• Lee (9/5): Grest location, and comfortable accommodation - Excellent location. Close to Metro so a few minutes walk. Cleanliness. Ease of entry with code. Quick email responses for enquiries. Scaffolding on the building obscured some of the view of surrounding streets. Noise of lifts during the weekdays
• ASSI (5/5): Mükemmel konum, harika teras ancak tadilattan ve asansörden sonraki basamaklardan dolayı sevmedik - Tesisin konumu çok iyiydi, kendisine ait terası olması güzeldi. Yataklar rahattı, ev geniş ve konforluydu. Temizdi, temizlik kiti ve çay kahve kiti konulmuştu. Ancak genel olarak güvenlik sıkıntısı vardı, her ne kadar apartman girişinde 24 saat güvenlik var ise de evin anahtarının olmaması, gece kapıyı kilitleyememek ve evden çıkarken kilitleyememek güvenlik açığı. Ayrıca inşaattan dolayı evin çevresinde sürekli insanlar dolaşıyor. Yatak odasının penceresi önünde insanlarla karşılaşmak hoş olmadı. Asansör gürültüsü ve yaşlılar ile seyahat ettiğim için asansörden sonra çıkılan merdivenlerde onların çıkıp inmesi ve valizleri taşımak zor oldu. Terası her ne kadar işçilerden dolayı biraz sıkıntılı olsa da inşaat bittikten sonra güzel olabilir, güneşlenmek için şezlong bile var ve terastaki masada oturmak da keyifliydi. Konumu çok iyi ama bir daha gitsem bu evde kalmam. Binada inşaat vardı. Terastayken yan tarafta inşaat işçileri dolaşıyordu ve gürültü oluyordu. Ayrıca yatak odasının önünden inşaat işçilerinin geçmesi huzursuzluk vericiydi. Eve kodla giriliyor ama herhangi bir kutuda anahtar yok, yani içeriden ve dışarıdan evi kilitleyemiyorsunuz bu da güvenlik açısından endişe yaratıyor. Eğer kızımla yalnız gitseydim korkardım. Özellikle yatak odasının penceresinin önünde sürekli işçilerin geçişi çok rahatsızlık verdi. Eve girildiğinde bir şişe su konulabilirdi, gelir gelmez inip su almak zorunda kaldık. Ayrıca kapsul kahve konulabilirdi, sonuçta makine var ama kapsul yok, daha önce kaldığımız yerlerde bunun gibi ikramlar oluyordu. Son olarak ev çatı katında ve sürekli olarak asansör gürültüsü geliyor. Ayrıca asansörde indikten sonra biraz basamak çıkmak zorundasınız, ağır valiziniz varsa veya yaşlılar ile seyahat ediyorsanız asansör sonrası o merdivenler de zorlayıcı oluyor. Evi kiralarken asansör var yazıyor fakat asansörden indikten sonra çıkılan basamaklardan hiç bahsedilmemiş, engelli kişiler için de rahat bir ev değil zira evin içinde de bir basamak var.

• Simon (8/5): Excellent location. Spacious property well kept. Helpful doorman when entering first time. - Excellent location and quite spacious. It’s a pity the facade was covered in scaffolding. Took away from the view. But that’s all, no noise over the weekend.

• Jessica (10/5): We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, right in the middle of everything yet still felt very safe and clean. - The space was so clean and can equipped with plenty of kitchen utensils.

• Ameed (10/5): Recommend - Perfect location & view. Fancy apartment, a lot of space to move, felling free like in home. We were 4 guys, and we enjoyed every second. Recommend :) Getting the keys at chick in, It was a little bit hard, we went 13 min walk with all of our bags to get the keys. But because of that the price is not to much expensive.

• Nickolay (10/5): The best location in Barcelona - The best location in Barcelona for sightseeing and the best possible balcony for this kind of money. Overall everything else was ok. On the second day of our stay the internet stopped and it wasn’t fixed till will left. There is noise from the elevator and during working days this starts at 7.30 and ends at 18.00 because there is a lot of offices in the building. It’s not a problem in the weekend.
