• Dejan (10/5): Odmor za dušu:-) - Domaćini su izuzetno susretljivi i ljubazni. Smještaj je bio iznad naših očekivanja. Najviše nas se dojmio kamin koji smo imali u smještaju i kućna atmosfera uz kaminsku vatru. U glavnom , od domaćina pa sve do smještaja bilo je sve izvrsno, i iznad naših očekivanja. Nadamo se skorašnjem povratku.

• Petr (3/5): Try to avoid this accomodation - The photos look nice, but the reality is completely different. The owner is extremely unpleasant. Before arriving, we told him that we were tired after the trip and were looking forward to relaxing in the wellness area. When we arrived, we were met with several unpleasant surprises – cash payment only, the sauna was turned off, and the hot tub was broken. He eventually turned the sauna on after a lot of insisting, but nobody even bothered to clean up the broken glass around it. The beds were very uncomfortable. The owner also has dogs that he clearly does not take proper care of – they barked all night, so it was almost impossible to sleep. Breakfast was another huge disappointment. Two eggs swimming in oil, some kind of sausage that tasted like cheap canned food, and something that was supposed to be ham but was basically inedible. The overall atmosphere made it even worse – the owner, his brother, and other people there spent most of the time just sitting around and smoking. Overall, a very bad experience, and we strongly recommend avoiding this place.

• Mariusz Kuźma (8/5): - Bardzo ładnie położony dom, piękne obejście dające możliwość relaksu. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Pokój duży i czysty. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Sarajeva i okolicy. Pomimo kilku uwag bardzo przyjemny pobyt Bardzo słabe wifi. Sofa w pokoju nie nadawała się do spania. Nie dało jej się rozłożyć bo była połamana, a spanie na złożonej to był koszmar. • Karen (10/5): - We are visiting from Canada, and our stay at Vila Jasen has been truly wonderful. The resort is beautiful, with such peaceful surroundings that made it easy for us to relax and enjoy every moment. My kids absolutely loved the swimming pool and the hot tub, which made the experience even more special for our family. The service was exceptional. If I could rate it higher than 10, I definitely would. We are beyond satisfied with our stay and would happily come back again.

• Wettely (8/5): Mooi plekje buiten de stad - Prachtig gelegen, net buiten Sarajevo. Ons appartement was ruim en schoon met een mooi balkon en een jacuzzi. Ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar prima. Het personeel was ook vriendelijk, maar communiceren was lastig omdat ze alleen Bosnisch spreken. De spa werd ons als eerste in het seizoen geopend. Zoals op veel plekken in Bosnië werd er veel binnen gerookt. Dat vond ik niet zo fijn. Jammer dat het zwembad niet verwarmd is. We hebben geen gebruik kunnen maken van het mooie bad.

• Архипов (10/5): Very comfort to stay, special respect for sauna, big bath and fireplace - Big bath, sauna, fireplace, terrace with good view and small waterfall (with pleasant sound of water), good breakfast Jacuzzi was broken (one of the main reasons to choose this place), hot water for one bath only (need several hours then for heating next), neighbor dogs barking all the evening, no route in google maps (but ok to drive by signs near the location ~1km), smoked much in restaurant (but have nice places outside)

• Kristina (5/5): RAZOCARAVAJUCE! - Lijepo koncipirana vila, lijepo uredjeno i prostrano. Psi dobro dosli, ne naplacuje za pse. Za 3 nocenja platili 180€, a onda za samo jedno nocenje sto sam trazila ekstra da se produzi rezervacija, kako bi odmorili i razgledali Sarajevo (a koje nije bilo za vikend, vec ponedjeljak) naplatio mi 250€!!! Napominjem da smo u vili koja ima jos barem 5 soba, ako ne i vise, bile apsolutno same. Nocni ormarici nemaju lampe, nema ugodjajne lampe u dnevnom boravku, šparet prljav, star, slavine i kuhalo za vodu puni kamenca, u kupaoni ne radi lampa uz ogledalo iznad umivaonika, jaccuzzi kada se ne moze napuniti vise od 10%.... za dorucak nas vidljivo posluzivali preko volje, neugodno nam bilo traziti dodatnu šalicu za kavu/mlijeko/putar...onda nas jos i pitao da kad idemo kući, kao da ne zna kad ili ko da je vila puna gostiju pa da je tesko znati napamet. .

• Vanek (10/5): - Nemám co vytknout. Velice příjemný domácí. Nic nebyl problém. Bazén udržovaný, Prostředí nádherné. Noční klid se respektuje. Sice nevaří ,ale k dispozici jsou venkovní grily, nebo možnost si objednat jídlo z cefe renesance. Jen doporučuji sám si tam poprvé zajet a vyfotit jídelní lístek. Na netu by jste hledali marně a personál s angličtinou tápe. Každopádně super a to jsem kuchař. Jediné co vytýkám,ale za to domácí nemůže,je večerní až noční štěkot psů z okolí.

