• Clare (9/5): Fantastic location and staff managing the property excellent - Fantastic location. So close to the main bus station and tube to enable easy transportation around the city. Great check in process and good communication with the staff managing the property.

(7/5): Great location, good communication with owner but apartment needs renovation. - Location was great, lady waiting for us with keys super polite and flexible, Elevator in the building, El Corte Ingles as a corner shop - great, luggage storage just on the other side of the street (well, no chance to keep the luggage in the apartment even for 2hrs after check out). Very good communication and prompt replies from owner. 1. Apartment is visibly worn and needs at least touch up renovation. 2. I was charged extra (30EUR) for „damage fee waiver” while at the same time 3 of 4 chairs were damaged, refrigerator had shelves broken, doors were stuck and shower head was not working right (last one was really quickly repaired). 3. Cutlery, cups and plates were provided at very small quantity, 4. Place for 4 people but providing only 1 large bed cover per bed. 5. Late check in fee (50EUR) became visible only after I have actually booked the apartment. It was not visible on the listing page. "Good" thing is that I could pay it online, initially it was only possible with cash. 6. Super strict Terms and Conditions that were delivered really just before the travel. I guess that owner had some issues with previous tenants but really I've never met so many restrictions. Small matters: - water temperature under shower set to hot but was moderate really. Also not enough for 3 persons in a row, had to wait for reheat (?). - no space to hang towels in bathroom, - noise level both from the street and from inside the building (In T&C’s it is mentioned that I could be kicked out for being loud while I got woke up by some noises 2 times on separate occasions). - Check in method could be improved (pass code).

• Rachida (7/5): Toplocatie aan de Rambla - Toplocatie vlak aan La Rambla en metrostations. Appartement was goed voorzien van alle benodigdheden. Zeer vlotte communicatie met de host. Lawaaierig en slaapbank was niet zo comfortabel.

• SINAN (4/5): - Sadece lokasyon Tesise gitmeden evvel çok evrak işi var, bir sürü sayfayı, kalan her misafir için tek tek doldurmanız isteniyor. Herşey askeri kışla gibi, çok katı ve her şeye bir para cezası uyguluyorlar, (sözleşmede hepsini bulabilirsiniz). Uçağımız rötar yaptığı için tesise geç giriş yaptık ve bunun için ceza ödedik mesela. Tekrar kalmayı kesinlikle düşünmeyeceğim bir yer.

• Georgiana (10/5): Un popas scrut, dar fermecator, linistit, si totusi aflat in inima orasului - Un apartament bine compartimentat si utilat cu tot ce trebuie pentru o sedere scurta. Amplasat intr-o cladire frumoasa la 3 min de mers pe jos din Placa Catalunya, din statia de autobuz ce face legatura cu aeroportul. Acces facil, gazda primitoare, ne-a asteptat si ne-a predat cheile, chiar ne-a dat mici sugestii pt locatii de luat masa in apropiere. Minunat! Ca nu am putut sta mai mult.

• LUIS (1/5): No contraten con esta compañía. - No podíamos acceder al apartamento por rotura de cerradura y la respuesta de ateción al cliente fue de nula empatía y muy poca confiaza hasta resolverlo. Con un bebé de 13 meses, con todo dentro del apartamento. Si no quieren tener una mala experienca no les contraten.
• Christine (7/5): - The location was really good. Central spot, close to many locations and the metro. Provided everything we needed and everything was stocked up. Ximena who checked us in was very lovely and helpful, she also suggested to us places to see which was nice. Hygiene and cleanliness wasn’t great. Bed wasn’t clean - there were many hair pieces all under the covers of the bed which was gross and had to request for new cover sheets and sofa bed had stains all over it.
• laura (7/5): - La posizione ottima. L appartamento ampio. Il.materasso comodo. L appartamento è super sfruttato gestito da una agenzia per conto di un proprietario privato.. Tanti dettagli dimostrano il super uso di questo locale. Le porte interne non scorrono bene e si chiudono a fatica. Appena entrati ( 6 minuti dopo ) ci accorgiamo che il bidè aveva lo scarico bloccato e mancava addirittura un pezzo . L abbiamo segnalato e siamo stati importunati per 2 giorni per presenziare ai lavori di riparazione . ( INCREDIBILE X UN CLIENTE! Se io sto 4 giorni a Barcellona e sono sempre in giro per visitare i musei e la citta ....devo perdere il mio tempo per presenziare ad una riparazione che doveva essere fatta prima che il cliente entrasse ? ( l agenzia gia sapeva della mancanza del pezzo del bide) Ho tutte le chat a disposizione. Inoltre , per non farci mancare nulla , siamo rimasti bloccati la sera fuori dalla porta, causa porta non manutenuta ( l agenzia era al corrente in quanto il loro tecnico era passato prima di noi nel pomeriggio e non era riuscito ad entrare nemmeno lui ). Hanno mandato il tecnico per entrambi i problemi dopo numerose comunicazioni irritanti. L appartamento era stato pulito molto superficialmente ( I vetri non erano stati puliti , abbiamo trovato peli e capelli in giro per l appartamento e sulla testata del letto ...) . Uniche note positive la comodità di materasso e cuscini e la posizione . Ho soggiornato a Barcellona in altri appartamenti gestiti da Agenzie e sono stati tutti molto positivi in quanto nei locali si trovava tutto efficiente in quanto si faceva la CORRETTA E COSTANTE MANUTENZIONE . È comodo x l agenzia sfruttare l appartamento al massimo ma dopo numerosi soggiorni capita che l ennesimo cliente sfortunato si becchi tutti i disagi e le rotture . Gestione assolutamente da migliorare!

• Giuseppe (1/5): Very poor offering for a premium price. - Cleanliness was barely acceptable. Wireless did not work and nobody was sent to fix it in 4 days despite multiple requests from our side.
• Ero (10/5): Excellent location and customer support from StayUnique - Excellent location close to everything if you like walking and see things around!! Customer service was very fast answering my messages every time Checkin process (apart from the issue thata Spain had that electricity was OFF for 6-7 hours around the country) Sol the girl was very helpfull and made it very easy for us while i was with kids! Big thanks to her!! Check out process also very fast and easy!! Wifi was not working neither could be fixed
• Inderpreet (7/5): Good - Early check in *Late host. *Description of the appartement-luggage storage-(there is no luggage storage).The host will send you the link where you can go and leave luggage and pay extra (not even near the appartement) . *Issues with WiFi-host gave wrong details of the WiFi which wasn't working. After being contacted she didn't bother to come back regarding WiFi. Not good if someone has some online work meetings when on holiday and can't connect!
