• Magali (7/5): - El barrio en el que se encuentra es bonito. El departamento tiene 2 habitaciones, eso es cómodo. No tiene calefacción. El baño está en el ambiente de la cocina y el lavatorio del baño es demasiado pequeño. El tema de pedir la garantía de deposito de 350 euros en efectivo y la devolución por transferencia bancaria es algo complicado para gente que no vive en Europa.

• Petr (10/5): - Lokalita super, téměř vše v docházkové vzdálenosti, metro cca 3 minuty, obchod Condis cca 1 minuta. Plně vybavená kuchyně. Majitel se každý den dotazoval, zda je vše v pořádku a byl nám po celý den k dispozici.
• Tessa (6/5): Disappointing stay due to attitude of host - Conveniently located half a block from metro stop and small supermarket. The apartment was basic and small but clean and adequately supplied and has a washing machine. No air conditioning but fans worked well. Pillows can do with replacement. We were asked to pay a deposit in case of breakages of 350 Euro ($411) CASH but were refunded not in cash but via wire transfer and only received $356 back. We take great exception to this since it meant our accommodation cost us $50 more than we had budgeted. We have travelled right through Spain and NO other host has asked for such a deposit. The deposit should be given back in the form it was paid. We will be taking this up with Booking.com
• Katalin (10/5): 7nap BCN - Az elhelyezkedés mesés. Minden itt van a közelben. A szállás pont a célnak megfelelő. 3an kényelmesen elfértünk. Tiszta, jól felszerelt. A tulaj kedves, segítőkész és rugalmas. Mivel nincs légkondi, így állandóan használnunk kellett a ventillátorokat, ami kicsit zavaró volt, főleg éjszaka. A Bookingon nem jelezték, hogyha 4 napnál tovább maradsz +50€ fizetsz a takarításét.

• Lan (10/5): Comfortable stay in the heart of BCN - Good value of money. Nice location, walking distance to Sagrada Familia. Teresa and Joan are helpful. The second room is a bit small.

• Robert (10/5): Nice space in a great location for reasonable price. - Location was great, price excellent, apt. clean, bed comfortable. They provided fans for the two bedrooms, and one for the main room. One block from subway to airport. They were working on something on the first floor, and it smelled. This seemed like a short-term thing. I also wish there had been a dish drainer and a fan in the bathroom.
