- Ilka (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub im Salzkammergut. - Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche im "Auszeit Salzkammergut Appartment" in Bad Ischl verbracht und können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet, äußerst sauber und bietet den perfekten Ort zum Entspannen. Ein besonderes Highlight der Ferienwohnung ist die wunderschöne Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Hier kann man morgens entspannt frühstücken oder den Tag bei traumhafter Aussicht auf die beeindruckende Landschaft ausklingen lassen. Der Bergblick macht den Aufenthalt noch besonderer und sorgt für echtes Urlaubsfeeling direkt vor der Haustür. Die Betten sind sehr bequem – wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch die kostenfrei nutzbare, abschließbare Garage für Fahrräder sowie die Parkplätze direkt im Hof. Für Aktivurlauber ideal! Die Lage ist landschaftlich traumhaft und bietet einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die Region. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Herrn Schmalnauer und seine herzliche Mutter „Clara“, welche uns als Vermieter mit ihrer Gastfreundschaft, Hilfsbereitschaft und vielen tollen Tipps für Unternehmungen im Salzkammergut begeistert haben. Sie haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Alles in allem: Eine perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen und abwechslungsreichen Urlaub im Salzkammergut. - Lukas (3/5): Entspricht nicht den Erwartungen - Sauber, freundliche Begrüßung Leider waren wir mit der Unterkunft und dem Gastgeber nicht zufrieden. Man kann bei der Buchung genau wählen welches Apartment man haben möchte. Da wir als Gruppe gereist sind und mehr Wert auf Privatsphäre legen, wollten wir gezielt eine Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern, nicht mit einem Schlaf-Wohnzimmer. Unser Apartment war genau jenes, welches mit 2 Schlafzimmern beworben wird ("Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern", "This apartment features a kitchen, a seating area, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer."). Bei der Ankunft waren wir dann sehr enttäuscht, dass es sich doch nur um EIN seperates Schlafzimmer handelt und um ein offenes Wohnzimmer OHNE Tür in welchem 2 Betten stehen. Dazu kommt noch, dass das seperate Schlafzimmer eine kleine Besenkammer ist, die maximale Raumhöhe etwa 1,6 Meter, mit Dachschräge nach unten. Man kann also an keinem Punkt im Zimmer aufrecht stehen, im Bett hat man die Decke 20 Zentimeter über seinem Gesicht. Es ist extrem heiß und stickig da nur ein ca. 30x30 cm Fenster vorhanden ist. Bei Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber war dieser extrem uneinsichtig bezüglich der widersprüchlichen Beschreibung und meinte nur, das sei hier kein 5 Sterne Hotel usw. was absolut nichts mit unserer Kritik zu tun hat. Dazu kommt noch, dass der Gastgeber wohl gerne seine eigene Arbeit für die Gästeregistrierung mit der Gemeinde auf die Gäste abwälzt. Uns wurde zwei Mal gesagt, dass wir das Gästeblatt mit unseren Daten beim Tourismusverband im Zentrum Bad Ischl abgeben müssen (knapp 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt). Am nächsten Tag haben wir das Gästeblatt dann zum Tourismusverband gebracht und dort gefragt, ob das wirklich die Gäste machen müssen, und siehe da - Nein, natürlich ist das die Aufgabe das Gastgebers! Vermutlich wurde unsere Beschwerde dann weitergeleitet, da wir 30 Minuten später eine SMS vom Gastgeber bekommen haben, mit der Bitte, das Gästeblatt bei ihm abzugeben... Sehr unverschämtes Verhalten.

- Zuzana (10/5): Perfektní ubytování v dobrém výchozím bodě pro výlety, okolí klidné. Na apartmánu nebyli slyšet ubytovaní hosté z vedlej - Vše bylo čisté, pohodlná postel, kuchyňka sice malá ale vybavení dostačující.

- Vítězslav (8/5): - V srpnových teplých dnech se apartmán přehříval a nešel ani přes noc vychladit. Síť proti komárům byla pouze na jednom okně a tudíž v noci nešlo pořádně větrat. Navíc apartmán leží přímo u silnice, která se sice tváří jako málo frekventovaná, ale ve všední den projelo první auto už ve 4.30 a pak až do půl osmé jedno auto za druhým . Apartmán měl okno přímo do silnice, takže hluk od aut vylučoval další spánek. Hostitel byl naprosto vyjímečný a každý den se nás ptal, jestli je vše v pořádku. Bohužel silný provoz řešit nemůže a se sítí jsem nechtěl obtěžovat. Jestli nevadí teplo na pokoji a hluk od aut, bylo jinak ubytování vyjímečné.

Location is a bit far away from the town centre but it’s just a small detail. That’s on the other hand plus because it’s calm and so quite place.

Parkplätze gibt es direkt am Haus .Die Lage ist optimal, um viele Ausflugsziele schnell erreichen zu können. Es war alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Würden das nächste Mal gerne das Apartment mit Balkon oder Terasse buchen 😀👍

The kitchen in the room has all the necessary equipment. The view from the windows and balcony is amazing. The owners who run the place did everything to make our stay there pleasant. They help with any questions and requests.

- Yunlin (9/5): The view from the balcony is fantastic！ - The nice view makes the trip to Bad Ischl the most memorable episode in our one-month trip in Europe. It is kinda hard to drag heavy lugguage walking uphill from the bus station.
- Xiaolu (10/5): Excellent! - The location is excellent with wonderful views both at day and night(the stars are shining overnight if there isn't cloudy). And it's not far from the bus station and supermarket. The air is fresh, and the river makes us feel so relaxed.. all the equipments are available including TV and kitchen wares. I think it's just should be a reminder for others that you should bring your own shampoos and other things to wash. And if you are planning to arrive at weekend, please check the working time of the supermarket.

- Katharyn (9/5): Superb location and hospitality! Vielen Dank! - Quiet location, stunning views of the countryside and really handy to a wee local pub, as well as some local supermarkets. Our family room/studio was well appointed, with a really comfy bed and everything we needed in the kitchenette for a 6-night stay. The room had ample space for a two people with luggage, as we used the spare single beds for our cases. The hosts are truly wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. We appreciated their genuine interest in us as guests and their advice on day trips and the 'Sommercard' which got us some money off attractions. Only one minor point: as we stayed for longer (6 nights), we would have liked a small sofa or somewhere to sit and relax and plan our days, as we only had the beds or the dining table and chairs. However, we would definitely go back!!
