- Аніта (9/5): Заради цього виду з балкона готова повернутися ще) - Ідеальна локація, якщо ви шукаєте неймовірний вид на море і набережну, безкоштовний громадський пляж (галька) буквально через дорогу, так само як і величезна кількість різноманітних закладів харчування і декілька магазинів. Зупинка одразу при виході з апартаментів, де їздять регулярні автобуси до Ксаміля і назад (краще платити в місцевій валюті). Особливо хочеться відмітити балкон - він був ВАУ! Розмір балкону можна прирівняти до розміру тераси в кафе нижче. В апартаментах також була кухня, де ми готували сніданки і виходили з ними на балкон. Якщо закрити балкон, то шуму з вулиці було не чути. Ліжко було зручне. Була можливість користуватися безкоштовно пральною машиною і самостійно взяти в пральні чисті рушники або постіль. При заїзді нам дали рекомендації щодо магазинів, також обмінялися контактами для швидкого звʼязку в випадку питань. На балконі вай-фай не працює, але був час насолодитися видом з чашкою чаю. Також, було б добре, якби на кухні були такі дрібниці як кухонне полотенце, цукор/сіль, чай.

E’ sempre stato super disponibile e ha risolto un paio di piccole richieste che gli ho fatto in un lampo. Sotto la struttura trovi tutto ciò che t serve. Da ristoranti, bar e supermercati. Nulla in particolare. Se proprio potenzierei il Wi-Fi. Personalmente nn ne avevo grandi necessità ma in uno dei due appartamenti prenotati prendeva solo in un punto preciso di casa.

- Maude (5/5): - Si vous cherchez un appartement central dans Saranda, dans un environnement sur-bétonné, où les bruits de la ville, des voitures, les sirènes, et des bars vous bercent une bonne partie de la nuit, ne cherchez plus vous trouverez ici votre bonheur! Cependant notre hôte a été très accueillant et s’est tenu à notre disposition tout le temps de notre séjour. Il nous a même proposé de rester davantage le jour de notre départ. Le parking est un vrai plus Le logement manque d’équipement. Conçu pour 4 personnes, les canapés lits sont peu confortables. Il y a une seule petite cuillère ! La porte de la douche est cassée. Le logement est néanmoins spacieux.

- philippe (10/5): Le lieu de séjour rêvé à Sarandë ! - Immense appartement situé dans une résidence toute neuve, avec ascenseur et parking souterrain privé gratuit sous l’immeuble. Supermarché juste à côté. Hôte très accueillant et disponible. L’arrêt de bus pour Ksamil et Butrint est au pied de l’immeuble. À deux pas de la plage et de la promenade piétonne qui longe la mer. Rien.
- Carina (8/5): Trotz kleiner Startschwierigkeiten ein tolles Appartement - Das Appartement ist groß und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war traumhaft. Die Lage mitten im Zentrum von Saranda und knapp vor der Promenade war auch ideal. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Im Badezimmer war anfangs nur die halbe Duschtüre da, aber sie wurde am nächsten Tag "repariert". Leider hat auch vieles gefehlt, was normal zur Standard-Ausstattung in Appartements gehört, wie ein Badeteppich, Küchenrolle, Geschirrtuch und Besteck und Geschirr war auch nur wenig vorhanden. Das wurde aber auch sehr rasch nachgebracht und wir haben sogar Wein als "Entschädigung" erhalten.

- Nath Couturier (8/5): Emplacement idéal - L'emplacement est top. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très gentille. Ma fille était malade il a de suite proposer son aide. Nous a donné quelques conseils pratiques. La terrasse est chouette avec une vue partielle sur la mer. Équipements vraiment de base mériterait un peu mieux comme juste un torchon pour la vaisselle par exemple. Une casserole ou micro-onde pour chauffer le lait des enfants. Table extérieure trop petite pour y manger à quatre. L'immeuble est très calme mais en plein mois d'août il faut composer avec la musique à fond du centre ville. Heureusement a minuit la musique est stoppée mais le bruit urbain perture parfois très tard.

- Mario (10/5): - Il ragazzo è stato davvero disponibile e gentilissimo: nonostante siamo arrivati a Saranda alle 3 di notte, ci ha accolti senza problemi permettendoci di fare subito il check-in. Le camere erano pulitissime, con un’ottima vista mare. I letti comodi, l’aria condizionata funzionante, il piano cottura pratico e il bagno perfetto. Tutto è stato semplicemente bellissimo!

Zeer grote kamers met een groot balkon en fantastisch uitzicht. - Zeer duidelijke communicatie met de host, hij was aanwezig bij onze aankomst om de sleutels te overhandigen! - Simone (8/5): Great - Very central and beautiful location, overlooking the sea. The apartment had everything we needed. The owner was very kind and even left us a bottle of Albanian brandy. There was underground parking directly below the building. The only downside was the Wi-Fi — it definitely needs improvement, as I occasionally needed a reliable connection for work, and unfortunately, the Wi-Fi here was barely functional.

