• Penteado (9/5): Quase perfeita… - Localização: bem em frente a praia, que é fantástica. Ademais, tem uma piscina muito boa. O serviço de praia também é excelente. Os quartos são ótimos. A academia é muito fraca e a sauna, localizada no Hotel North Ilhéus (mesmo complexo) não pode ser utilizada. Aliás, existe muita confusão sobre o que os hóspedes do Residence podem utilizar frente aos proprietários do Residence e os hóspedes do Hotel.

• Suehellen (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived during the week of the São João festival, and the hotel prepared typical food for the guests. The food at all meals was very good. The room is small but sufficient.
• Lisa (9/5): I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others! - The staff was extremely helpful and professional and the grounds are beautiful, as is the beach area. The rooms are simple but clean and with good air conditioning. There is a delicious variety of options on the breakfast buffet. The only downside was not having strong Internet service in the room and having to reconnect depending on the place. It worked fine on my phone but not on the laptop.
