• Waseem (10/5): Great place, excellent value. - Very clean, had everything of need, greqt private parking, excellent hosts. It was near all conveniences, but slightly far from the main core downtown. But not a major issue at all. Just an observation.

• Simon (10/5): - Just stayed for 4 nights at Isabela Apartments and had a wonderful stay there. Dimitris and his parents are extremely helpful and welcoming. The apartment is bright and clean, and has everything one needs. After two nights we got new towels, even without requesting. It is noticeable that they enjoy accommodating guests and make them feel at home. Of course, we also enjoyed the view towards the sea and the sunset. Would be more than happy to come again!

• Walker (8/5): Great value apartments in Saranda - The apartment was clean and comfortable with a powerful shower and good wifi. The owners were very friendly. It had a kitchen which was quite well equipped and a small balcony. There was a small, private off road car park right next to the apartments. To walk to the centre took us approx 15 mins. The price was very good.

La atención de los señores fue magnífica. La ubicación, estaba un poco alejado del centro y había que subir una cuesta para llegar y luego escaleras.

Un peu loin du centre-ville et de la mer à pied Cependant Je ne peux vraiment pas me plaindre de cet aspect qui était très clair dans le descriptif C'est un extrêmement bon rapport qualité/prix.

It was a cozy apartment with everything you need: a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette and a toilet. The terrace had a wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Secure parking in the yard next to the house. Very good value for money. This is a place we would definitely come back to again. We liked everything.

• Deirdre (10/5): Sunny and friendly - The apartment was large and comfortable and it was lovely to enjoy a drink on the balcony. The owners are an older couple, they are on-site and very helpful, even though they don't speak much English. There is a pleasant sunny terrace at the back too, if your balcony is in the shade in the morning, as mine was. The wifi was not so good in the apartment on the city side so they offered to let me have the apartment with the sea view, even though I think it normally cost more. I had a major study project on while I was here, and it was a great place to lock down for a week. It was also very good value for money. The furniture and fittings are older but well-kept and comfortable. The bed was great as well. People have commented on the location. It is about ten minutes walk to the main street and 20 minutes to the beach but I enjoyed all the walking around, as it is located up high, you get views all around and get to peer at local life as well.

• Sanel (10/5): Cozy place - We had a wonderful stay here and truly loved the place. It felt very cozy and had everything we needed—clean, comfortable, and located in a lovely area with a nice view. The couple who owns the place were incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Saranda.

• Bojan (8/5): Very good - The price is very affordable in comparison to what you get. It's clean and comfortable. The rooms are big and well equipped. The WI-FI is strong. The area is very relaxing, far away from the noise. The hosts are very friendly and positive, and they quickly respond to the requests. The location. You need a car if you want to visit the public beach and the city center, but then you spend a lot of time and energy in finding a parking spot. The second thing I didn't like was that the lady is entering the rooms once you're away , so she turns off the AC. I think that was the rule of the house, but it's really hot once you enter the room and the AC is off. Apart from that, all is perfect.

• Esra (10/5): Thank you for everything - The hosts are a very sweet couple, they drove to the place I was going to back. If I came again, I would prefer it again. The house is five minutes away from the market, you have to go up a very small slope, but apart from that, you can come from the center by walking dup. Google maps is repairing from a different and poorer place, ask the host instead. I'll just have a suggestion. It would be great if they could turn it into a shower cabin instead of using curtains in the shower, I just wanted to say this because I don't like the curtain touch me.

There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a door to another room which has 2 single beds, and a kitchen, plus a bathroom. The balcony is wonderful for sunsets and the hosts were very nice. Everything was wonderful. Maybe a dish towels for drying dishes could be added but that is seriously not a big concern.

The property location is convenient to reach the beach and also has shops and cafe in walking distance. Private parking is also available. The hosts were really nice and helpful couple. Property is named after their granddaughter 😊

• Ana (5/5): Not worth it - It was cheap, the bed was comfy and the shower was good Kettle didn’t work. There was no cutting board or salt, would be nice to have some basics to cook with. The oven was really old and took a while to heat up. The location was the biggest drawback. The apartment is not on a good street and as two female travellers, we didn’t feel safe walking during the day or at night. There were several abandoned buildings nearby with homeless people that would try to talk to you and stray dogs. On one of the days, we found a dead cat on the street, I can’t imagine bringing kids here. The hosts English was very limited and we didn’t feel comfortable explaining our concerns. The WiFi was also not very stable and made it hard to work from the apartment. We were only given one toilet roll for two people for 4 days and had to ask for more, which then we were given one more, it seems to me they should just keep the stock in the apartment so people don’t have to keep asking for it.

• Inva (10/5): Nice Location, comfortable place - Great for couples and long stay - The room was like a studio - it had the sleeping area and also a cooking & eating area adjusted inside. It had everything a couple would need to have a comfortable stay for 10 days or even more (although we only stayed 1 night). The room was identical to the photos, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom spacious and everything clean. They had a parking and the location was great (very close to Pllakat Sarande). I am Albanian and live in Malta (so my profile indicates that I live in Malta and does not indicate my origins even though my name & surname do). The message exchange with the property was in English since I replied in the language they initially texted me (very kind communication I would say). However, when arrived at the premisses, the lady was surprised we were Albanian (I repeat my name and surname are TYPICAL Albanian) and I couldn't help but notice a glimpse of disappointment in her expression when she realized we were not foreigners - this left a bitter feeling in me because I would have expected at least the opposite of disappointment. However, she kept on being very kind, and her husband was such a kind and helpful gentleman.

We had an issue with a delay on the first day and were without internet, making it difficult to contact them. However, when we arrived, they were waiting for us with the keys and were extremely kind. Exceptional quality and very lovely hosts.
• Chantel (9/5): Thank you for having us! - Very clean and had enough space for three people. The hosts were very welcoming and let us check in early. It had a lovely balcony too. It is a little walk down to the Main Street but we enjoyed walking down so for us it wasn’t a problem.
