• meng (10/5): 总体非常好，休息的很好，如果下次来，我会选住在这里的。 - 全程是邮件沟通的，我也是第一次用这种方式，觉得有点忐忑的，但过程非常顺利，全程虽然没见到房东，一些小问题都很快解决了。整体安静、干净、安全 、设施齐全。我住的是需要共享卫生间的户型，以为会不方便 其实非常方便！屋里有简易小厨房，冰箱、微波炉、烧水壶、餐具都有。 烧水壶烧完很大一股塑料味道，我自己带着，就还好。床不算长，感觉高大的人会睡不下。

• Ing. Heinrich (10/5): - Sehr freundliche Vermieter und sehr zentrale Lage, mit Glück auch mit Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Das Bett in einem der Schlafzimmer sollte erwas größer - dann wäre es fast perfekt. Die Lärmdämmung zum Nachbarapartment.

Super schönes modernes Bad 🥰 Die Matratze im Bett wirkt nicht wie eine richtige Matratze. Sie hat Mulden und unterschiedliche höhen, ausserdem ist sie sehr weich. Einziger Mankopunkt ❤️

Before booking, we did the research on the location and go through all the reviews as well. However, the location wasn’t on expectation. If you are travelling in group with elders and kids, pls organise the arrival time before 6pm as the location is far from train station and bus station. We are three people in group with three pieces of 28” luggage case during the winter. We arrived at main bus station, bad ischl at 10pm and it was raining. Luckily there was a taxi waiting beside the bus station and only cash is accepted for the ride.

The host is SUPER kind, responds to any questions you might have and tries her best to contribute to a pleasant trip for you. Would definitely recommend it! The hairdryer was not really powerful.

• Kwan (6/5): Good room, easily agitated staff - 1. Comfy room with fan. The room is cool even though its hot outside. 2. Kitchen with sufficient equipment and utensils. 3. Bed and pillow is good. 1. The water drainage in the shower is poor. Water cannot leave the shower. It takes 10mins for the water to drain out. 2. Staff is easily agitated and overreact. They didnt talk to us about city tax collection arrangement before or on arrival/ check in. They just inform us the night before we check out at 11pm. They requested that the tax had to be collected in cash. Also, we search online that the amount is different than the staff informed and different from our previous experience. Therefore, we try to clarify the amount with the staff because we are not familiar with city tax. As we are foreign travellers, we are not familiar with the concept that tax must be collected by cash (especially we paid tax by card in another Austria city). We didnt have any Euro on hand and its impossible (coz its 11pm and we are leaving at 7am) for us to have coins to pay for that. We asked if we can bank transfer or other transfer method like Wise. The staff immediately agitated and replied us like they think that we question the amount of tax and the payment method as we didnt want to pay it. However, we stated clearly that we want to pay. We feel so bad that the staff treated us like this. We just want to clarify. Just we cannot pay it by cash so we want to explore if there is alternative, no matter is bank transfer, or whatever. Because its late at night, even we go atm to withdraw money, its paper. Not the amount that we need to pay. We did apologise because we are not sure if its our wording problem (we are not native english speaker so we not so sure) which make the staff to get angry. But still, we just dont understand why simple clarification can make the staff become so angry and think us as bad like we are trying to escape from paying tax. Luckily that we find a market (Billa) that opens early in the morning and the market staff is good that they changed paper money to coin so that we can rush back to pay for the tax.

We were there in April and although it was warm outside (23 degrees) it was freezing in the apartment! We messaged the host- no reply. The next day, after calling him, we got a small heater that we could not use in all the rooms.

• Ondřej (9/5): I would recommend the place to people comming to the area. It's quite near to the skiing resorts. - Very nice place near to the downtown, no parking problems though. Internet connection was unstable. The owners tryed to help, but without a real success. They plan to fix it.

The apartment is located in a great location and is easy to park there. The view from the window was a big surprise. We loved to stay there!! The mattress could be better but the pillows and all the other things were perfect!!

The hotel was really clean and well maintained. The room is spacious and well decorated. The cherry on the top was the warm welcome by the host. A great and pleasant stay. Nothing much to complain.

I would suggest this accommodation! I would recommend to install an air-conditioner to the room. Since the flat is next to the route, through the open windows the street noise can be heard loudly that disturbing the sleep.

• Emotionslocker (9/5): Good apartment and well organized. - I liked the apartment as it was small but cute and well-organized. The owner is quite supportive as I didn't meet them but they are always available on the phone and provided the necessary stuff. The station is near and hardly11mins walk and the market is also nearby so you can walk and roam around, eat something, etc. The owner also allowed us to do an early check-in and late checkout Thanks once again for everything The mattress is too soft which I am not used to. As I have a backache so that's why I didn't like the soft mattresses.
