• Vracaric (10/5): - Mir i tisina, sto je najvaznije za pravi odmor. 5 minuta do najblize autobuske stanice i sa par stanica dolazi se do najpoznatijih plaza....Iako pise da nema terasu ,a s obzirom da je apartman na spratu deo ispred ulznih vrata zapravo moze se posmatrati kao balkon na kome mozete gledati prelepe zalaske sunca. Sve je bilo top.😃

• EVA (7/5): Correcto - Apartamento fuera de la población. Alojamiento amplio, bien acondicionado con aire acondicionado en habitación y dormitorio. Cocina completa con mini nevera, horno, microondas y hervidor. Cama cómoda y confortable. Algo de té y café. Apartamento algo aislado del pueblo y ubicado en una planicie sin apenas viviendas. Iluminación del dormitorio escasa, Complementos de baño justos y de cocina solo en lavavajillas.

Και σήμερα που φύγαμε μου τηλεφώνησε ο ιδιοκτήτης να μου πει ότι έσπασα το κρεβάτι (που ήταν ήδη ΣΠΑΣΜΈΝΟ). ΑΠΑΡΆΔΕΚΤΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΆΛΛΑΞΕ ΚΑΘΑΡΊΣΤΡΙΕΣ.

• Christina (3/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν μέτρια 1. Στο κρεβάτι δεν υπήρχε σεντόνι μόνο πάπλωμα. Δεν κάνει για ζεστό καιρό. 2. Το τηλεχειριστήριο του air conditionion δεν δούλευε. 3. Δεν υπήρχαν κυπριακά κανάλια 4. Δεν υπήρχε ανεβασμένη φωτογραφία της ανεμόσκαλας ανεβασμένη στο booking 5. Δεν είχε στο ψυγειακι μια μπουκάλα νερό 6. Το μπάνιο μέσα δεν ήταν αρκετά καθαρό. 7. Το σκαλί που υπήρχε έξω ήταν επικίνδυνο για σκαλί. Το βράδυ δεν φαίνονταν!
• Ioannou (9/5): Value for money, very polite owner - Self check-in, , the place was very good, clean and cozy. The owner was very polite. Location is a bit remote if you dont have a car its an issue but for us it was just 10 min from center with the car. It seems that it was a whole house seperated in 2 and we stayed in the upper part. The yard of the house below seems to be abandoned, not so well presented but that wasnt any issue for us. The stairs were not pleasant for luggage but okay.

• Neofyta (10/5): Exceptional - I read all the comments before to visit this apartment and i was a bit worried. First of all apartment does exist and you can also use pools of Hotel So white and So nice. Location was perfect, nice quite area. Super clean apartment! Host very helpful! Everything was perfect for sure i will stay again there!! The dogs belong to the house near and are well behaved, also that house has a big fence all around. Personally they didnt bother my at all. The bedroom's cilling has little humidity but the owner is aware and does his best, if you keep day time windows open you wont even realize.

• Mark (7/5): Convenient location if you have a car. - The apartment was roomy and quite easy to find , in a location not too far from anywhere by car. Early in the season so we the pool was not ready . We had to get the attention of the landlord to get the keys which wasn't a problem, although at first we were not sure if we were at the right place because there was no property name that we could see to identify the apartment but the picture was helpful as it did show the property. There was no dedicated parking and we ended up parking in a space between the property and next door where building materials were stored

The house next to the apartment has 2 doges that don't seem very friendly. Old apartment, not very well equipped. Pillows and linen were yellow. Definitely not worth the money.

• Justin (10/5): Nice, quiet stay in well furnished apartment - Very nice apartment with all kitchen amenities, close to a Cosy and nice beach, 15 min drive to ayia napa, we could use the facilities of a hotel nearby (sun beds at the beach). Very nice and friendly host, can recommend!
• Damir (10/5): Definitely recommend this place, it's great! - The apartment is nice and beautiful, exactly how it's on the pictures, big and comfortable, really amazing. Location is fantastic, out of city in calm neighborhood, but with a car need few minutes from everything you need, the beach is few minutes walking. Absolutely recommended, if we come again to Cyprus, we'll reservate this place again definitely. Nikolas the host is very nice and kind, everything we needed we get it... Everything was great!

• Lukas (10/5): Exceptional - 100%. This is an excellent location near Ayia Napa in a nice and more laid back area with some restaurants and supermarkets. 10 minutes taxi ride to the bar bar street. Perfect communication and fast check-in. We enjoyed the pool and the Landa Beach and Agia Thekla Beach. Room nice and clean. Beds vere comfy, wifi fast, staff friendly. May be the best value in Ayia Napa.

• Venetia (2/5): Very poor - The apartment was nice and clean although it is a rear apartment that has been separated from the main house so you have yo climb an iron ladder untill the entrance in the back. It shows that the apartment is somehow seperated also by the fact that the only bathroom is the master bedroom's ensuit toilet (so if someone is stayinh on the sofa they have ti enter the bedrrom in order yo access the toilet) It was very obvious to us that there is something very sketchy going on. We were a group of friends visiting ayia napa for a wedding and we all got "upgraded" for free to so nice club resort. We chose to stay where we initially bioked but our friends' experience of the upgrade was the worst. The rooms were filthy and seemed abandoned as well as the outdoor spaces. It definetely felt like a scum.

They even didn’t give me some explanation! What was more interesting is that I’m not first case with this problem! Cyprus is a great place for holiday but this property is big SCAM !!! I never seen this property! That was the issue:( for example I bought Mercedes E-class and they give me Ford Focus for same price , doing same job but is not what you have paid!

The hotel was a good substitute except for the stress and uncertainty I experienced before departure.