- Carmen (9/5): Great - The 2 bedrooms apartment from the 7th floor has an absolutely gorgeous view from the balcony. We spent our evenings just relaxing there with a glass of wine or beer. At the ground floor, in the building, there is an Italian restaurant with very good pizza. The location is great, close to the city beach, with a very nice promanade, lots of bars and restaurants, great atmosphere. The beach in Sarande is not so pretty, but we went to Ksamil and it was fabulous. The apartment was not so easy to find, we had to call for indications. We parked our car in the underground garage and it was safe. The bed are comfortable, the apartment is big, well equipped. The Wi Fi was good. A microwave in the kitchen would be great. The showers can be improved, the water didn't drain properly. Also, little improvements in the apartment would be great: one door from a drawer in the kitchen didn't close well, on the living room table there is a plate with some plastic fruits (looking very real) and some of them are bitten and other small stuff. But nothing serious. Good price/quality report

- Simona (8/5): - Appartamento molto carino, pulito e spazioso. Piano alto,e terrazzo con vista magnifica sul mare Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Il bagno non era in ottime condizioni. Spesso la doccia si intasava e il vetro non chiudeva bene. Mancavano i prodotti da bagno, poi richiesti e arrivati.

- Mariia (10/5): Вражаюча Саранда! - Нам все сподобалося, дякуємо.В апартаментах були всі необхідні зручності: хороші ліжка, чиста постіль, зручна кухня із хорошою плитою і супер духовкою, кондиціонер. Великий балкон вразив своїм розкішним видом, наче находишся на палубі корабля у відкритому морі.Господарі доброзичливі, при можливості, обов'язково приїдемо на відпочинок.
- Kate (10/5): Perfect apartment - Everything was perfect,fabulous location, excellent value for money, clean, comfortable, brilliant host who was only a message away, even allowing us a late check out which was so appreciated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, fabulous. There was nothing to dislike.
- Marilena (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto - Monolocale ampio e luminoso, arredato molto bene e con terrazzo con vista mare, molto pulito. Il responsabile dell'accoglienza è molto disponibile e gentile, risponde sempre molto prontamente ai messaggi. La zona è molto centrale, proprio di fronte alla fermata dell'autobus per Ksamil e Butrint , vicino alla spiaggia e proprio all'inizio della passeggiata sul lungomare. La zona è un po' rumorosa fino a tarda notte, c'è un po' di "movida" , ma la cosa non ci ha creato troppi problemi...non si può avere tutto.

- Роксолана Матвіїв (10/5): ♥️ - Це була перша подорож до Албанії.♥️Вибрали апартаменти Serxhio.І не пошкодували жодної хвилинки.Розташування просто 100/100 все близенько.Вид з номера вражав.Чистенько,все потрібне є в апартаментах.Підземна парковка, яка входить у вартість.Господар це взагалі окрема тема🤗 Він просто захопив Нас своїм ставленням.♥️♥️♥️Все що нас цікавило все що було потрібно він все допомагав вирішити. А на кінець просто вразив нас надзвичайно приємним презентом.Щиро дякуємо Вам за чудесний відпочинок.Бажаю процвітання.Албанія це любов 🇺🇦🇦🇱 ---Сподобалось все

- Anita (7/5): Party - Lage: direkt am Meer Appartment: geräumig, wir durften mehrere Appartement besichtigen Nr. 5 neu ausgestattet, kleiner Balkon (1.Stock über ein Lokal) Nr. 4 neu ausgestattet, riesiger Balkon (1. Stock über ein Lokal) Nr. 38 sehr geräumiges Appartement, Bad veraltet (7. Stock, traumhafter Aussicht) Besitzer, Reinigskraft sehr freundlich Bushaltestelle bzw. Taxi vor der Haustür Für feierlustige Personen geeignet! Sehr extremer Lärm bis in die Morgenstunden durch permanente Beschallung von Musik (Bass) und feiernde Nachtschwärmer. Partyschiff "Vikingen" direkt vor dem Gebäude (extrem laut). Straßenlärm ebenso laut (viel Hupen durch Engstelle der Straße, Lieferanten, Bushaltestelle, Taxistand und andere parkende Autos).

- Joanna (10/5): Perfect little flat in a great location - We rented a seaview apartment and the view was absolutely gorgeous! We had a little balcony and we spent our evenings just relaxing there with a glass of wine instead of spending more money in pubs and restaurants. Just below us was a restaurant and opposite the street there were lots of pubs. The promenade finished almost in front of the building and we felt that the location was just perfect for us. We had a bit of a problem finding the flat as there was no clear sign, but Sergio was very responsive and met us at the front in a couple of minutes. We could park in the underground garage and a local shop was just at the back of the building. Beds were comfortable, the flat had big moder bathroom and the facilities were clean. The while flat and decor was new. The building has a lift which is helpful with carrying luggage. Sergio was a great host and we would definitely stay there again! It was a studio flat which suited us well, but it could be problematic for some people.
- Oliver (9/5): Svært fornøyd, utrolig trivelig vert, fantastisk utsikt til en svært god pris - Lå svært sentralt, på enden av Strandpromenaden og busstopp rett utenfor bygget Har ikke noe spesielt å sette fingeren på.

- Alan (9/5): We had a great stay. Our comment to others has been that life (time) in Sarandë is “easy” and comfortable. - The location is right off the promenade and beaches. It’s near grocery stores and restaurants too. The view from the balcony was stunning! The European cook top took some trial and error but I got the hang of it. The shower space is a little tight.

- Glenn (9/5): A great stay and a special mention to Gerry who picked us up from the port and helped us into the apartment. - Apartment had a great view, was vary spacious and located right on the promenade. It was quite a noisy area but as you would expect when that close to the water.
