• evangelista (8/5): - Légèrement perdu à mon arrivé, une personne du bar d'en fasse a appelé le propriétaire qu'il connaissait pour lui dire de venir, personne très accueillante et amicale, l'appartement est irréprochable, proche du centre. Je recommande cette appartement.

• Klára (9/5): - S pronajímatelem byla perfektní komunikace (mile nás překvapil pozdrav v našem rodném jazyce) a rovněž byl více než nápomocný ve chvíli, kdy jsme si na ubytování po odchodu něco zapomněli. Ubytování nabízí vše, co člověk při krátkém pobytu ve městě potřebuje. Ubytování je blízko zastávky z Tirany a rovněž i zastávky pro odjezd do Thethu.

• Iris Rico (10/5): - La casa es tal cual se ve en las fotos. Pequeñita pero con lo necesario para la estancia en Shkoder. Siempre nos han atendido de forma rápida y amable y fueron muy flexibles con algunos cambios que hicimos en el viaje. A 5 minutos andando de los principales sitios que ver en Shkoder, y rodeado de muchísimos bares, cafeterías y restaurantes. Al mismo tiempo, al estar en una calle pequeña, es muy tranquilo. Si volvemos a shkoder repetiremos estancia

• Gerencsér (9/5): We stayed here during a transit, and it was perfectly adequate for the purpose. - The property is centrally located. In the immediate vicinity you will find a number of restaurants and pastry shops. The wifi worked very well. The staircase lighting is incomplete.
• Justine (9/5): Great stay, great hosts - Good location away from the traffic, fantastic hosts, went out of their way to make my stay perfect, great communication, comfortable and everything I needed for a short stay. The entrance to the building wasn’t lit, there was rewiring work going on so maybe that will be sorted.

Appartment is very good value for money. And well equipped. Location is good. Walking distance from the bus stop of all main organized tours/trips

• Wienke (8/5): Very good - Super kind conversation and fast responses when we were organizing our stay; the flat is located very close to the central bar and restaurant street. The host even drove us to the bus pick up to theth at 6.30 in the morning!

• Frances (8/5): Comfortable stay in the centre of Shkodër - It was in a central location. We had an apartment to ourselves. The facilities were comfortable. Great value for money! It was challenging to find due to construction out the front and lack of signage. The bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would expect.
• Haguer (5/5): Cosy apartment in Shkodra but temporarily noisy - The kindest host despite the fact that he speaks only Albanian. Great location, the center is a few minutes walking distance. Small street but you’ll eventually find a place to park. The facade of the building was on renovation and the workers start at 7:00 am. The noise was quite disturbing and you can open the window to find a worker in front of you. We wish we were told. The shower needs a real deep cleaning

The location was great, short walking distance from the town centre, restaurants and bars. The owner and his dad were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
• Kevin (9/5): We would stay again. - Comfortable bed. Fast WiFi. Washing Machine. Friendly host who doesn't speak English but that is no problem. While we liked the washing machine, there is nowhere easy to hang the clothes to dry. Recommend you supply a drying rack.
• Daniel (9/5): A very good apartment in a great central location. Would recommend. - This was a very acceptable and comfortable apartment with everything you need for your stay. The host was friendly and communication was good. The location was central, near to shop's, bars and restaurants. The bed was big and comfy and we felt that the accommodation was good value. There was some renovation work, in progress, outside the property. This presented no real problem and will only make the property better for future guests.

• Slothmotion (9/5): Great base to explore Shkoder! - The location was great, city centre within walking distance and the bus terminal nearby. The apartment was clean and everything was provided. The host was very responsive. We hired bikes from a shop in the centre to cycle to the lake, it was a very pleasant cycle.

We would stay there again. The entrance is not so easy to find but the owner came very fast to help us.

The owner has been amazing also to help us find and reserve a bus since the touristic info point gave us wrong indications. The building is a bit old bit not much of a problem

• Mark (8/5): Off putting entrance to the building. So much better inside. - A few hundred yards from and very convenient to where the Tirana bus stops at the main roundabout. The apartment is just a few yards off a busy main street . Plenty of cafes and shops within a few yards. Apartment is very well fitted out considering the very small amount charged. I was happy with the cleanliness and the comfortable bed. Good shower. Good fridge and opportunity to cook. Everything inside was clean and good. The owners have done a very good job inside so don't be completely put off by the outside. I suspect it is better value and much safer and more private than a hostel. Another reviewer commented on the dilapidated entrance. The backstreet has the appearance of a being a series of derelict buildings which not meaning to be rude was very off-putting. I couldn't see any sign outside to let you know you had to go into an unlit run down entrance and go up to first floor. It took me a while to believe I had found the right place. The apartment is so much better than the entrance would make you think. Think it is a better option for a couple. I wouldn't recommend the backstreet approach for a single female but once I got over dismay about the entrance it felt safe enough to me. I hope the owners might be allowed to do something to improve the entrance as I think it will put people off if it stays as it is.
