The apartment was very clean and with lovely little details to have a nice stay. Host was nice and friendly and give a very easy and clear instructions to do the self check in. The location is great, it’s in the downtown, very close to the sights, cafes/restaurants, shops, bus and tram stops, but at the same time it’s very calm, nothing disturbed our rest. The apartment is just perfect. It’s modern, stylish, comfortable and clean. It’s well equipped, there are all kinds of necessary appliances and crockery. The bed is super comfortable. Our check-in and check-out were very easy, we didn’t meet the host but got a full instruction for getting in and our communication via WhatsApp was nice. So it was a perfect place for our getting acquaintance with the amazing city of Sarajevo. It's 200% worth the money

Instructions for self check-in not clear. Video instructions were accurate, but his written instructions led me to -1 apt instead of +1 floor. Make sure to include a short note description and clarification to avoid confusion.

The couch in front of the TV is very uncomfortable. And although the sheets were clean, the mattress seems a bit sweaty. It would be good to replace it.

Great location, easy to reach town but also quiet and close to a park! - Great location, brilliant host, very comfortable apartment with everything you could want. Host even allowed us to have a very late check out for no extra cost without any problems at all - very much appreciated! If I was going to say anything I would say that it has black out blinds that have a small gap in between which allows a shaft of light to come through in the night from the street lights outside. This is the only critique, everything else was wonderful!!

There was the smell of cigarette smoke but everybody smokes in Bosnia so it might have been a neighbour. Just make sure you go the right appartment building and the right appartment.

Check in/out was easy and the owner response immediately to our messages. We found difficult (but not impossible) to set room temperature. You have to wait for hot water after taking a bath, but this was not a problem for us.