• Josip (10/5): A wonderful recreational opportunity close to nature only 20 minutes from Sarsjevo. - A very beautiful location surrounded by nature. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and, above all, courteous. A particular plus point is the natural design of the outdoor area with its pool. Although I am a very critical person, I have absolutely nothing negative to say.

The villa is surrounded by stunning scenery, with beautiful nature all around, a fantastic pool, and a delicious homemade breakfast every morning. What truly made our stay special was the hospitality: Andjela, young and beautiful, is the shining soul of the villa – full of kindness and charm, the kind of person everyone is delighted to meet. Her mother Jelena treated us with amazing breakfasts, and Srdjan was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A lovely touch of honesty and professionalism: my son Naif lost his watch by the pool, and the staff kept it safe and returned it to us the next day. Truly outstanding service! There is nothing we didn’t like – everything exceeded our expectations.

• Ledia (1/5): Abbiamo prenotato su questo hotel due mesi prima ed eravamo molto contenti di andarci ed il giorno della partenza alle 9 - La struttura è in mezzo al verde ed è molto suggestiva. Per cominciare la pulizia, la camera era sporca il letto era datato e faceva molto rumore lenzuola piene di macchie. L’ambiente fuori era molto trascurato la piscina molto sporca i fiori intorno erano tutti secchi i materassi degli sdraio sporchi.

• cédric (1/5): - Rien Nous avions réservé et avions eu confirmation de notre réservation. Nous avions fait une longue route pour venir. À notre arrivée, l’hôte nous a dit qu’il n’avait pas de place. Étant un couple mixte, nous avons compris que nous n’étions pas le type de clients qu’il souhaitait recevoir. Nous avons éte obligés de chercher autre chose. Nous avons trouvé, mais cela nous a obligé à refaire beaucoup de route. Par contre, nous n’avons pas regrèté parce que les photos de l’annonce sont trompeuses, l’endroit est plus petit, la piscine était petite et il y avait une fête avec de la musique très forte

Parking jedva nađeš ispred jel preko dana se dolaze drugi ljudi kupati koji ne borave u smještaju sami bazen je krcat ljudima te nema mjesta za odmor. Apartman je dotrajao ne održavan je u njemu je neugodan miris krevet katastrofa ne možeš spavati na njemu, nema potrebne navlake za madrac prekrivač koji se pokriva krevet prljav ne znam jel ikad opran.Kuhinja neupotrebljiva. Klima prljava ne može se ni upaliti koliko je neodržavana da sam morao očistiti filter sam barem da se možeš rashladiti malo.Platio sam dva noćenja koja ne vrijede te novce tako da smo morali napustiti smještaj jedva prespavali jednu noć i morali preći u drugi smještaj jek s malim djetetom nije za biti u tome apartmanu. Jako sam razočaran. The apartment, like the accommodation itself, is very dirty and neglected. You can hardly find parking in front because during the day other people who are not staying in the accommodation come to swim, the pool is full of people and there is no place to rest. The apartment is dilapidated, it is not maintained, there is an unpleasant smell in it, the bed is a disaster, you can't sleep on it, there is no necessary mattress cover, the blanket that covers the bed is dirty, I don't know if it has ever been washed. The kitchen is unusable. The air conditioning is dirty, it can't even be turned on, it is so unmaintained that I had to clean the filter myself, at least so that you can cool down a little. I paid for two nights that are not worth the money, so we had to leave the accommodation, barely slept one night and had to move to another accommodation, because with a small child it is not worth being in that apartment. I am very disappointed.

• Tea (7/5): - Gospodin nas je dočekao vrlo srdačno, obzirom da smo kasno došli i nismo stigli večerati nazvao je restoran u blizini i naručio da nam dostave hranu. Bazen je prekrasan no nažalost zbog nedostatka vremena, a i hladne večeri nismo se uspjeli okupati. Wi-fi signal užasno loš i spor internet.

• Maria (7/5): Mooi plek! - De locatie van Vila Jasen vonden wij erg mooi. Evenals het zwembad. De kamer is ruim en van alles voorzien. Nou, niets viel tegen. De schoonmaak is niet dagelijks, maar daar is de prijs ook na.

• Fruzsina (4/5): - Gyönyörű helyen van, a strand része is szép. A legfontosabb: reggelivel vettem, meg is kérdeztük hánytól lehet reggelizni, azt mondták 8-tól 11-ig. Fél9-kor mentünk le és még semmi nem volt, közölték hogy még 20 perc (közben kávéztak). Nem tudtuk megvárni. Koszos, dohányszagú minden. A gyerekjátszó rész életveszélyes helyen van.
• Zsolt (10/5): - Gyönyörű helyen fekszik, nagyon hangulatos a személyzet rendkívül segítőkész. Egy vízforraló jó lenne a közös helyiségben, ha valaki korán kell tudjon kávézni, de ez sem panasz inkább csak fejlesztési javaslat. :)
• Evy (9/5): Rustige oase van groen - Supermooie locatie, zeer rustig gelegen. Mooi zwembad en prachtige grote kamer. Ontbijt was lekker en spotgoedkoop. Ideale plaats om nog een nachtje te ontspannen voor terugvlucht. Ligt op 15 min van de luchthaven zonder er hinder van te ondervinden.

