment. Getting to and from Salzburg main train station was also a breeze with Taxi's / Ubers. Maximillian the host was incredible, so friendly and helpful booking us early morning taxi's at 6am to get to the train station. The apartment had everything you needed and more (even had umbrellas for guests to use!) They really have thought of everything you may need to make it your home away from home! We were 3 adults and there was sufficient space for all of us. If we ever find ourselves back in Salzburg, this is the only place we will look at staying at! Absolutely fabulous 2 nights!

• Noor (9/5): Arriving late at night after long hours of driving, we’re very delighted with the smooth self check-in process. The owne - It is near the city center I expected a washing machine to be at least available in the house, but there was none. Nevertheless, it didn’t affect our trip at all

• Beth (8/5): Spacious base for exploring Salzburg - The property was spacious and well equipped. It was in a good location in walking distance to the old town and near some good places to eat. We met both the housekeeper and the host who were very friendly! We really appreciated having a fan as the property got very hot. It could have been cleaner e.g. the toilet, fridge, some of the crockery. The mattress could do with being replaced. It is on a very busy road which was fine for us as we woke up early to explore but may be a draw back for people who want to sleep in.

• Yasemin (6/5): If it was cleaner, we would love to come back! :-) - The room was very nice with self entry and located very well. Only 10 minutes by bus to the city center. It was obvious that you are meant to feel at home (small shampoos and coffee), the bed was made nicely. Unfortunately it wasn’t clean at all. It smelled of grease the whole three days (I guess somebody cooked with heavy oil?), the kitchen had a layer of fat on everything which was not pleasant. The lamp was very dusty (the tenent before us even wrote into the dust: „clean me“), the sponges were full of fat aswell and we had to get a new one to do the dishes. The towels smelled of wet dog as soon as you used them :-(

We parked the car by the apartment and walked around town. The apartment had everything you could want for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, wardrobe, shelves, stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, dishes, tea, coffee, etc. Very quiet and cozy apartment in the courtyard. -The apartment does not have a terrace.
