- Iva (1/5): Owner didn’t show up to let us in, ended up witouth accomodation in the last minute. - When we arrived at Trebinje, we called the owner to inform him that we are in front of the building. He said that we cannot stay at his place because he is out of town. He didn’t cancel the reservation nor inform us about not being able to stay at the accomodation. Extremely rude, didn’t even care to answer our calls or texts. Left us without a place to stay in the last minute. Also he wouldn’t cancel the booking for days after. I had to contact the customer service to do so beacuse I wasn’t able to do so since it was too late.