• Jarosław (9/5): wszystko super. - Bardzo fajnie położone miejsce,świetna baza do zwiedzania Sarajewa. Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, fajne widoki na góry i fajny basen.
• Ana (1/5): Užas! - Priroda je lepa. Ukoliko ne cenite svoje vreme i svoj novac, ukoliko zelite da sebi upropastite odmor, OVO JE IDEALNO MESTO ZA VAS. Po dolasku u smestaj zatekao nas je prljav apartman u kome su bile mrve od prethodnih gostiju, skorele necistoce po sporetu i toalet u kom je slab pritisak u wc solji. 3 dana smo skupljali vodu u serpu i sipali u solju. Ceo objekat smrdi na ustajalo i jeftin duvan. Internet izuzetno slab i nemoguc za upotrebu. Sporet je bio izuzetno prljav sa skorelim ostacima hrane od kuvanja. Kutlaca s kojom smo trebali detetu da sipamo je bila od plastike i otopljena. Sudje prljavo i puno kamenca. Bazen u dvoristu prljav i pun mrtvih insekata, drugi gost je sam cistio bazen jer nikom od zaposlenih nije palo na pamet. Pored bazena smo nasli ostatke stakla od slomljene case, nas sin od 3 godine se tu igrao i mogao ozbilno da se povredi. "Spa i welness" nije provetren mozda i nikad, smrad cim se udje unutra. Svetlo u tus kabini ne radi. Djakuzi kada puna prljavstine i naslaga po ivicama, mrtve muve na sve strane. U samom apartmanu djakuzi nije uopste radio. Dorucak je bio najavljen da pocinje u 8, u pola 9 smo sisli na dorucak i receno nam je da ce spremiti za 15 minuta, cekali smo 45 minuta da se neko smiluje i posluzi nas. Dorucak jednolican i ocajno aranziran, bez bilo kakvog voca ili povrca. Zaposleni nista ne brinu o objektu kao ni o samim gostima, po ceo dan sede za jednim stolom svi zajedno i puse jeftine cigarete, u kom god delu dana uvek ista scena, pretpostavljamo da su zaposleni lose placeni jer inace bi imali makar malu zelju da nesto tokom dana rade osim sto sede i puse. Kada smo trazili da nam otkazu rezervaciju i vrate novac imali smo razgovor s vlasnikom objekta. Izuzetno neprijatan covek koji nam nije hteo vratiti novac, doduse dali su nam nazad novac za jednu noc i time smo skratili svoj boravak u objektu.

• Ivic (5/5): - Lijepa lokacija, okružen prirodom, lijep okoliš. Nije mi se svidjelo što bazen nije namijenjen samo gostima apartmana, već je javno kupalište. Parking jedva da smo našli koliko je bilo lokalaca na kupanju. U dvorištu nas je dočekala masa ljudi koji su se došli osvježiti. Po nekoj procjeni znalo je biti na tom malom bazenčiću 80-100 ljudi. Muzika trešti od 10 ujutro, do kasnih večernjih sati. Do ponoći na bazenu buka, lom čaša i galama. Gazda drijema u predvorju hotela na kauču bez da pozdravi goste. Dvojica mladih konobara popravljaju dojam. Mi smo bili poprilično razočarani, a mislim da ni ostali gosti koji su tu osjeli nisu baš bili oduševljeni. Po izrazu lica se vidjelo da nije ono što su si zamislili. Soba je dosta velika, kauč škripi kad se spava na njemu, jastuka nismo imali dovoljno, sami smo navlačili ukrasne jastuke u posteljinu i na poplun. Vrata balkonska s potrganim pantom. Mi smo došli u taj smještaj s namjerom da se opustimo i odmorimo. Na kraju smo više vremena proveli na planini i u Sarajevu, jer ovo nije bilo izdržljivo. Doručak je uključen u cijenu, al morate moliti da ga dobijete. Internet mreža je toliko loša, ni mobilni ni Wi fi nema signala.Ukratko, ako tražite party sa masom ljudi na bazenu onda ste na pravom mjestu. Ako tražite mir i odmor onda ste na krivom mjestu.
• Isard (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación a pocos kilómetros de Sarajevo, lugar tranquilo con piscina excelente y un paisaje impresionante, la habitación muy conecta, calidad precio, personal muy amable. El sofá cama un poco incómodo

• Qasim Abdullah Ahmed (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay! The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location was perfect. The swimming pool was amazing especially in this weather , and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Highly recommended! The owner of the place and his staff will give their time for you just to stay safely.
