La stanza era pulita e ordinata perfetta per due persone, con possibilità di usare anche la lavatrice. La struttura era molto vicino al mare. Abbiamo alloggiato li per 6 notti ma non hanno mai ripulito la stanza o effettuato il cambio biancheria. Nel bagno non c'è il piatto doccia. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere nuova carta igienica (c'era un solo rotolo), ma il proprietario in maniera tempestiva ha esaudito la nostra richiesta. Non è vicinissima al centro

• William (9/5): Good stay in Sarande - Property owner was very attentive to all our needs. Guests need to know that the property is a little far (15-20 min walk) from town center and where all activities take place.

• Daniele (6/5): Not the best option not the worst - Position is good. The size of the room. Sending a young boy to check in and ask for the payment is not nice especially if you accept only cash. Half roll of toilet paper for 3 nights, I had to insist to get some extra. Due to work in progress just outside the building, the nice balcony is always dirty. Toilet chair wasn’t clean properly.

• Cristina (8/5): Small room but good location & A+ host - Location is good & mostly not too far from the front main popular promenade area & port. Host picked up from bus station, he was really nice & attentive to our needs. Room was smaller than I expected, not the main picture on the post so pay attention while booking. Kitchenette was fair, simple but workable. We stayed 9 days. It has a lovely balcony; that is where your table & chairs are. The washing machine is outside your room & is shared. The host sent lots of good information about the area, especially a fish restaurant nearby. Very close to private beaches & not too far from public ones. Bring beach shoes, it is a pebble one. Lots of party boats, great vibes, go to Corfú for a day, Grab a taxi (always agree on prize beforehand, haggle it down €8) go to see the sunset at the top of the castle. Use Viator to book excursions vs. advertised ones in the promenade (we had a bad experience with a local dude). Go see the Blue Eye, Unesco Gjirokastër UNESCO city. Use the public bus to visit nearby beach Ksamil and the Archeological Site of Butrin. Mattress could be improved to a foam kind with middle pressure, my room had a hard older spring type matress, no lift, washing machine was left with clothing from other rooms & it was hard to do laundry when desired. Noise from stairs can be heard. I found it expensive for the size apt we got but it is Saranda in the summer.

• Carmin (4/5): Disappointing - The flat is located in the quieter part of town, quite far from where all the action is. The owner repeatedly asked me to go out for a drink with him (3 times over), which I found very inappropriate. He also offered to run me to Saranda Castle a few times but I wanted to hike there. I guess he was trying to be nice but I've never had a property landlord approach me this way before. If you're a solo female traveler, you might want to think twice before staying there. The flat had some issues but they were taken care of pretty quickly. The plates were dirty and had some stains on them that I had to clean. I missed a kitchen towel, a kettle, and a toaster. The neighborhood has occasional kids and people playing loud music and being rowdy. Lastly, when I just got to the apartment there was this weird incident with this kid who was standing at my flat door asking for money and almost entering through the door when I left. Overall, I felt quite unsafe staying there.

• Cruel2bkind (7/5): Specious and tidy property with - Host was super nice, responded fast to all questions. Also hgave a lot of guidance on good places to eat and shop, and nearby places to see. Overall the apartment was very clean and had all facilities as per the pictures. We got the Apartment (not Studio Apartment) which had an extra bed for our child and a separate kitchen It is very close to the Zero Zero beach which has free sunbeds if you order drinks there. About 40 minutes walk to center (Saranda Promenade). The apartment has an extremely small bathroom. It is exactly as in the pictures but we did not notice how small it was while we booked. The apartment was on the ground floor, which meant we could not keep windows open while we were out, and also it was very noisy if windows were open. No view from apartment - you only see buildings they built around it. Public parking spaces are few for the many buildings around, and the paid parking was 10 euros per day.

• María (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice, bright and comfortable. The balcony was great and perfect to work with a nice view. The kitchen had a stovetop and a fridge, everything we needed for a short-medium stay. Wifi worked great. The location was perfect, very close to the main attractions of the city and within a 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a washing machine in the building that can be used free of charge. The host was very helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. He gave us very good recommendations of local attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended, we'd definitely book it again!
