• Petra (10/5): Fantastische saubere Wohnung - Schön modern eingerichtet. Sehr liebe Vermieterin. Sehr sauber !!!!!! Zur Entspannung abends könnte die TV Auswahl größer sein. Vielleicht Netflix, wie in anderen Wohnungen. Und eine kleine Beleuchtung bei der Küche, damit man nicht den ganzen Raum beleuchten muss.
• Petra (10/5): - Das Apartment liegt in einem sehr gepflegten Haus, runterrum ist viel Grün und direkt gegenüber eine Bushaltestelle. Der Bus fährt direkt in die Innenstadt von Salzburg. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung.
• Ann-Kathrin (9/5): Sehr herzlich, modern und recht hochwertig eingerichtete Unterkunft. - Sehr schöne Lage - ländlich, idyllisch und direkt an der Stadtbushaltestelle. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und nett eingerichtet, bei den Polstern hätten wir medizinische Nacken Polster bevorzugt, ansonsten waren Polster und Matratze in sehr gutem Zustand. Ein zwar recht kleiner aber immerhin vorhandener Balkon und besonders hat uns der herzliche Empfang sowie das extra bereitgestellte Spiel Material für unser Kind gefallen. Wirklich sehr herzlich!
• B.C.M. (9/5): Aangename verrassing - Vrij nieuw appartement met ruime badkamer en living. Ook de ligging vlakbij de bushalte van en naar het centrum vonden wij prettig. Het enige wat stoorde : het felle licht van de led- verlichting van de plafonniere en de smalle lichtbak nabij het keukengedeelte. Dus geen candlelight dinner bij de avondmaaltijd. Er is geen bagagerek voor de koffers.

• Elisabeth (8/5): Heerlijk appartement op fijne locatie - Perfecte ligging om Salzburg en omgeving te verkennen. Ruim appartement met heerlijk ruime douche. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Met de bushalte voor de deur, ben je zo in het centrum. Als er al iets niet goed was, dan waren het de zachte kussens en het gemis van een schemerlamp. Het licht is of heel fel, of bijna niets.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Blick auf die Berge genossen. Da die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür liegt, kann man unkompliziert in ca 15 Minuten ins Zentrum gelangen! La struttura è accogliente, curata nei dettagli e molto pulita, con ambienti confortevoli che fanno sentire subito a casa. La posizione è comoda e ideale per visitare i dintorni in tranquillità. Un ringraziamento speciale va anche all’oste, una persona estremamente gentile, disponibile e attenta alle esigenze degli ospiti. We thank the host for telling us about the free public transport and for their help in obtaining the QR code. It was very usefull and a big advantage. The only suggestion, but not a must, is to change the pillows with some more confortable.

• Majochica fer (9/5): Apartamento muy coqueto bien comunicado en bus - El apartamento es de tamaño adecuado y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Aunque queda lejos del centro el autobús está justo enfrente tiene muy buena comunicación con TODO. Para el aeropuerto se necesita transbordo o tomas el 10 y luego 21 o tb con el 2 andas un poquito y luego 21... La verdad es una muy buena opción calidad - precio. La amabilidad de Martina y su acogida fue increíble. Nosotros llegamos agobiados porqué no tomamos el bus 10 como nos recomendó. Al llegar al aeropuerto una familia nos dijo que el 2 también nos apañamos. Pues se nos hizo un poco tarde y queríamos llegar antes de las 21hora, agradecemos también el detalle que tuvo con mi hija pequeña. Pensó que se lo dejo San Nicolás. El detalle de las cápsulas de café y las infusiones es de agradecer para cuando se llega tarde o se sale muy temprano. Muy pocas cosas. El sillón es bastante incómodo y el colchón de la cama también era duro para mí gusto. Pero eso va en gustos.

The location is excellent, there is a bus every 15 minutes right in front of the apartment that takes one quickly to the old town. Highly recommended. There is nothing to dislike. All was great.

Wygodne łóżka, w pełni zaopatrzony aneks kuchenny, klimatyzacja oraz czysta, zadbana łazienka – wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Gospodarze to wyjątkowi ludzie. Bardzo sympatyczni i pomocni. Lokalizacja również na plus – blisko do centrum Salzburga, a mimo to cisza i spokój. Przez cały pobyt nie musieliśmy korzystać z samochodu. Miałam pewne obawy co do bliskości lotniska, ale zupełnie niepotrzebnie – było niemal niesłyszalne, a w nocy spaliśmy jak dzieci. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce – i z wielką radością tu wrócę!

The location was very convenient just 10 mins away from the center and the bus 21 running just outside the property.. the area was homely, quiet and even had beautiful horses around. A total dreamy vibe.
• Petar (9/5): Superb - Kind host, spacious apartment, clean and bright. The internet works well. If you choose not to stay in the city center, this is the perfect location. A bus to the city center, as well as the return stop, is directly in front of the house. You don't even need a car if you're only planning to go into town. The accommodation is close to the southern exit of Salzburg, towards nearby smaller towns that are beautiful and have plenty to offer. Sometimes we preferred going there for shopping or to let our child play, as it was less crowded and closer. The host keeps horses behind the house, which is fun for children to see and pet over the fence. Parking is free, right in front of the house. A small suggestion would be to consider providing fuller pillows, as the current ones aren't very comfortable for sleeping. Also, maybe a larger TV would be nice — the current one is quite small, more of a typical tourist-style TV. :) But overall, there are no major drawbacks — the stay was very pleasant.

