• Adelina (6/5): - Lokacija je odlicna, vlasnica je ljubazna i komunikacija je bila jednostavna. Apartman je jako prostran i sadrzajan. Razlog za lošiju ocjenu i iskustvo je prisustvo mačke, naime mačka je sjedila na balkonskom namještaju, te sam pronašla i nekoliko dlaka unutar apartmana,što je nekome sa alergijama problem. Iznenadilo nas je to obzirom da u opisu apartmana stoji da nisu dozvoljeni ljubimci. Samo sugestija da se prisustvo mačke spomene obzirom da postoje ljudi sa ozbiljnim alergijskim reakcijama na životinje.

Very clean The dogs start barking about 5h in the morning. But you can close the window. It's a lot uphill, but you arrive by car, so no problem 😅

• Eli (1/5): Avoid this apartment - :-( tl;dr They have a different fridge and stove than in the photos. The fridge makes a lot of noise. Generally not a good quality apartment. The host is unprofessional. --------- The long version: This was a very bad experience for us and definitely not fitting the impression we got from the listing and the high reviews we saw when booking the apartment. It started immediately when we arrived, because the owner has put another fridge and stove than what are shown in the photos. The fridge in the apartment at the time of our staying was a fridge that's supposed to be used in a store, it was one of those that made a lot of noise. This means that on day one of our vacation we were immediately faced with the decision between unplugging it and not having a fridge, or trying to relax and sleep with a constant loud buzzing sound. The oven/stove is replaced with a small stove top and the kitchen is equipped with very small pots. This created some inconvenience for us, as we were planning to cook proper meals during our stay. We didn't want to make a fuss though, so we accepted that we had bad luck with the booking and decided to adjust our plans. Sadly, it wasn't the only thing we had to adjust to. There were many things "off" about this place but we'll only mention the ones that were significant to us. The bed was uncomfortable, there was an electrical device on the floor above the bedroom making noise during the night, the couch that could open into a bed actually had a very slim foam thing with plain wood and the blinds were not sufficient enough to keep the light out in the early morning. On top of that, the whole duration of our stay there were chores been done around the property. The result of all this was that we reached about halfway through our ruined vacation completely exhausted having done so many compromises. We then decided we just had to leave.

• Ágnes (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, the city centre is 20 min on foot. The bathroom would need a big, thorough cleaning. The radiator is dirty, tiles are really moldy around the tub and toothpaste dotted around the sink. Strange smell in the flat, bedchlotes and towels was cigarette smell.

• Dominik (9/5): Overall I would recommend the accommodation. Safe area to park a car. - The owner is very kind and helpfully. There is beuatifull view on part of the sarajevo and there is big terrace Area seems a bit shady, taxi drivers would refuse to take u there at night. Its also very steep. So when travilling by car, be very careful.

• Rıza (1/5): Bad - Nothing We reserved the apartment at around 16:00 and the check-in time was indicated as until 23:00. The owner had asked our arrival time via Booking.com at around 16:30 but since I didn't have internet connection, I replied as "around 19:30" at 18:44 when we were in Konjic. As we indicated, we were in front of the apartment at around 19:45. When we got there, the gate was closed but the lambs in the apartment were turned on. I mean there were people in the apartment. We asked a person to call the owner but she didn't reply. After waiting about half an hour, she opened the door and she told us that she couldn't accept us because we hadn't replied to her about our arrival time on time and she hadn't made the apartment ready. I told her we could wait but she didn't want to host us for some reason. We got into a difficult situation that we had to look for another place late at night.
• Simona (10/5): A perfect place for tourists who want to visit Sarajevo! - Location, welcoming, pleasant, comfortable, want to stay again soon! From the hotel to the old center (bazaar) of SARAJEVO, it is very easy to walk, about 30 minutes. Wireless internet is available in the 2-room apartment we stayed in and is free. There is parking in the yard, we did not pay extra. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a large and functional bathroom. We were there in December and it was very hot in the rooms. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. Everything was great, we are really satisfied and will definitely come back.

• Dogus (9/5): Value for money - Value for money was really amazing. Location was good. Quite close to the city center There is a car park, though which is great. It is a safe neighbourhood, by the way. Kitchen utensils were all enough. But there are hills so climbing up the hills can be a bit hard if you prefer to walk. The only problem I felt at home was the lack of some very basic things that can be required at home. For instance, there was only one toilet paper which was not enough for 4 days. There wasn't any detergent for washing machine. It could be good to have a bit for four days. Also, we stayed on the second floor so the view was not like in the photo.
