• Antoine (9/5): - Excellent séjour a 4 copains dans cet appartement du Quartier de la cathédrale Gaudi. La vue du balcon sur la cathédrale est tres sympa. Le quartier est agréable et safe. Metro et bus sont a proximité pour aller dans l'hyper centre (Ramblas) en 15mns environ. L'appartement au 5e étage est fonctionnel et les lits confortables. Nous n'avons presque pas utilisé la cuisine mais elle a l'air tres bien équipée egalement. Du café etait a disposition, c'était tres apprécié. Communication au top. • Yuju (9/5): Amazing stay with breathtaking Sagrada Familia views! - For a smooth and satisfying experience, I recommend communicating with the owner via WhatsApp for all the details. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and very easy to follow. The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to Sagrada Familia and very close to Metro Line L2, making it extremely convenient to explore the city. The view of Sagrada Familia is absolutely stunning, both during the day and at night when it’s beautifully illuminated. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment description was very accurate. My friends and I stayed for a week and truly had a blast. It is located in an older apartment building, so you can expect a vintage-style elevator and walls that aren’t perfectly soundproof. However, this did not bother us at all and honestly added to the authentic Barcelona charm. Situated in a real local neighborhood, it gave us an immersive feeling of living like Barcelona locals rather than just tourists. It was truly a memorable stay in Barcelona — we would definitely love to come back. N/A

• Esmeralda (9/5): A very nice place to stay for exploring Barcelona - The apartment's location was perfect, close to public transport and bakeries/supermarkets. We really enjoyed the view of Sagrada Familia from the windows. It was very clean and tidy and had all we needed during our stay. The owner responded quickly to our request to check in earlier and we really appreciated it! The bathroom door needs fixing because it makes some noise when opening or closing, and it was annoying especially at night.

• Olivia (10/5): Brilliant apartment with incredible view - Brilliant clean apartment, very well equipped with kitchenware, bed linen, towels, toiletries, etc. Spacious, we had a separate room for our baby with a cot provided. Incredible views and so close to the metro, bars & supermarkets. Very friendly cleaner & helpful host with good communication. We hope to return some day. Only thing I would suggest to improve is to put a blackout curtain in the small bedroom.

• Federica (6/5): Cómodo apartamento en sagrada familia pero la atención podría mejorar - El apartamento muy cómodo y su ubicación también. El apartamento está ubicado en una zona muy buena, y es sumamente cómodo. Sin embargo está ubicado en un sexto piso por escalera y el ascensor se rompió el día que llegamos. Si bien el anfitrión intentó contactarse con el servicio, al no tener respuesta no se preocupó demasiado ni tomó alguna consideración en nuestra estadía.

Excellent location and the most amazing views of the SAGRADA Família… lives up to its name! Would highly recommended and would rebook in a heartbeat Everything perfect, although the sliding door to the balcony doesn’t lock and difficult to open and close… didn’t spoil our stay.

A lovely lady welcomed us upon arrival, showing us around and sharing helpful tips for accessing everything we needed during our stay. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, promptly providing clear instructions on how to access the building and room. They also offered us a late checkout, which was a huge relief since we were traveling with our family and five large suitcases. This apartment truly felt like a home away from home and was the icing on the cake for our family trip to Barcelona. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

A lot of restaurants, cafes and bars around and only four minutes walk from the metro. It's a great place for friends/family vacation. The rooms are pretty small as well as the bathroom. You could also hear the noises from the neighbours which was sometimes a bit annoying.

Small balcony with a view of the top of the Sagrada Familia and the centre of an apartment complex, so no traffic noise. Good place for the price as Barcelona is expensive, so you won't get what you would in other parts of Spain. Add the fact that it is 3 bedrooms and it's a great price for Barcelona. Located close to 3 supermarkets so easy to get supplies. Close to Sagrada Familia and it's metro line (just be very careful on the metro with pickpockets on this busy line, we were pick pocketed). Host was responsive and the staff were very helpful. The bedrooms facing the light well are exposed to the noise of the lightwell. I'm a light sleeper so was disturbed by the noise of people in their kitchens in the early hours. Would be a bit tight if you filled all the bedrooms. Be aware of the Barcelona tourist tax. It's the same for all accommodation there, but you might miss it on your booking, and it's not the nicest surprise. Again, not the accommodation, but pretty disappointed with the city implementing this.

Washing machine was there. Centralized location for main activities like Sagrada Familia No AC in bed room it was really hot when we visited in June , fan is there . Just one bath room and controlled hot water meaning , one or 2 people can do bath effectively with hot water then you have to wait . Especially if you are from US you will feel the difference .

The location is also very safe, which was one of the most important criteria for us. The apartment has an iron and two hair dryers. All other furnishing elements can be found in the description. Next to the Apartment is a kiosk, so you can buy some stuff. Mario was always available and very friendly. We are happy to recommend the accommodation!

Walls are very thin and you can hear what neighbours are doing e.g. watching TV, moving chairs. Sometimes it was a bit loud. 2 out of 3 bedrooms had windows to internal ventilation shaft. It did not bother us but good to know.

• Agnes (9/5): Superb - Very good location, four minutes walk from Sagrada Familia, and 30 minutes walk from Parc Güell. From Sagrada we could reach everything we wanted to see by metro and walking. Small shops and lot of restaurants around. We arrived to Barcelona much earlier than the "official" check-in time, but we could go to the apartment to leave our luggage and get the keys. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The house is quiet, with a good community. I can highly recommend this apartment!
