• Neosn (10/5): Рекомендую . Все выше всяких похвал - Просторный номер. Не плохое расположение. Шаговая доступность до старого города. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. прекрасный завтрак. Чистота в номере Эл. чайник в номере автоматически не выключался. сообщили об этом, но замена чайника так и не была произведена. Так и не разобрались с интернетом в номере. Почему то он эпизодически пропадал и зависал. Необходимо было пере подключение

• Marko (4/5): - Apartman je pun paucine i prasine,u perilici za suđe su bili ostaci hrane,gljivice u kupaoni. Televizor u dnevnoj sobi ne radi.Prozori i balkon su jako prljavi,puni pticijeg izmeta.Apartman koji smo mi dobili nije na ovim slikama. Cura sa recepcije nas nije ni odvela do apartmana nego smo se morali dva puta vracati da shvatimo di tocno trebamo ici,uz sve to nam je rekla jednu cijenu preko telefonskog razgovora a drugu napaltila u hotelu(12eura vise). Sve u svemu nebi preporucili apartman koji se nalazi nasuprot hotela.

• Bystrov (10/5): Приємні сніданки - Сніданки в цьому готелі - здивували. Найбільший вибір з усіх готелей, де ми відпочивали. Зазвичай пропонують яйця і сосиски, але тут було і м'ясне рогу, і рис і , навідь, суп. Все інше як у всіх пристойних готелей: ковбаси, сири, кава, сік, сухі сніданки, овочі, фрукти, десертики. І щє нам сподовся тостер в їдальні, в якому ви можете контролювати ступінь зажарки. Погана шумоізоляція. Наш номер був на першому поверсі і добре чути шум із коридора.

Blisko centrum i starego miasta, nie trzebe ruszać samochodu, wszystko dostępne na pieszo. Dobre śniadanie Czystość apartamentu pozostawia wiele do życzenia

• Chopardd (10/5): Quiet, Clean, and Comfortable Stay with Great Staff - I had a very pleasant stay at Aparthotel Sarajevo. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is located in a quiet area uphill, and I really appreciated that the road ends at the hotel, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Breakfast was decent, though the variety could be improved a bit. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would stay here again.
• Jalqahtani (4/5): detailed review - Location: Very near to city center, 1.3 km, accessible by walking and taxi ( all taxi drivers knew the place). Also most tour buses/cars were able to reach the hotel easily. Apartment : Positives: Spacious, nice kitchen and living room, well-maintained. All bedrooms have windows and AC. TV was working. Free internet. Plenty of storage cabinets. Apartment: - kitchen has no water boiler or complimentary tea/coffee!, internet was slow and cant connect the TV to it. No phone land to call the reception. No washing machine, even though there is a clothes drying Rack. No proper iron. The curtains were dirty as if they were never cleaned before, and the AC was full of dust, and didn’t cool enough. There were many insects inside the apartment, especially in the bedrooms (We never open the windows). No clothes hangers in the bathrooms. No enough clothes hangers in the cabinet. Morning breakfast is standard with no varieties. Bad quality pillows…the duvets are too old and dirty. NO mirrors in the rooms, only in tolites and in the common corridors. Apartment slippers are poor quality and won’t survive 1 hrs. House keeping: - Pro: staff cleaned the apartment every other day, cleaned the toilets, and left clean towels and tissues. - Cons: They don’t vacuum or clean the floor. Reception/staff: - Not accessible, need to call few times for them to answer - Overall most of the reception staff were rude and lacked customer service skills and communication. For a award-winning hotel, you would expect better than this. - Receptionists were not helpful and didn’t want to show any initiative in making our stay enjoyable. - We had few conflicts with 3 staff about laundry and other missing items in the apartments. - Lacked staff to deliver things to the apartments. i.e. if you needed extra towel or anything, you have to go to reception which is in another building to pick it up!!! Laundry service: - Takes 2 days, although the reception claims that it takes only few hours. They wash the clothes, and don’t iron them, or put them in bags or proper hangers. - They don’t deliver or pick up the laundry from the apartment. You have to carry it to the reception in another building.

• Francisco (9/5): A good option to stay close to the centre of Sarajevo in a non-busy area - Calm area and at a reasonable distance from the city centre. Smell of cigarette smoke of the room that didn’t disappear during our stay no matter we opened the windows several times.

A bit far from the (old) center and uphill to the hotel/apartment if you walk, but since we knew about it, it was ok.

The building with flats is in a nice area, walking distance to the center of the city (walking down to the center if fun, but back not that much as it’s very steep 😉). The parking garage is under the building. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, lots of choice. Defenitey recommend.
