• Helen (6/5): Location of this apartment is perfect. Not sure about the rest. - The location of the apartment and the car park is perfect. The size of the kitchen and living area is perfect. The sizes of the two bedrooms with the single double beds, were smaller than the photos on the website. Sharing the smaller bathroom , outside the smaller bedroom, was quite tricky. Didn’t realise the apartment was basement level. Lack of minimum natural lighting or any outside view, took a little getting used to.
• Kathy (8/5): It was good for what we needed, in attending a family wedding - Convenient location. Clean and it was all that we needed A few of the lamp globes need to be replaced
• Ella (8/5): Great location - Big property, cleans em good facilities. A little dark and as was already known mobile service and wifi are practically non existent inside. Very accommodating owners
• Shannon (8/5): a comfortable apartment in a great location - location was excellent, shops nearby and a short walk to the beach noise levels were very good considering we were close to the main road kitchen, appliances and crockery etc was well supplied internet was very poor, we had to be nearly outside to get reception one exterior door did not lock

Location in town is great Main Bedroom too hot needs aircon BBQ area could use a good sweep and clean Need to move modem near patio doorway and works a lot better as where it is hardly works Need to put out washers with towels Need shelves in shower you can get corner ones that spring load to roof. Need extra towel rail in bathrooms
• Nancy (10/5): Overall we had a lovely holiday, the accommodation was great, and so was the location - Location - the apartment is located close to amenities. Telecommunications network and internet WiFi in the apartment is poor except for guests who have Optus. Hence we found a few missed calls when we went outside the apartment complex. Lastly we forgot to ask where the bin room was located, so we took our rubbish with us.
• Laura (7/5): Overll stay was good except for the issue of wifi and data. - Location was great and apartment was very clean The wifi was very poor. Could not get any wifi on our phones. When trying Netflix the wifi took a long time to load and it was running very slow and buffering. Could not access any data on our phones and only has SOS calls available. Must be because it is located on the lower ground floor. Wifi issue needs to be addressed.
• Le (3/5): Good location. Very average accommodation - Location is great! Absolutely no signal in the building. Wifi didn't work - had to go outside to make calls/book a restaurant.

A little dark as the only natural light is provided by a light well. - Position In 2024 it is unacceptable to offer a property with no access to data and extremely slow wifi. I would even suggest this is a health and safety issue and should be addressed. I see in the reviews this has been a concern for sometime. A mention is not enough to alert people to a potential hazard.

Especially with young adults, it was a real downer. In the info pack, it stated ‘poor connectivity’ but noted there was no access to internet whatsoever

• Shadreck (6/5): Pleasant - The place was clean. Close to restaurants. Parking was great. Linen was clean. There was no internet, so we could not call or receive calls or receive messages. We could not do our online work. We called for assistance and were promised that it would be sorted, but that didn't happen.

Only 3 of us, so it was a good fit, however would have been too cosy for more than 4 guests. Great secure parking. Wasn't clean on arrival, chewing gum stuck on coffee table, food on floor.
• Valerie (7/5): Salt 2 served the purpose but because of being uncontactable due to no mobile connectivity. - Location, clean, comfortable beds. Salt 2 was on lower ground level so there’s no mobile or internet connection working whatsoever which was very inconvenient. Bathrooms were very small.

• Karen (1/5): Bad - We didn't get to stay there due to parking restrictions. We were not informed when we booked, that there was underground parking with height restrictions. So were unable to stay at the apartment as the only alternative was on street parking limited to an hour.

• Dee (5/5): Good position. Kitchen good - Size of rooms Front bedroom should be master with ensuite. I would be worried about damp in back bedroom as no fan, no aircon/heating and no opening window. Shower doors in back bedroom most unusual and could be adapted to afford easier access- plus a couple of rubber stoppers to stop them banging. Would suggest rubber shower mats kept in cupboard for use for older customers when needed. Perhaps small tv in master???- most masters today have them.
