The bed was great, the full kitchen was excellent, location is spot on wirthe the train stop just 300m away and Jürgen is always there to help. Great place overall. The bathroom could have been a bit bigger.

- chih chang (10/5): 大大推薦，並且有分享到自己的社群軟體 - 一進來就遇到老闆很熱情的歡呼 裡面的公寓剛踏進去就驚呼連連 太美了 非常推薦來薩爾斯堡住宿首選 裡面空間很大，廚房設施配備齊全 床 軟硬適中又很好睡 在這邊還有免費停車 燈光適中充足 可以在陽光灑進來的廚房做菜 老闆還很貼心地附上很多的膠囊咖啡 附近的交通便利走3分鐘就有公車站 而且超市離我們很近，走路2分鐘 Dm 採買商品也只有2分鐘不到 地點非常便利 重點是超級美 ！！ 照片還拍不出實際的美 而且可以在外面吃東西看看大自然 聽鳥叫聲^ ^ 非常舒服 晚上入睡的時候，外面也非常安靜 很適合淺眠的人來居住 住宿三晚都不夠 還想要一直住在這 也會想要第三度拜訪薩爾斯堡 非常推薦 💕💕 如果有10顆星 我會給10顆 不過如果有一台洗衣機應該是100 星的等級了 沒有 完美的地方 最優質的住宿體驗

Great location - quiet neighbourhood, close to public transport & supermarket. Jurgen was a very friendly host and we even received a bottle of sparkling wine! There was enough coffee pods for the machine to last us 3 days (usually you only get enough for the 1st morning). All the things I mentioned (and more!) made it a wonderful stay which felt like a 2nd home. Thanks Jurgen!

I received a warm welcome with a nice bottle of sparkling wine for Christmas! I There is a big supermarket and a bus stop nearby so it is very convenient. I strongly recommend this place to everyone! Das Apartment ist modern, gemütlich, und super sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist super, falls man abends mal etwas kochen möchte. Auch Check in und Check out haben super funktioniert und der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Quiet, convenient to shops/cafes/restos and the centre of Salzburg. We also met Jurgen, the host who is very hospitable.

Comfortable parking in front of the house and easy access downtown either walking (about 20/25 minutes) or by bus (lines 5 and 25). Quiet building and neighbourhood. Basically nothing.
- DEJAN (9/5): Muy bonito apartamento a solo 4 paradas del casco viejo! - El apartamento nos gustó mucho, por dentro prácticamente era todo nuevo, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días allí. Tranquilidad absoluta, plaza de aparcamiento incluida, SPAR muy cerca y llegar al centro de la ciudad son 3-4 paradas en autobús (nº 5 o 25). Bueno, no es que no nos gustó, simplemente nosotros no hemos acostumbrado tener el aseo separado del baño… y a mí personalmente el techo inclinado encima de la cama, nada más llegar he dado dos veces con la cabeza, luego ya acostumbrado no ha vuelto pasar.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Ausblick auf die Festung Hohensalzburg ist einfach beeindruckend und die zentrale Lage macht es möglich, die Altstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist der kostenlose Parkplatz – in Salzburg wirklich ein Geschenk! Auch der Gastgeber war besonders freundlich und die Abwicklung vor Ort war problemlos. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine perfekte Kombination aus Komfort, Lage und herzlicher Gastfreundschaft suchen.

- Emma (6/5): Ottimo appartamento nonostante le zanzare - L’appartamento era molto pulito, la vista sul castello era meravigliosa, era ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario per il nostro soggiorno e il centro era facilmente raggiungibile in autobus. Abbiamo avuto una PESSIMA esperienza con le zanzare: in un solo giorno ne abbiamo uccise 18 e di notte ci hanno riempiti di punture su viso e mani. Abbiamo scoperto solo la mattina che una sola delle finestre era dotata di zanzariera. / We had a TERRIBLE experience with mosquitoes: in just one day, we killed 18 of them, and during the night, they covered our faces and hands with bites. We only discovered in the morning that only one of the windows had a mosquito screen. Photos of the massacre:

The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location, close to Salzburg but quiet and very near the gorgeous rural surroundings of Salzburg. The good quality, freely available bikes are a wonderful addition and it was marvellous to be able to ride along the paths in the fields directly from the property. Very good supermarket is 5 minutes walk away and the kitchen is well supplied. There is nothing to complain about at all!

- Aleix (10/5): Fantàstica estada a Salzburg - L’apartament està molt net, disposa de tot el necessari i té plaça d’aparcament, que t’evita haver d’utilitzar el cotxe. Tens transport públic aprop i varis serveis (súper, drogueria, farmàcia…), i permet accedir al centre de la ciutat en 20 minuts caminant. Les places d’aparcament són limitades i fa que a vegades hagis d’aparcar fora.

- ruth (10/5): Un lugar muy dificil de superar - La casa es espectacular, la mejor en la que he estado nunca, y llevo muchos años alojándome con Booking ... El anfitrion es un encanto de persona, incluso me hizo un favor enorme al olvidarme en casa un documento. La casa está limpia, es moderna, llena de detalles y tiene un precioso jardin además la ubicacion es perfecta, muy cerca del centro de la ciudad y con varias paradas a 200 mts de transporte urbano. Detrás de la casa hay un gran supermercado, y a los que como yo les gusten los productos Bio, está lleno de ellos. Las camas son comodisimas, las toallas de colores diferentes para no equivocarte :) las sartenes y el menaje de cocina nuevo e impoluto, cocinamos varias veces alli. Si algun dia vuelvo a Salzburgo regresaré a este lugar, me ha enamorado!! Muchas gracias por todo, asi da gusto viajar!!! No se me ocurre nada que mejorar.

It's located in a very peaceful residential neighborhood within 25 minute walking distance from the city center, or 10 minutes by bus. I couldn't have been happier with my stay.

I liked the location slightly out of the old town in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, but only a 15-20 min bus ride to the centre and the main train & bus station. There is an excellent supermarket close by. Communication with Jurgen beforehand and during my stay was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

- Wai (10/5): Relax and comfortable stay. - Nice and spotless clean apartment located in a residential area, while it’s convenient to tourist attractions. Good open parking space just outside the apartment. Full kitchen facilities and utensils. More Perfect if they have washing machine and Netflix.

Five minute walk to bus route close to Altstadt and the bicycles give you the option to explore many other beautiful areas. You hear the birds, smell the horses and experience the tranquility of Salzburg. We absolutely loved it and Jürgen was the perfect host. Perfect. Our holiday highlight.
