- Stheffanny (8/5): - Apartamento limpo, confortável, bem localizado. Péssimo pra estacionar, talvez não voltarei por esse motivo, é muito difícil achar estacionamento na frente ou próximo, não parece perigoso, mas sempre quando chegava à noite de algum lugar, não tinha onde estacionar.

- Artur Nogueira (8/5): Apto excelente. - Apartamento localizado no centro, próximo de todo comércio. Fiquei de 24 a 28/12 e a internet voltou a funcionar, de maneira precária, apenas dia 27. A porta do banheiro é bem complicada, você precisa entrar no box para poder fechar a porta e ter acesso ao sanitário. A televisão fica muito distante da cama. A sugestão seria colocar a tv na parede que fica o sofá, passar o sofá para a parede que fica a cabeceira da cama, passar a cama para a parede que ficam as tomadas, remover a porta do banheiro e colocar para ser de correr, usando a parede que fica a tv. Isso melhora 100% a dinâmica do quarto.

- Roberto (4/5): Só para dormir - O prédio tem ótima localização com centro comercial proximo, bem como serviços de moto táxi e topics. O apartamento é limpo, porém, o 202-B, em que me hospedei, é todo fechado, não tem janela, apenas um pequeno vitrô para circulação do ar. A estrutura serve apenas como dormitório e para banho e, no todo, não atendeu às minhas necessidades. Não sou exigente mas, a falta de coisas básicas e simples não me proporcionaram uma boa experiência: - O wi-fi não funcionou (conectou, mas sem acesso à internet) - Não tem utensílios, além de 2 copos e 2 taças (precisei comprar uma faca e um prato para poder descascar uma fruta). - Não tem escova sanitária para que você possa higienizar a bacia após o uso. - Não possui ducha higiênica. Definitivamente, e de longe, nunca seria o meu apartamento preferido. Por esses "poucos" preferi sair antes de finalizar a diária para procurar outro local.
