Johanne (2/5): Je déconseille ce logement tant qu’il n’aura pas été remis aux normes d’hygiène et de propreté - L’établissement est bien situé dans Saranda et est spacieux. L’hôte est à l’écoute et répond rapidement. Malheureusement l’appartement était dans un état de saleté déplorable : moisissures, rouille, poussière, crasse, animaux et insectes, et j’en passe. J’ai effectué une demande de remboursement et de changement de logement sans suite, je suis très très déçue. La salle de bain est catastrophique, c’est une pataugeoire qui est délabrée. L’hôte ne m’a pas envoyé de femme de ménage ou n’a pas essayé de résoudre mon problème malgré mes différentes alertes.
