• Franziska (8/5): Wir haben nur genächtigt in dieser Wohnung und dafür was es ausreichend. - Die Größe. Hellhörig, es fehlten Rollos oder Vorhänge die das Zimmer verdunkeln und es war kalt.

Bulaşık makinası deterjanı bırakılmamıştı. Isınma sistemi sadece klimaydı. Gece klimayı çalıştırdığımızda bulunduğum odada klimanın sesinden uyumamı imkansız hale getiriyordu.
• Maria Rosa (5/5): Comodo - Appartamento comodo per la posizione , pulito, ma inaccettabile che ancora nel 2026 ci sia la doccia con la tendina tra l'altro con la muffa portatrice di funghi e batteri. Da sostituire la tendina della doccia con un pannello, sarebbe cosa gradita trovare anche solo 1 bottiglia d'acqua in frigo cosa vitale che costa davvero poco e le istruzioni per aprire la porta magari potreste darle più chiare e descrittive
• Victoria (9/5): Alojamiento cómodo, limpio y bien ubicado, con lockers a pagar disponibles - Nos gustó mucho el alojamiento: estaba muy limpio, ordenado y cómodo. Además, su ubicación es excelente, ya que queda cerca de varias atracciones a las que se puede llegar caminando. También contaba con utensilios de aseo, lo que hizo nuestra estadía aún más cómoda. Solo algo externo al alojamiento en sí: el check-in es bastante estricto. Nuestro vuelo llegó mucho antes del horario y tuvimos que dejar las maletas en un locker, lo que implicó un costo extra. Sin embargo, el alojamiento nos lo sugirió y además nos dio un descuento, lo cual fue muy amable. Recomendaría simplemente planificar bien los horarios de llegada y check-in para evitar ese inconveniente, ya que todo lo demás fue excelente.

• Andrew (9/5): Superb - Very convenient location close to all you need. Undeground parking (not associated with the apartment) is just around the corner. Very spacious apartment for many guests. In the apartment of such large size, I would expect a washing machine to be available. At least lack of space is not a reason for its unavailability.
• Ed (8/5): Great location, comfortable apartment. - The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The street and area were generally very quiet, and the people we did meet were friendly. There are excellent restaurants and coffee shops less than a 5 minute walk away in most directions. Some of the light fittings are broken, cracked and with exposed wiring etc. The plug sockets are old and so don't expect a european socket converter to fit very well. We had an unfortunate incident on our last morning where a "noise control system" supposedly malfunctioned and triggered aggressive and completely false messages at 2am telling us that "multiple complaints" had been made by our neighbours. This made our remaining time in Barcelona very uncomfortable as we had all gone to bed at around 10:30pm.

• Shiqi (8/5): Great location, value for money for such a large apartment - Location was good, just 7 mins walk from Diagonal metro station. Walking distance to main attractions such as Sagrada Familia, and downtown. The apartment had 3 bedrooms, a sofa bed, two bathrooms and was very comfortable for our group. Apartment was also well equipped and overall quite clean. Extra blankets and pillows were provided. Layout of the apartment allowed for privacy for individuals in the group. Soundproof was alright - we couldn't hear much from the streets. Hosts were responsive and provided checkin details in advance. Overall I would still recommend this apartment due to its location. They did not seem to have prepared 1 bedroom where the bedsheets were not fitted. The floors beneath the beds were not cleaned. We found 2 huge cockroaches in the kitchen on the 2nd night. We could also hear everything from the neighbors - steps, chairs, etc. It disturbed our sleep early in the morning and late at night. Checkin info was very confusing- 4 virtual keys were provided when we only needed two. However physical keys were provided in the apartment and there was no issue using those.
• Pawel (7/5): quite good and pleasant - The apartment is in the perfect spot in the city, close to the underground and a lot of bars, restaurants, etc. It is relatively spacious well needs a new coat of paint. Also there is no coffee machine of any sort so you either need to go out or be ready to drink instant coffee. The little street outside can turn into a massive party zone during the weekend, so for those who are looking for a quiet place this might be a challenge

• Natalie (6/5): It was adequate. - The location was good for getting to sites in the city. I had a hard time getting the virtual keys because I had no phone service. I had to find free WiFi. Our reservations were for 3 occupants and there were only 2 towels in the apartment.

• Himmat (1/5): Not recommended to anyone - I dont appreciate the feedback we got when there was a water issue, I expected some assistance and not a comment that water issue comes from a municipality. After paying that price, I would expect a facilities in order, if the is any uncertain even, this should not by guests problem. I will not recommend this for anyone.
• Roberta (8/5): We would stay here again. Very clean and had comfortable beds. Good location. - Breakfast was not included. Located close to a majot Metro stop, which was handy. Safe neighborhood and near shopping. The apartment could have been better equipped for someone who actually planned to cook there. Not enough glassware, dishes or coking equipment. Needed pot holders, dish yowles, containers for leftovers. No basic items like salt and pepper or other condiments. More seited to people who would be eating fast food all the time. Good thing that one of us was very techy to figure out the Virtual check-in!!
