• wfwwfw (9/5): المكان جميل ومناسب - استأجرت شقتين: الأولى غرفة وصالة وفيها ثلاجة كبيرة وأظن ما فيها ميكرويف والثانية غرفتان وصالة فيها ثلاجة صغيرة ومكيرويف وغسالة والشقتان نظيفتان والمؤجر ودود وجيد في تعامله وأمين جدا فقد نسينا خاتما رخيصا فصوره لنا بعد مغادرتنا وطلب منا أخذه والمكان قريب من الخدمات وبجانبه بعض المعالم السياحية وهو قريب من وسط البلد وأنصح بالسكن فيه ويمكن أن تطلب فيه بعض خدمات التوصيل عن طريق بعض البرامج ولكن ينتبه إلى أن المكان فيه درج قد يشق على كبار السن أو من لديه حقائب كثيرة وأيضا قد نبهنا المؤجر إلى الحرص على الهدوء لأن جيراننا من كبار السن المستقرين في المكان فقد لا يناسب من لديه أطفال كثيروا الحركة الدرج

• Rebecca (9/5): Superb - Exceptionally comfortable and clean. Very close to the train station which was helpful. There were no saucepans and various other kitchen equipment missing, which made it very difficult to cook.

Well maintained and clean facilities The neighbors gave a tough time. Started arguing just as we were checking in. Called police in the first hour.

• Milica (9/5): Great for a small group, and would definitely come back and stay here again! - Great location, the apartment was very clean, spacious and modern, and the beds were really comfortable! Really good value especially for a group of 3-5 people! I wish there were actual parking spots nearby, but it was still okay! There was space just outside the building along the street.

• Seeni (7/5): Modern and comfortable - Very spacious and comfortable place. It was a relatively modern apartment and had all the basic necessities. Host was friendly and accommodating. The 2 flights of staircase to reach the apartment from the roadside. With elderly family members, it became an issue especially while carrying our luggage. The neighbour above was rude and obnoxious. It was 4 pm and as we were moving our luggage up the 2 flights of stairs, she came out of our balcony and shouted at us claiming that we were making too much noise and used language that I did not appreciate. We were simply trying to find the correct door and we were not shouting. We were simply discussing ways to move the luggage. In fact her shouting was more louder.
• Richard (9/5): Comfortable stay. Good value for money. - Very clean and comfortable with all mod cons. Communication with owner was very good and any queries answered promptly. Not in the most salubrious part of Sarajevo, but stayed only for one night. Felt safe anyway. Met our need in being close to the railway station. The steps leading up to the entrance would be better if there were safety markings (white or yellow lines) to highlight the step edges.