• Berdien (9/5): Nice and enjoyable stay - Very nice appartment with everything you can wish for. It's clean, stuff for the children and the bussline is right in front of the house.

You have a very nice balcony to sit oustide and enjoy Salzburg weather as it is very nice specially you have view of mountains. In addition, the bedroom has an attic window which gives very good view of sky in the night. There is a nice bunk-bed bedroom for kids which my kid liked a lot. There were also some toys as well for Kids to play. The host is excellent with no interfrence. The host met us at location when we arrived and helped check-in and explained everything. The bus stop is just in front of the apartment - Bus no. 21 runs every 15 minutes for Salzburg center. There are three bus stops (i.e. Hanusch Platz, Makratplatz, Mirabell Platz) on route of Bus no. 21 which covers mostly all tourist attractions in Salzburg. These three bus stops are 18-22 minutes ride from the apartment. For Salzburg Train station, you change at any of these three bus stops and can catch any bus (out of bus no. 1/3/5/6) which will drop you at train station in 7 mins as it is only 3-4 stops away. The nearest grocery store i.e. Billa is at 8 minutes bus ride. You take the same bus no. 21. Our apartment was at the second floor. There is no lift unfortunately. For us, it was not an issue as we were travelling with light luggage and were able to manage. Anyways, you just check-in once so not an issue if you get a good apartment and an excellent host.

• Costin (10/5): We loved our stay here - We stayed in room 202, on the second floor. The place is great. Plenty of room, great amenities, parking, heating, fridge etc. Bus station right outside (25min to city center). Even though the property is right next to the street, there were no issues with noise. Communication with the owner went smoothly. This is nitpicking, since it didn't really affect our stay, but the water pressure in the shower could have been better and it took a few minutes for the water to warm up. Once it did, it was really hot though.
• All (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very confortable and ideal for a family with two children. There was also available space in the living room in order for someone to be able to sleep. I was surprised positively with the fact that there were a lot toys for my child aged 3 years old (i.e kitchen with a variety of suitable accesories,fairytales etc) in order for her to have fun. I truly recommend to everyone to stay at this lovely apartment.very easy access to downtown either by car (free available parking in the apartment's area) or by bus

• Nicholas (9/5): Surprisingly good and nicely positioned - Very modern, clean and quite comfortable. There's a kitchen with all basic appliances. The bathroom is big and with an open shower. The area around is calm and on the countryside. We parked our car here and headed to Salzburg via Bus. The station is right in front of the apartment. This was for sure the best option and saved us a lot of parking fees. From here you're also quite close to the Untersberg Railcar to visit the mountaintop. So the location is excellent! The apartment is on the top floor so it gets quite hot in summer, but the aircon kinda fixes that problem anyway. If you want to be in the middle of the action at all times, the apartment might be a bit too far outside of the city.

• Gary (9/5): Great place to stay - The apartment was very clean and modern with everything provided for our use. The restaurant recommendations were good. Especially the one across from the property, we ate there on 3 occasions. There are two flights of stairs which might be difficult for some but ok for us. The location was a little difficult to find on arrival.
• Sergey (10/5): Exceptional - Very spacious, modern, cleanest and cozy apartment. Marvellous balcony, nice quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen is equipped thoroughly. Bedroom is air-conditioned which is really vital in summer given that apartment is just under the roof.

It was clean and very comfortable. There was a bus stop right outside and across the street, but we had a car and didn't take the bus. Free parking right on the property was convenient! They don't offer breakfast, but I knew this when I reserved the room.

The view from the room was amazing, could see stars while sleeping when the sky was clear. Property is located in good place where you have public transport available easily and also it’s just 10/15 mins drive to airport and central. We had our room in 2nd floor. I don’t if it’s because of some farming owner do but the stairway to room was smelling very badly. Though room wasn’t smelling and it was only stairway, we couldn’t take it.

• Stephanie (10/5): Wonderful apartment short drive away from the city center of Salzburg - I picked this locations because it was central to two Christmas markets my family and I wanted to visit. This place did not disappointment! The apartment has everything you needed and more. The host did a great job explaining the area. They even had local information of the area located in the room like bakeries, markets, pharmacy, and bus route information. Everything is well kept and the room was very clean. The room was just cozy and comfortable. If I am ever in Salzburg again I would stay again. Everything was wonderful.
• Jeffrey (9/5): A beautiful, comfortable stay. - This apartment is a beautiful, well-designed, and very well-equipped accommodation. It felt very homey and comfortable. It was clean and safe, and the location, although quite far outside the city center, was very convenient for public transportation. Getting to the city center was not a problem at all. I found that being located so far outside, in my opinion, made coming back, tired from a busy day of tourist activity in the crowded city center, a comforting respite. The apartment was very, very spacious, making relaxing much more enjoyable. I would stay here again. The host was welcoming and responsive. There is no elevator. This is not a big deal unless you are carrying a few heavy pieces of luggage.
