Important Information
Key collection is done at our reception in a different location from the apartment. From Monday to Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. there will be someone waiting for you in the office so you can check in and make payments in person. From Monday to Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. and on Sundays, we will do self-check online (Days prior to arrival) in this way, you can collect the keys in the key box at the reception. In the event that the corresponding SELF CHECK IN is not carried out and in-person intervention is necessary to check-in, between 30 and 50 EUR will be charged.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

- Pavla (5/5): Za tu cenu nebylo ubytování moc dobře uklizeno (v koupelně byla plíseň,...). Na fotkách to vypadá mnohem lépe, než bylo - Bezpečné sousedství, klidná lokalita, dobrá dostupnost do centra Příliš malá a špinavá koupelna, plné skříně věcí, takže nebylo místo pro naše zavazadla. Na balkóně se váleli věci na úklid. Zásuvky v kuchyni byly pohyblivé, takže je člověk raději nepoužíval.

- Alcaraz (1/5): Bad - Horrible chemical smell that triggered my asthma. I had to leave because of health concern and inability to breathe there. Shower was broken do i couldn't even take a shower. Hit water lasted 1 min then nothing but cold water.

- Talia (7/5): Overall this was a perfectly fine place to stay. If the price was about 1/4 -1/3 less I would have been very hap - The location was good. The neighborhood felt safe, but it was very quiet. It’s close to the metro and busses as well as supermarkets and restaurants. The space is large and was clean. The bed in the first room makes so much noise, it’s really odd and easy to fix, please do. Sometimes we got hot water, sometimes not, there were no instructions or tips. There is a water heater inside to apt to provide hot water. The worst was that the elevator didn’t work when we arrived! And we had to carry large suitcases up 4 flights. Again no instructions or tips.

- Audrius (6/5): Never stay there again - Location was probably the best thing, was easy to travel by metro, few stations around apartment within walking distance. Well, in the pictures looks pretty ok, but reality was different. check-in - you need to go to another location to get keys, basically you go to their office and collect keys from locker ( why not to make locker by the apartment like most airbnb's doing?) Apartment - very basic, not nice to stay there, chairs so bad, that nobody can sit on them. One of the bed (if you can call it bed) was so noisy that any small move in there and all neighbours probably heard. its not hard and expensive to decorate apartment to make it cozy. there was construction works in the stairwell, so very dirty and noisy from very early morning (banging, drilling walls,scrapping paints, and walls so thin that you can even hear what neighbours doing - forget about good sleep after all day walking around the beautiful city of BARCELONA.

- Federico (2/5): Turist trap, definitely not worth the price - the location was okay Everything was in very poor condition, the chairs in the living room were literally distorted, one cannot even sit in them, the bed in twin bed in the fist room was very noisy, the door of the bathroom is almost a curtain, and if you open the window of the bathroom anyone can see you from the hall of the building, the building is also super noisy, you can even hear the neighbours caughting and snoring during the night. it's clear that the rent this apartment with the cheapest stuff to get the most money out of it.
