- Joseph (7/5): Wonderful location and helpful owner. If the smell in the room is addressed, it’d be perfect. - The location is very good. It’s very close to the Patio Bellavista, a trendy restaurant area. The owner is very kind and responsive. Beautiful balcony view. The only thing I have some difficulty is, maybe because of the heavy guest turnover, there is some foul smell, particularly in the bedroom.
- David (10/5): Georges was an outstanding host - Georges is an outstanding host, possibly the best I have experienced on Booking.com, his communication was very prompt and he offered to assist me with airport transfers (which I used) and even drove me to a money exchange to change money. He provided detailed information about, and how to use the amenities in the apartment, maps to get to the supermarket, restaurants, etc., which very handy and concise. Georges even provided me with a piece of delicious homemade cake. My stay was definitely enhanced by the effort Georges put in to make my stay as good as possible. The apartment is clean and has all the implements you could possibly need and has a great balcony, it is in a good location with supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centres all within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this apartment and will use it on my next visit. Thank you Georges for all the effort you put in to make my stay memorable.

- Heather (10/5): Sweet dreams - In a cool neighborhood and just a short walk to the metro. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Everything was perfect for our stay. Host was easy to reach and offered helpful information about the neighborhood
- Steven (10/5): Perfect Bella Vista Apt - The apartment is century located in Bellavista, it is walking distance to market, points of interest, parks, nightlife, and restaurants. And it is stocked very nicely with complete kitchen ware, beautiful dishes,(pictured), appliances, including a blender! Living room looks out to a small terrace and beyond that a picturesque mountain. From the terrace is a nice garden below. Bedroom features a very comfortable bed with high-quality bedding, the bath is stocked with bath towels I’ve experienced only in a five-star hotel. The owner, Georges, it’s just a text away if needed, and very, very “hands-on” and helpful. If you are unsure of something and reach out to him, he responds almost immediately, (and with a sense of humor). Paula, (pictured), is at reception, and can easily assist you (in my case with Google translate app). Most importantly, the unit is serene and quiet. Nada…nothing.
